Overall, a good stay. Plenty of room and lots of supplies (kitchen, etc.) were provided. Very nice area at front door to remove and stow gear and coats. Short walk to Canyon Lodge lifts. With all the snow, the convenient path to rec room and outdoor hot tubs was blocked so it was a longer walk (4-5min?) to find them.

Abbie's place is the perfect location for skiing in Mammoth, located 3-5 min walk away from Canyon lodge, getting to the mountain in the morning can not get any easier. The place is large with plenty of room for a big group, great open space living and dining area for group dinners after a day of skiing. The jacuzzi is steps away from the house. The beds were comfy, and having 3 showers in the house means no one is waiting long. Abbie was great at checking in and communicating from the start and made us feel very welcome. Overall the place was perfect for a weekend getaway on the mountain and I would 100% recommend it to anyone

I stayed here with my family (6 of us in total), primarily because of its location, which is right next to Canyon Lodge. Prior to our arrival, communication with the host (Abbie) was frequent and very helpful- we had no questions upon our arrival, and the check-in went very smoothly. When we arrived, the property was meticulously clean, and everything was in good working order. The host provided a lot of things that are not the usual for VRBO properties, or other short-term rentals; such as various disposable kitchen implements (paper towels, trash bags, spices, coffee filters, etc.). There was also skin lotion in pretty much every room, along with tissues, which as anyone who visits the mountains knows are essential! Overall our stay was excellent, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Mammoth!

If I could give a higher star for the property owner Abbie, I would. For any minor issue or question she would respond immediately. The condo was perfect for our group of seven. The enclosed hot tub was about 40 yards from the room and we had it all to ourselves after skiing both days. It is very close to canyon lodge, easy walk. Would definitely stay again.

Abbie’s attention to detail and service, as well as the property were incredible! The hot tub was a cozy covered spot to enjoy the falling snow. The location was a quick walk/ride from Canyon Lodge.

Abbie Is a great host, she has set the cabin up with everything you need to enjoy your stay in this beautiful cabin. Spacious for families and great location!!

Great experience from beginning to end! Perfect place to stay. Really nice, clean and cozy. Literally a 5 minute walk from the slopes. Super helpful host (Abbie) Hoping to stay at Abbie’s place again sometime soon!

This is the best location we could have wanted. a short walk to canyon lodge. and the unit is perfect since it has 2 master bedrooms, and a third bedroom/loft which has 4 beds (bunks) perfect for kids. and the owner was so nice and friendly and helpful. top stay so far in mammoth. ill definitely rent here again.

Great location. As soon as all the lifts are open, this is walking distance to three lifts. Washer and dryer in the condo is a huge bonus. There’s endless firewood and a well stocked kitchen.

We loved staying so close to Canyon Lodge, we were able to walk back for lunch with the kids which was ideal during covid to avoid the crowds at the lodge. The condo had everything we needed, was a great layout and the owner was available for anything we needed.

Abbies location can’t be beat! It’s about as close to ski in ski out you can get with Mammoth. It’s a short (uphill) walk to canyon lodge and then you’re at the slopes! We had 8 adults and we still found it very cozy and spacious with the high ceilings. Here are some tips! 1) even with the heater on full blast, the floors are kind of cold in the winter. Socks are highly suggested 2) given the socks, caution when going downstairs. We have 2 people slip a bit on the bottom steps leading to the bedrooms. No injuries but caution always warranted. 3) try not to have really big people sleep on the top bunks. They’re not quite suited for full grown men. The bunks will sway and rock with their movement. Otherwise, we loved having 3 bathrooms and the kitchen is great- Abbie stocks pretty much everything you could ask for. She’s also quite responsive to all questions and has been a pleasure to work with.

Communication with owner Abbie was great before and throughout stay. Kids loved two trundle beds and the adults loved the massage chair in the master bedroom. Vacation was the best we could hope for during COVID. Location of condo was great and we did not see many people coming and going. Condo was about 10-15 minutes to Lake Mary and Lake George and 4 minutes from village where shops and restaurant are.

The condo was fabulous. Very clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location too. The owner was very attentive and responded immediately to all our communications. Would definitely return here.

I can't give this experience enough 5 stars. The place is perfect for 2 families of 4 adults and 4 children. So clean and cozy. We had everything we needed plus more. The Keurig for coffee was awesome. Water dispenser from the fridge, blender for breakfast smoothies! Love the 3 bathrooms. Fireplace was awesome. The LOCATION is awesome. So easy to walk to/from Canyon Lodge. Parking spots were great. The Owner was so helpful and her communication before, during and after was spot on. I definitely recommend this place. And we will definitley be back! Best VRBO experience so far! Thank you!
