Fantastic! This two bedroom / 2 bathroom with additional sleeping areas and marvelous backyard was perfect. The location was near family, friends and 30 mins to the beaches, La Jolla, USD, Del Mar and everywhere else we wanted to be. The host, Aaron, was super communicative and friendly. Check in was easy, instructions for things inside the house were clear, and check out was a breeze. We will definitely rent this or other of Aaron’s properties in the future.

We came down for a couple of days at the San Diego Safari Park. This is a beautiful retreat after a long day walking the hills of the park. Sitting around the fire pit with a glass of wine wile waiting for dinner. Who could ask for more.

Excellent location close to the beach, downtown, Safari Park and our local relatives. We had 2 couples and plenty of room. The house and yard are beautiful. We have family in the area and hope to return and stay here again.

Our family had a magical stay in San Diego at this amazing property in Rancho Bernardo! This home has everything you need to live comfortably while on vacation. Plenty of space for a big family. The backyard is amazing with the gas fire pit. Each morning from the top of the yard you can catch a glimpse of the sunrise! Would 100% stay again and recommend! If you are looking…book it!

We enjoyed the comfortable seating, especially in the TV room! Lots of room for visiting and enjoying family! We hope to return soon!

We could all be together, and when we wanted, everyone had a place to relax. Did I mention it was wonderful with plenty of room? Close to freeway access. Nice neighborhood to take walks in. This home was very comfortable and very well equipped. The patio was lovely and great for entertaining. It is close to a shopping center with a wide selection of restaurants. A short drive to the beaches, downtown San Diego and La Hoya for fun shopping. It was like home away from home. It didn't lack anything in the kitchen. Very dog friendly, even a dog door.

This property was great for us and our dog. If he back yard was great for the dog, entertaining, and working remotely. Set up at the tiki bar for my remote office.

Our stay was wonderful and the house was absolutely amazing. Communication was perfect and it was a great place to relax; very quiet and friendly community.

We were in San Diego to visit family and did not want to stay in a hotel. I was excited when I found this house in Rancho Bernardo and it met all of our requirements. It exceeded our expectations for location and being so well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were both comfortable as was the living room sofa and loveseat. The property has a quiet and relaxing back patio that we enjoyed with the firepit. The neighborhood was perfect for walking and enjoying the beautiful plants. The neighborhood is a 55 plus community and we did not hear anything. So, it is not meant for families that would have small children running and playing outside. We had several family members visit us while we were there for the week and everyone said how great the home was. I did reach out to Aaron pretty much every day or so. He was quick to respond regarding on to turn on the patio lights, or if renters had access to the community pool (the answer is no). Aaron was very responsive. I would rent this home again. I did report to Aaron that the cleaners could do some deep cleaning in the sofa cushions and that we were not sure if the towels left hanging on the shower were clean or used towels left by the previous renters to dry and not mildew. Thanks Aaron for making our stay in San Diego a comfortable one.

My fiancé and I loved this house!! The house was clean, beautiful back yard with the citrus trees and the views! We had excellent communication with the property mgr Aaron, he helped guide us with the fire pit and we loved it, spend most of our time in the back using the grill. Kitchen was fully accommodated and truly enjoyed out time. We come down to San Diego all the time and will book again!! Thank you Aaron!

We rented this house for a month. We loved the neighborhood. The house is great, especially the backyard.

Aaron was very responsive. Check-in was virtual. We loved the house, nicely renovated and clean! Backyard patio set-up was fantastic. Quiet neighborhood which was also a nice plus. A short walk to some shops and grocery store. We will stay here again.
