Loved our stay. Blair was a pleasure to deal with and the condo was as advertised - corner unit right on the beach, steps from the restaurant and coffee shop. Great place to base yourself away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach.

This was our first trip and we loved the location. Blair was also so helpful and accommodating.

Our stay was on the down season time. My wife said “I feel like we are on our on secluded island”

This beach condo is exactly as listed, beautiful and well equipped with everything. Blair is a super host from start to finish! We had a senior couple with us a total of 4 and had a truly wonderful relaxing time away from the noise and hussle and bussle of city life in Chicago. It is ideal for those with limited mobility and the surround sound bar for the TV is a plus. There is a good selection of DVDs, we did not see a dvd player and forgot to ask Blair as it was not a big deal to us we were busy enjoying the beach and the island; detoxing from electronics. The AC works really good, cools the place down quickly when we return from a long day outdoors. The maintenance/grounds keepers staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking at the complex was very easy, especially if you have lots of groceries. We liked that there is an electric kettle for the tea drinkers and a coffee pot. The carry out cooler was nice to keep our drinks chilled. We would have stayed 3 weeks but the unit was not available. We did not request maid service so the cordless vacuum was very handy. We definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again in a heart beat!!

Great place, very clean and welcoming. The beach was very calm and the pool was refreshing. I will definitely be returning. Blair was a great host.

Crowds were small at restaurants, I think we were towards the end of the season. Made for enjoyable meals though, no one was rushed. Just a few minor issues could be addressed ( screen door handles, door blinds, etc) but again, no complaints. Just a few minor observations. Had a blast, and pleased with accommodations. Fun and Relaxing

This condo was in the perfect spot for what I had imagined for our vacation! Absolutely beautiful beach and view. We had three adults staying and it was great to be able to have our own space. We loved being able to have coffee in the morning in the screened in area, the furniture is comfortable (not cheap plastic) and we appreciated the loungers and hammocks that were available for guests staying in this condo grouping. When you stay here, you are literally next door to the Kaibo Yachtclub restaurant. You could sometimes hear music, but it wasn’t intrusive at all. Our daughter is a vegetarian, so it was actually nice to know that there was always a place for her to go and grab something. (She didn’t always come with on our adventures) The fries are delicious! They did use a leaf blower on occasion in the morning to clean up, but that didn’t bother me. The pool area is nice and kept clean. Because we didn’t have small kids, it was a place where we chatted and cooled off with other family members that rented in the same complex. It would have been nice if there were some sort of floating devices at the condo- even a few nice pool noodles would be great. I contacted Blair with questions, and the response was timely and we were asked if there was anything else we needed. We brought our own coffee and spices, and were glad we did. I was happy to have a washer/dryer but the washer was noisy so make note to do laundry during the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Blair is the best owner to interact with. Hes always giving you the "plus-1" experience. The unit is immaculate, extraordinarily kept and beautiful!!! I will recommend this to anyone whos looking to enjoy some tranquil time on the beach !!!!!

Wow! Location was absolutely fantastic. Condo was as advertised. Plenty of towels, and bed sheets which you'll have to change because no matter how hard you try there is so much sand. Kitchen was stocked as far as dishes and pots and pans. I will say, I cook at home most nights and it would have been great if there were some basic spices. We didn't even have salt but I do understand most people don't cook while on vacation. We were also supplied with plenty of dish and dishwasher soap. Bring laundry detergent if you're like us. We did a load everyday so we didn't have to pack as much. Pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable for an adult which we expected. We were there 7 days and not once had an issue with not having a chair or hammock to use outside. No problems with bugs or anything like that. We found just as many starfish about 3 minute walk to the right of the room as starfish point. Another thing that would have been great is if there were some sand toys for the kids. There was plenty of snorkel gear but not one toy. We made it work but just a suggestion. Also a vacuum in the room would have made things a bit easier. We loved literally everything about this rental. We did arrive late and could not find the building. The sign for it is extremely small and not lit up at night so just know it's the big pink building. The staff at the restaurant told us to go to the blue building. We drove around for a good hour trying to find it and finally figured it out by going to the vrbo pictures of the front door. Our last full day there the fire alarm was going off and we could not figure out why. We messaged Blair and the response was exactly how it should've been. Some one came out at our convenience. We plan on another trip out there and would 100% stay here again. I've already forwarded this room to a friend who is planning a trip soon. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Perfect in every way!!

It was everything that we needed for a winter vacation. Beautiful view, great surroundings, sand, next door to a great restaurant. Very comfortable living space.

We've stayed in this spot before but were new to this particular apartment. We love this location of the island. Peaceful and stunning with a fantastic restaurant next door and a well kept pool area. Star fish point down the road and Rum point once re-opened. It Offers something different to 7 mile beach but has the easy option with a boat taxi too and from the dock outside the door to go George town. The apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed and was clean and perfectly situated. With a bed room window looking straight out to sand and sea, which I could see laying in bed. The host was very responsive and kindly adaptable when I made a mistake with my booking. I will definitely be going back in the future.

The place and location are a perfect holiday getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Plan to come back in the future.

Property was a perfect place to disconnect! Manager was quick to respond to any questions and correct some minor items. Had everything you needed. Grocery store isn’t far away. Rum point still closed and only 1 restaurant near by but we had a full kitchen and rarely ate out.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Right on the beach and we really enjoyed the pool! Condo was well stocked with essentials (laundry pods, dishwasher pods, TP) and beach towels.

Well kept property in quiet location, just as pictured and described. Unfortunately, it was also a very long way from anywhere and the dining options were extremely limited. The restaurant at the Yacht Club next door was only open Wednesday through Sunday and for extremely limited hours (closed at 7 pm) and Rum Point is closed indefinitely. Water nearby is not great for swimming and while a water taxi to Camana Bay is available, it also has very limited hours and we were never able to make it fit our schedule. We ended up spending a couple of hours each day driving to and from the things/places we wanted to see. If you want to relax in the sun, it's a great place but if you're looking for easy access to restaurants and activities, or you don't want to rent a car, this is too remote.

This is a very nice peaceful property. It's everything you see in the pictures and more. On the beach. Place is very comfortable and has everything you need. Only reason I only give it 4 overall stars is because there is very limited places to eat out there. Granted. The time we were there late July is the slow season. Rum point restaurant is closed for renovations I hear. Once that opens you will have the yacht club and run point down the street. Yatch club restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesday during the time we were there. We would definitely go back there again.

From the time we made the initial reservation till the time we closed the door on our way out, Blair made this the easiest and most painless vacation ever. The condo is spot on and better than promised. I suffered an injury while there, and Blair jumped right in to help, even sending us the address and a map to the emergency room. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing beachfront vacation.

Have always loved the Rum Point area. The condo was perfect. Wish there had been more restaurants on the North Side (especially the one at Rum Point - which hasn't re-opened yet) but the Kaibo Yacht Club and Over the Edge were wonderful. The condo was everything it was described as being and more. Great time.
