The location was great, the access to the beach was good as well as the pool area. The condo itself was ok. It needed a deep cleaning. The cleaning crew, does not do a good job when it comes to taking care of the condo, towels were old and crispy and I couldn’t tell if the washcloths were dish cloths or not.

We happen to hit a week where there was road construction, and construction on the building. The beach is lovely, the pool also nice. You have to be aware of the noise off the balcony as you’re overlooking Gulf Boulevard. The manager was very accommodating and sweet. a few things need to be refreshed, including the towels and there also was only one worn out beach towel. We had some issues with the Internet and the cable TV. Evidently there are problems with spectrum. You need to be aware that you should bring soap and extra toilet paper.

Nice clean complex, close to plenty of shops, restaurants, etc but not right in the middle of the chaos. Perfect for those who like to have fun close by but still be in a more quiet chill surrounding.

Owner was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had all the necessities. Only feedback would be to possibly have a towel service with cleaning. There were only 5 towels and they were old and worn, and 3 thin beach towels.

The owner was very helpful and the condo comfortable. The only observation we can give is that we were disappointed to find the traffic noise from Gulf Blvd made sitting on the balcony unpleasant. We enjoyed the beach access and our excursion into St. Pete’s.

We wanted to be right on the beach and this condo was perfect! Directions for parking and accessing the condo were thorough and easy. We appreciated the beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again!

The property is well maintained. The staff is out of this world. The pool amazing. No issues with property or host. The staff I cannot say enough kindness about them. I needed to have a package sent they accommodated that they were very polite and excited to help me out. We had a issue with a car being parked in our parking spot there's a number they responded very promptly before I could even get out of my car and resolve the issue for me within less than 1 minute. Alex was a great host responded promptly to any questions We found the property to be so relaxing we love the decor it had everything that we needed Alex you're a great host Thank you so much We will be back.

We had a fantastic time staying at this condo and would definitely book again. The location is great with plenty of restaurants/shops nearby. The unit was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The only drawback is the parking spot is located across the street, not a huge deal for us but worth mentioning.

We had the best week at this condo. The view of the canal was beautiful! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We even got to swim with a dolphin in the beach right behind the condo. Amazing experience! Would definitely recommend!

Holiday Villas III is a nice place for a family getaway.We had a beautiful view of the intercoastal and the room was just the right size for our small family. The people were very nice and friendly. The location is convenient and accessible.

The unit was great. The organization of the kitchen was amazing. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet there. Only complaint that i could think of was only one elevator and it was extremely slow. Had nothing to go with the unit. We enjoyed the pool and who could complain about the beach?

Beautiful condo! So nicely decorated, comfortable beds, a kitchen that had everything you need and a wonderful view of the Gulf. Pool and ocean right as you come off the elevator.

Amazing white powder sand, finer than in Clearwater area. The unit was clean and we liked that beach chairs etc. were included. Parking is across the busy street but not too far.

Location is great, the weather was perfect, we watched dolphins on the Intracoastal Waterway and had a manatee swim by about 100’ out from the shore. Definitely a busier location than we’re used to, but didn’t bother us any.

This condo is conveniently located on the beach and also has a pool on the property which is great for kiddos. The unit was exactly as described and was comfortable for our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our stay was very relaxing. The condo was very comfortable, with everything a person could need. Since this was spring break and we were there for relaxation, we didn't cook at all. The only problem we had is that the weather was a little chilly the first two days, and that the week went by too quickly.

Been coming to this area for 20 plus years now and love it here. Stayed at many places along the gulf and Holiday Villas lll is a very nice place. First time with intercoastal view. Lots of boats and activities on the water. Beach is always clean and the staff is pleasant too.Condo was as pictured,clean and well stocked (kitchen) elavader never quit. Balcony was great ,sometimes it got loud,with traffic but those were fewand far between.We will stay here again soon. Thank you

The condo was clean and well equipped just as advertised. i had a small issue with the TV and was able to quickly fix it with the help of Alex. The parking was across the street but was far easier to park there than under the building. I fully intend on booking here again.

Florida getaway
The location was perfect! Condo was exactly as mentioned. My 10 yr old son enjoyed fishing off the dock across the street and catching fish. Everyone staying there was very friendly and a lot of kids to play with. Beach was clean and so was the pool area. The only trouble we had was with the elevator, but I would definitely rent this condo again next year or another one if available.

Great Location, Old and Dirty Condo
Condo is dated and not clean. I washed the tub out before using. Plenty of dirt around edges of floor. The very small patio is unusable the hot air from the air conditioner blows right on you making it unusable. Need to put an air diverter to move the hot air away from the patio. With a refresh of the paint and a good cleaning it could be very nice. Great Location.

June 2022 stay
Lovely time at this property, saw many dolphin in the bay ! Pool is very large and wonderful after a day at the beach. My only complaint would be the air conditioner vent on the balcony is very loud and hot air blows on you the entire time you sit outside

Beach Get-away
We arrived very late and worried about parking without permit in lot, but I made sure to be at office when it opened the next morning. The condo itself was nice, but a bit dated. The kitchen was well equipped, and Walgreens and Winn-Dixie were a 5 minute drive away. The elevator was very slow, but you get used to it. The pool area was clean and uncrowded, and access to the beach was quick. Couldn’t ask for a better location!
