We love coming to Pinnacle Port and trying out different condos, however, this condo listing is listed as 2 bathrooms when really it should be 1.5 bath. Only one shower in master. Double sink bathroom does not have shower. This condo needs a very deep clean in all areas and not sure if the carpet on the stairs is holding a smell or if the air unit is. We had to change the air filter and open vents that were closed off as it was not cooling well at first until we opened them and changed the filter. Woke up with headaches daily. Major upgrades needed. Otherwise, location, communication, storage and amenities were great.

The condo was very clean and had everything you might need. Since the condo is on the beach, access was quick and easy. No long wait times for the elevator.

Floors were sticky, carpet on steps dirty and worn, hand rails sticky. Location was great. Wished there had been a balcony that was looking directly at ocean.

We loved our stay! The property manager was soo nice and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect. We could easily go between 30A and Panama City every day being in the middle like we were. The beach wasn’t over crowded. The pool was nice and had a place you could get lunch that was good (barbecue nachos). The downstairs bed was super comfy. The kitchen and pantry were fully stocked with utensils and cookware. I brought stuff that I didn’t even need bc it was already there! It’s right on the beach, and the beach is pretty! There’s a place to go fishing, we did that. It felt really secure bc you couldn’t get in unless you were staying there. They had security 24/7. We would stay here again, and probably will in the future.

Perfect location for our beach trip. Quiet area to take our family and enjoy the beach and close enough to shopping and attractions to enjoy a day out and about. The views of the beach from the condo were amazing, even on an overcast day.

We had a wonderful time at Pinnacle Port. The unit was beautiful and very clean. The process was very easy and everything went very smoothly. We would definitely stay here again. Love the less crowded beaches at this time of year and the area the condo is located in.

This was a very pleasant rental experience. I loved the location and view. The unit was clean and furnished well. The only thing, (this is not a complaint) is that the air conditioning may need to be looked at before it gets hot. It seemed to struggle. This was not an issue for us as it was cool enough to shut it off and open the windows. We enjoyed the Gulf air very much. Overall we would rent there again.

We had a great time on our stay. We had a beautiful beachfront view from the condo and the beds were comfortable. The stores are conveniently nearby & the whole area is family friendly. We definitely will be back next year.

Perfect location if want to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to it if you choose to go! It’s literally right on the beach which made it so easy in the mornings to set up, the condo itself is as described, it is a little older…not fancy but the price reflects that, we really enjoyed our time! My kids cried the last night not wanting to leave!

We absolutely loved it here, this is simply a small piece of heaven. The place was equipped with everything we needed. The view from the kitchen/downstairs bedroom was absolutely stunning. The sunset on the beach was breathtaking. We were steps away from the beach, not far from local attractions and we definitely will be back!

Property as described, location is amazing. The balcony was great to sit on in the AM & PM. Could use some TLC, some updating, but was very comfortable. The bed is super comfy-slept great every night!

Nice for family of 5 each kid was able to have their own pull out bed. Great location felt very safe, lovely neighbor to take walks through. Loved being able to walk right out on to the beach. Nice indoor/outdoor pool also. A couple of close restaurants to walk to (Phat Crab pizza is good), but will need a car to get to more places. Wifi is spotting with a weak signal, but hopefully you are on vacation and not a device.

The unit was nice and worked overall for us! Going up and down the stairs could get tiring for older adults but it was a nice and clean unit! The bed was really comfortable! The bathroom was tiny! Wished the balcony was ocean front but the view from the windows while eating at the table and the bedroom was perfect! The only thing we couldn’t find was a can opener for our can goods when cooking dinner! We would stay here again!

The property is great. You can see the ocean from the kitchen table, the bedroom, and the balcony. The condo had everything we needed. Location was very convenient to beautiful 30A and way less crowded. You will not be disappointed! Can’t wait to come back!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The location of the condo and the views from the kitchen and master bedroom were breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. The owner, Kat, was awesome to deal with before, during and after our stay. We will definitely be back.
