Enjoyed the back deck with the view of the harbor. Short walk to the beach. The condo had plenty of space for my family of 5. Endless restaurants and shops nearby.

5 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful views of the harbor. Right next to the pool and the Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant. Next to the water taxi pickup to the harbor walk. Great place.

This condo is beautiful. The deck was my favorite place. The fish were jumping non stop. The sun setting on the water & the night lights reflecting on the water was beautiful. This condo is perfectly located right around the corner from EVERYTHING!!! I will add, it took us 7 minutes to walk to the beach from this condo. Over all, we had the best vacation & the condo was perfect for us, we would definitely stay here again.

This place exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect to enjoy the Harbor. The place was so quiet and comfortable. We will definitely try to book again.

This was our first stay in this unit, however we've been in the same area before. Everything was exactly as it was presented on the website. (We weren't the least bit disappointed to have had to change units and not stay where we usually would).. Clearly had been recently updated. Communication with the owners was AMAZING.!!! We had a few glitches, and they were very accessible to help us when needed. I highly recommend this unit!!!

This is a beautiful condo, well-appointed., on the quiet eastern part of Destin Harbor. Perfect for retirees like us. Warning: Destin is no longer particularly slow in October.

We loved our short stay. We did not have any issues that others mentioned i.e. dogs barking, neighbors smoking. We saw them out but they always put the dogs up as soon as we opened the door. The view is great. My husband loved fishing off the deck. We saw dolphins every morning. The location is perfect. We took the water taxi around the harbor. We will be back!

The property was great as advertised. Definitely more than a 3 minute walk to the beach but still close enough to not be an issue. Clean, great view of the harbor, and a stunning two-story balcony. The only negatives were that the a/c stopped working sometime during the evening on our last night and stepping foot on the balcony caused the neighboring condo's dogs to bark excessively. Neither of those things are the fault of the owners so still a five star trip. Would definitely stay here again.

The Condo was nice, roomy, clean and well equipped. Living area space had lots of seating. Wifi and TV worked great. Owners were quick to respond to messages. The beach is a 3 minute walk if you are a very fast walker. We drove and didn't have any problems finding a park. If you are handicap or have any kind of walking disability you will need to find a beach access that is handicap accessible, the one close to here has lots of stairs. We were not able to enjoy the back deck as much as we would have liked. Mornings were nice but the neighbors next door smoked ALOT and smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable most of the times, made me nauseas. Evenings were to hot as the sunset was directly facing the deck. Neighbors next door also had yappy dogs that barked when they weren't home. The Master bedroom was large and king bed was comfy, guest bedroom very small and double bed very uncomfortable. Suggestions to owners: Replace or wash Mattress pads they have stains on them. Leave a spare or two roll of toilet paper. The neighbors upstairs showed up the last day we were there and were up stomping around until midnight and up at 6:30am, so we got no rest and had a long drive home the next day. We asked for late check out but owners said maid schedule was already set. Next time I book a VRBO I will pay more attention to check in and out times, 5:00pm check in and 10:00am check out is unacceptable (you only get 4 out of 6 days). I know some of this is not owners fault, but it kind of ruined our vacation. Way overpriced, Definitely not worth what they charged us per night. .

Great place.

This condo is probably my favorite place to stay in Destin. I loved waking up every morning and having coffee on the deck while watching the fish and the birds. We even saw a few dolphins! The condo is just the right size and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. The location is quiet, away from the traffic. All in all, we had a very relaxing vacation - which we wished we could extend by a few days!

We had a great time. Condo located in the center of everything. Condo very clean, and owners communicated with us well. I would suggest Langniappe restaurant valet not park patrons in vacationers and owners parking area. Which Sandpiper jumped right on. We were displaced for one night. Beautiful beaches, fishing, swimming, etc. thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful experience!

Great view and location right on the Destin Harbor at Sandpiper Cove. Only negatives were the water leaking from the ceiling and back doors when it rained a lot. Oh, and the neighbors who live full time next door are usually out on their deck and are rude and unfriendly making you feel unwelcome.

We enjoyed overlooking the bay and the boats and the convenience to the beach. The pool closest to our condo was super clean. The condo was convenient to everything Destin has to offer. John & Merrie we’re super hosts; always quick to answer any questions. The kitchen was well equipped and the Master walk-in shower was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Cove. Our hosts were responsive, the deck was very enjoyable, just wish we had more sunshine!!

We took a short trip from Biloxi to Destin with our 2 girls. We really enjoyed this clean, cozy townhome with beautiful views from the back deck overlooking the harbor. Lagniappe restaurant & Pool are right next door. Beach is a short walk right across the street. Would definitely recommend.

This really was just the right combo for our family. It was close to all the Destin activities, restaurants, property pools, and beach access.. .... all of which were very busy for spring break. But at the beginning and end of the day you hear nothing but gulls, fish jumping, and the occasional boat in the marina. Loved the deck and view! It was also very clean, private, and the perfect layout to work with two teens. Upates are beautiful. Communication was a breeze as was check in/check out. Very safe and easy to navigate the property and we thoroughly enjoyed our 1st out of state trip in over a year!

We enjoyed are stay and our first COVID getaway. Only problem was the second bedroom when using both beds has no place for clothes or luggage. Everything else was great.

We really enjoyed staying here! The condo was clean and perfect for our family. We loved the view and the resort! Will definitely be returning!

Beautiful clean property

My wife and I stayed at this great property for our 5 year anniversary. We drove over on our 25' Center Console from Panama City and there was plenty of boat dockage available in the canal. Property is very clean, well maintained, and in an excellent location. Lots of great amenities and beach access. We for sure will be back again.

My family & I stayed at this gorgeous location for a week May 21-29, 2020! We absolutely loved everything about it. First, this condo is there best!! We can't Get over the beautiful harbor view. Walking distance to the best pool in Sandpiper Cove (I'm my opionion). Walk to the beach or a 2 minute drive. Close to so many attractions. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

This is the best condo and location. The owners went out of their way to accommodate. The condo is very well maintained and decorated, above the norm. I will stay here on my next trip to Destin. Best value, hands down.
