This was the cleanest VRBO I have seen. I had one question and owner immediately responded and was super helpful. It was a little hidden gem. The neighboring business was not even an issue. This will be our first choice for going back next year. Located close to downtown activities but far enough away that traffic noise was no issue. TV was great quality. Bright and sunny area with nice little lawn to lounge on. Happy that we had a week there.

We loved the property, especially that it wasn’t in a “touristy” area. It was clean, quiet and in a very convenient location. Elaine and Dan were very accommodating.

Clean & quiet
Our host provided clear instructions for accessing the property, tv remotes & check-out. We had a great time exploring the area as everything was within easy or driving distance. Everything nice & clean & quiet. Would recommend with big thumbs up.

Great, quiet getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was more than well stocked. It was very clean and organized with plenty of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware and anything you need. The bed was comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. Even though it is near Highway 2, it was very quiet. Love this place and will definitely look to stay again.

Back for a second stay.
This truly is a Mountain Gem. We have been so impressed with how nice and immacute the property is. Elaine has been wonderful during both of our stays. This is a great location, close to downtown and the bike trail. The property is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the property is equipped with everything you could need.
We will be back again for future visits.

Very clean and comfortable
We had a very nice stay. The unit is in a light commercial area but it was not an issue for us. Quiet at night and very nice and helpful manager.

Clean and updated place to stay close to town
The property was recently updated with some beautiful wood fixtures. It was perfect for the two of us. Although it was in a business location, it was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend when visiting Sandpoint for a short stay.

Perfect vacation spot
Mountain Gem describes this location perfectly. What a wonderful location to use during our stay. It was spotless, well stocked and supplied. It was larger than we expected. The bed was very comfortable. The living room and kitchen were set up perfectly. The bathroom was large and well lit. There is an outdoor seating area we used in the evening to visit and read. Parking is ample and the area is very quiet. There are eating and shopping locations nearby.
Sandpoint is a wonderful friendly small town.
When we visit again this will be our first choice.

Great place for a great price
Cozy and comfortable(except for the mattress-too hard for my husbands and my taste). Loved that it was tucked into an unassuming area, yet easy access to everything. My kids found the park around the corner right away which helped when we had an extremely smokey day and nobody was on the lake. Loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The complimentary coffee, drinks and bottle of wine was a nice touch!

Fantastic hidden gem!
What seemed like an odd location ended up being a fantastic find for us! Close to downtown - bike-able and walk-able to everywhere. The unit is spacious and immaculate, the kitchen has everything that you would ever need and the private backyard is a bonus. Dan and Elaine were very gracious and attentive hosts. We will definitely be back!

Love this place!
This trip was my 3rd stay at the Mountain Gem. The location is perfect and the accommodations are very comfortable. I will keep staying here each time I come to Sandpoint.

A great place to stay
Although it was a little weird being nestled in a light industrial area, it was super quiet and the place was super clean, comfortable and very close to everything. It was extremely well appointed, even to the point of having a gas grill. One night, when we went to BBQ, I couldn't get the grill started (my issue, I probably missed opening a valve), we looked and even found a charcoal backup. Extremely thoughtful host. We'd come back.

Superior Street apartment
Very happy with my choice to stay at the apartment for our visit to Sandpoint. Was happy to see there was filtered water. So much better than hotel. Had family over for BBQ a couple of times. Nice little patch of lawn to hang out at. I lived in Sandpoint for 23 years and was great to be back. Went up to Schweitzer and got some great pictures of the lake from the top of the quad. Enjoyed the Festival and hanging out at the beach. Great meals downtown, but was nice to be able to cook for ourselves and save some $$. Will definitely think about staying there again for my next visit. Was a little hot (ac only in the bedroom), but livable. Thanks to Dann and Elaine for a wonderful place to stay!

Well kept and clean apartment in Sandpoint!
The space was quiet and had everything we needed for a lovely stay in Sandpoint. We enjoyed the outdoor space and picnic table, and being able to walk into downtown and also to concerts during the Festival. Just what we needed for an enjoyable stay!

Truly a gem
Wonderful place to stay! Super clean, comfortable and in a nice quiet neighborhood and all of the amenities included for your stay. Beautiful woodworking in the bathroom and bedroom makes this great place quite unique. It's nice and close to the bike trail to Dover Bay and close to downtown and Memorial Field. We can't wait to come back to this lovely place!
