This house had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to books to read. Loved the hot tub even in the summer. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

The lodge was very comfortable, spacious and very well stocked with household items. It is a great location for day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake for shopping, beach and fishing.
Our grandkids with have wonderful memories of our time together.

We had a larger group of 10 people one of them being a small child. The house was AMAZING! The beds were super comfortable and we had lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked and for us to make larger meals. It was close to the slopes which was nice for quick travel. We also loved the heated floors throughout. The communication with the property owners was quick. They were so kind with all our questions or items we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and we plan to be back next year!

This spot was perfect for our family. The house has plenty of space to spread out. Our family consisted of our 3 children, Spouses and their children. We could all either eat on the deck or around the table in the house. The house was well supplied. An added perk was the deer that visited our area almost every day. Great place to stay!!

4 families with kids. Plenty of space to spread out. Spent time at Rocky Mountain National Park hiking and sightseeing along Trail Ridge Road. We also spent a day at Winter Park doing their summer activities. Saw deer most mornings in the back yard so that was neat. Quiet neighborhood with short drive to main road. Gas station and grocery store right down the street which was very convenient.

Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay at Big Horn. The cabin was huge and had plenty of rooms, comfortable lounging areas, well equipped kitchen, and game room. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to eat in and the hot tub was a great way to unwind after a full day of hiking and exploring local sights. Just note that there is no AC since the weather in Granby is cooler than the city. There was a little bit of confusion over the listing address on VRBO and the confirmed check in instructions, but the owners were very responsive and helpful. Thank you for accompanying our family for a great time in CO!

We stayed in this property with our extended family for our trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. The home was stocked very well and had plenty of comfortable spaces for our families (Having 3 different "masters" with en suites was so nice!) Brad went above and beyond in his communication with me leading up to and during our stay. Groceries were literally just down the road and location wise, it worked great to visit both RMNP as well as local towns like Winter Park and Grand Lake.

House and location good, but the house overall needed a cleaning before our arrival. Bunks in lower level had piles of sunflower seeds nesting under pillows and mouse droppings. Had to wash bedding before use. Also in the second bunk room, same problem. Mouse droppings found in pantry and under kitchen sink. Understand that house is in woods but someone should have swept and cleaned areas where mouse droppings were plentiful before our checking.
Host refunded a portion of cleaning fee but we had to clean it ourselves.
Also outdoor grill filthy and trash in yard.
More pride in house would make it a great stay as opposed to mediocre.

We loved our stay and will definitely be back again!!! The layout of the house was perfect for a big group. Location very convenient to Granby Ranch skiing. The kids loved the big yard and just playing in the abundant snow! Thanks for a great trip!

We stayed here with extended family to celebrate my daughter’s 16 birthday. The home was perfect. It was spacious and clean and so comfortable. The location was great because it felt secluded, but was very close to stores and restaurants. The hosts were wonderful, very prompt and clear on expectations. We loved this home and will definitely come back in the future!

House was great … perfect for a large family. Limited Mountain View’s due to summer foliage, but the deck was great for nature lovers. No hiking trailhead near the property, but quiet streets (great views) for daily walks. Very peaceful space

Great house and stay!
Our extended family of 14, aging from 8-75, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! The kitchen was well-stocked, which is a necessity for us as we always do our meals in our rentals. Everything was clean, the neighborhood was great, and the location was wonderful for what we wanted to do in the area. We only had 1 small hiccup - the grill was not working properly. We alerted the owner and he was very communicative and tried to get it fixed before our stay was over. We would definitely stay in this house again if we are in the area and would certainly recommend it!

Great place for a family to gather.
A wonderful place to stay. A beautiful house in a private location within driving distance of lots of activities and a grocery store. A few negative things: the hot tub became cloudy after the first day. Someone came out to check and refill the hot tub. The grill was in poor shape, very dirty, and there were used cooking utensils and old food in the grill. The kitchen windows were quite in need of cleaning .

The best weekend ever!
My husband and I took our family of 12 to ski for the weekend and after researching for a home to hold us all I chose this one. I am glad i did. It was perfect for us! We cooked our meals there as well. The grill took a while to cook on and my son cleaned it up fairly well. It could be updated; but it worked ok! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably do this again in the future. THANK YOU!!!

Large group getaway
This house was the perfect size for my large group getaway. We had a warm, beautiful, and extremely comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Room for many in a great location
Had a great stay here! It was in a great central location that was accessible to many close towns. Hot tub was great, but had some error issues during our stay. Grill was also pretty dirty when we got there. Other than that, the place was very clean!

Colleen and Brad were so responsive, left no question unanswered. Wonderful selection of cooking things, even a pancake griddle and blender. House is easy to find with gps. Close to super grocery, activities, and hiking & biking at nearby YMCA of Rockies where day-passes were available.

The home is beautiful and in a great location. The neighborhood is very quiet an relatively secluded yet just 1 mile from the highway. Plenty of space for our group of 11. Convenient to both RMNP and Winter Park. Would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks!

Innsbruck Val Moritz Impressive
Sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference. Like homey arts/crafts on walls and tables, a fully-equipped kitchen (including even an electric knife!) and little labels on light switches describing what they control. Add to this a spectacular setting, a massive, well-built mountain chalet and congenial, helpful hosts, and you have a recipe guaranteed to generate repeat business. (I should add the hot tub is marvelous!)

Lovely home, great location
The home is very well maintained, comfortable and in a great location. A grocery store is close by which is very handy. Rocky Mountain National Park is to the north while Fraser and Winter Park are to the south. We visited in the summer but it looks like winter sports enthusiasts would love this home for a winter stay.
