This is a comfortable 15th floor penthouse overlooking the gulf and a spectacular beach. In many properties there is a paucity of kitchen utensils, pans and dishes. No such worries here. The variety is impressive. If we had one annoyance it was the endless codes we had to remember to get into the parking lot, our unit, and most interestingly, the elevator. Didn’t really need all of that, but it’s a minor nuisance in an otherwise wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We LOVED this condo. It is better than described. I could move in tomorrowj and not have to purchase a thing. We cooked in most of the time & the kitchen has EVERYTHING you could hope for. We would definitely stay here again ~ hope they keep the prices reasonable.

Our condo was very nice and extremely clean. The decor was beautiful and everything very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

I never stayed at this condo. I was told the price advertised was incorrect and had to go to another condo down the street.

Property was very clean and exactly as described. Loved being close to the beach and pool was great for the days with inclement weather. We will be back.

We absolutely loved this condo and we loved that they are praying people! It is right on the beach and the pictures does not even do it justice! Just gorgeous! All the beds were super comfy too!

Absolutely loved our trip, the only issue and it was minor, was upon arrival & departure you had to wait 10+ minutes for a luggage cart. There was no going up 15 flights with 5 peoples luggage. Leaving was worse! We found people actually were getting the carts and taking them to their condo rooms and keeping them. So, we ended up waiting 45+ minutes and just carried the luggage down in the elevator multiple trips! Everything else, the amenities were spectacular, beach access was super simple and we enjoyed our stay!

Our condo was beautifully decorated and made us feel the beach vibe. Kitchen appliances all worked well and we felt at home for our stay.

Clean and well-maintained condo. Incredible view of beach. Easy parking and access to restaurants. Close to gorgeous beach. Best restaurant we tried was Jellyfish only a block away. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful, relaxing. Luxury Coastal Vacations gives excellent customer service. The DVD player was set up in the bedroom when we arrived. A technician came and moved it to the living room for us. He took time to show us how to use the system. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

Wonderful condo with exquisite views. Everything was as stated. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would highly recommend this condo.

The kitchen is very well equipped which was wonderful as I enjoy cooking. The beds were also very comfortable. Bedroom carpets need to be replaced as they are in very poor condition. The living room had a great tv, however the furniture in this area left a lot to be desired. The only other detriment to our stay was the construction going on in other units during our entire stay, even on Sunday and being able to hear street noise from this unit. This made our stay not as relaxing as we had hoped. All and all not bad, but don’t think we would rent this until again. This was our third vacation to the Beach Colony Condos and if I were to rate this unit it would come in 3rd.

Very spacious condo. Loved the huge patio and the large beds for each of our teen boys.

Overall, absolutely enjoyed staying in this unit at Beach Colony! One elevator was down on the first day but didn’t cause to much of a inconvenience. Pool could have been a little cleaned from debris floating but was still ok and not crowded at all! The check in/out process was fantastic and made everything stress free! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The property we rented in Perdido Key was fantastic, it exceeded our expectations. The VRBO process was effortless and seamless. The 2 bedroom condo had every amenity that you could ask for. Access to a beautiful beach, an indoor and outdoor pool, an exercise room. The tenant get togethers were nice as were all the people we met. I realize this is a rental and many people pass through, but the only two small complaints were the master bedroom carpet was dirty and the shower head in the master bathroom left a lot of room for improvement. The two issues were very small and overall the rental was a 5 our of 5. I would recommend this property to any one looking for a nice get away. PS: Skip Lillian's pizza at all costs.

My family enjoyed our time!

Our family of four stayed at this condo for the week of 4th of July and LOVED it. My kids kept saying that it was their favorite trip ever. The kitchen had everything we needed, the balcony was great, and the bedroom condos were so great - my kids loved the TV in the bedroom. We took advantage of the workout room, the indoor pool as well as the beach and the pool every day. We rented wooden beach chairs. It was crowded because of the 4th but we still had plenty of space on the beach and in the pool area. We did have to drive a bit for restaurants, but there was a Publix a mile away. We LOVED this condo and we will for sure try and rent it again.

Very quiet, very complete, very high quality. Spacious deck with quality furniture and great view. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are quite large and the kitchen is very well equipped. Our stay was hassle free and a great value.

This property is AMAZING. The view of the beach and ocean is spectacular. The balcony has a great amount of space for lounging (some condos we previously stayed in at other locations only had small narrow balconies). After a day at the beach, we spent nights out on the balcony just enjoying the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. The balcony furniture is comfortable as well. The condo itself was immaculate. It appeared that the unit was professionally decorated, it was very, very comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Plenty of room to spread out in this condo. The beds in both rooms were VERY comfortable. This condo is on the 15th floor, we had no problem getting an elevator anytime we needed one. The Resort is right on the beach and the pool area is very nice as well. Beach Chairs and umbrellas were available for rent and the rental guys were super nice. The Beach Colony Resort was very clean and well-maintained. Security was good as well. Luxury Vacations was a dream to work with. Check-in and Check-out could not have been easier. This condo is very close to great restaurants, a Publix and within 5 miles or so there is a Walmart and Target. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely stay here again. It was our first time to Perdido Key Beach, and found the area to be very tranquil and relaxing. There was also plenty of activities available nearby. Pensacola, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are all within a short drive, but Perdido Key Beach really has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation!

The property is fabulous. We just wish we could have completed our stay. Escambia County issued a hurricane evacuation on Tuesday, October 9. It was not mandatory, however we were made to evacuate the property per Beach Colony’s request. We were not told that we would be given the option to return and finish our stay, so we gathered our belongings and left (as we were directed to do - per voicemail from the property). Late Wednesday afternoon, we were called and told that we could return. We were scheduled to check out on Thursday, however this evacuation caused us to have to forfeit two days of our vacation that we may not be reimbursed for. It was not our fault. I’m frustrated and feel like we were not in harms way - other resorts in the area did not evacuate. Don’t know if we will stay at Beach Colony again due to the lack of information we were given and lack of people who could actually answer our questions.

Wonderful condo, very clean. Only complaint condo is being sold & I was contacted multiple times during my stay to allow them to show it to a potential buyer. Other than that very decent condo.

Well maintained, clean, spacious condo. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, flatware and cooking equipment. Although a bit chilly outside, the view from inside the condo was as nice as being on the balcony. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. The only minor issue I would bring up is the description of the condo says it is penthouse 15C but it is not the top floor as some may assume as I did. There are 17 floors. I only mention this for clarification. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The management company provided clear instructions and check in and out were effortless.
