Love the house Very clean, property was very nice.

The house was immaculate and exactly what we needed for a quick visit in to take care of a family matter.

LeeAnn is an incredible host! She is thoughtful and quick to respond and truly cares if you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The house is very well stocked and in a great location for restaurants and stores. She has all the kitchen things you may need, comfy beds, pool floaties, ensuites for each bedroom; it’s amazing! The backyard is such a wonderful oasis and very calming to be in. I highly recommend this property and the wonderful host!

We love the neighborhood, the pool, spa, spaciousness of the house for all 6 of us. The only negative is that I’ve been to several vrbos’s and all of them had coffee available to us. Also cleaning crew left us a note for us to throw cleaning towels in the dryer. They were almost dry so not sure when they were put in there. also some towels n master bedroom had a musty smell which means they probably sat in washer for a while. Also all the vents in restrooms are pretty loud and they are covered in lint/ dusty. So those need to be cleaned. will definitely rent again if back in this are as it was very peaceful!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. From the moment we walked in the door we were amazed at the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool. LeeAnn was amazing and very helpful through the whole process. We are already planning our next trip to stay here with our family this time! Very close proximity to restaurants, golf, shopping.

This property was amazing and the host, LeeAnn, was excellent! The property itself was impeccably clean, well organized and the perfect size for our family of 5. LeeAnn was on top of every detail and her communication is top notch. We really enjoyed the fact we really could just check in and start enjoying our trip. There were plenty of pool toys and floaters for the younger kids, plenty of puzzles to keep up busy at night and my oldest with sensory issues LOVED the super soft blankets provided for bed time. We couldn’t have asked for a better family recharge before the start of fall.

We couldn’t have asked for a better property for our stay!! Not only was this property beautiful, the location was perfect, the home was welcoming, and Leanne was an amazing host. We will definitely stay here for our next trip.

This home is absolutely beautiful!! It has a wonderful open floor plan with vaulted ceilings throughout. It is very well decorated with upscale furnishings and appliances and has a complete home security system. I loved grabbing a cup of coffee in the morning and sitting out in the courtyard to read a good book. In the evening I often found myself heading out to the backyard after a long day on the golf course with a cocktail in hand to relax and soak up some sun by the pool. The backyard is very peaceful and tranquil. Even though Luke Air Force Base is very close, it was really very quiet. The house has 3 bedrooms with a separate full bathroom for each, which is ideal for allowing privacy for yourself and guests or other family members. The home is in a very nice neighborhood, that feels secluded, yet is a short drive to a lot of nice shops and restaurants. It also has quick easy access to both the I10 and the 303 loop, which makes it very easy to get around to just about anywhere in Arizona you’d like to go. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is, so comfortable and inviting, and the owner is absolutely remarkable. Thank you so much for everything LeeAnn!!! I will definitely be back if I can get in….I know how quickly your home gets booked out and after staying there I can certainly understand why!

This property was exactly as pictured. Cleanliness was on point and LeeAnn is amazing. Very responsive and kind! Kids enjoyed the pool each and everyday and I loved the spa! We will be staying here again for sure.

I dont know even where to start. All everyone could say for several hrs was OMG. The pool was absolutely amazing! We spend soooo many hours in it. The kitchen has everything you could EVER need to make any kind of meals. Bedrooms with their own bathrooms...who doesn't love that. And many naps were taken on the sofa and in the recliners :) I can honestly say this was the best rental house we have EVER stayed in and we have stayed in lots!!!!! Thank you JoAnn!

This was a spectacular rental home and a short drive to our daughter’s campus in Glendale. It’s also located right next to Luke Air Force base. The kitchen had everything you needed. It was spacious enough for the entire family and the added plus was the three full bathrooms. We will definitely be staying here again for our future trips to visit our daughter! Absolutely lovely home for a one week vacation. Clean, convenient, great communication with the host - would highly recommend and we hope to return and visit again soon. The host was great to work with, check in and check out were easy - this is a fully stocked home, all the necessities were provided. Close to shopping and everything you need, but it feels like your own private oasis.

We have stayed in many arizona home rentals and this was by far the best! Everything was very clean. We were amazed at the amount of kitchen supplies, towels, beach towels, blankets, games! The house was loaded with everything you could possibly need. LeAnn was phenomenal to work with and we will be staying here with our future trips to AZ!

Read the reviews before making the decision to book this property and boy all the previous reviews are spot on. From booking the property, very well communication with the owner, deposit, stay, and the rest are all excellent. The house had EVERYTHING that you need! It’s like bringing your own home in your vacay plus more! My children loved the pool and the adults loved the sauna. Highly recommended and will re-book again in the future!

Our best family “stay” vacation … ever! The Medina Casa is a beautiful and spacious home with an amazing backyard. We spent over 60 days … just relaxing in the backyard; enjoying the private swimming pool and spa! The Medina Casa is very welcoming and cozy … the home is well cared for and very comfortable. This is a great place to spend some time with special friends and family. The house has everything you could need for a most enjoyable and relaxing stay. The home was “super” clean and had everything we needed. LeeAnn is so gracious and welcoming … she’s the best! We would recommend this home to everyone! We will definitely be back! Believe all the other 5 star reviews. Clean, well stocked, spacious, and a gracious owner. Goodyear has plenty of restaurants, grocery stores etc.
