Our unit was exactly as pictured and very comfortable! We went to the Sea Coast Property with 10 other families and I’m so happy we were lucky enough to stay in the Trimble’s unit. Another family had a terrible experience renting their condo through Florida VaCa on the same property. Choose the Trimble’s unit if you are scrolling- you won’t be disappointed at all! Everything you need is in this unit for a perfect stay!

Beautifully updated condo at New Smyrna Beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms.

Centrally located property with friendly neighbors/residents. Minor glitches with unit we're quickly addressed by attentive owner/host.

Place had everything that was needed. It was nice sitting on the deck and watching the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was clean, bright, perhaps newly upgraded or so it seemed. Small but adequate quest room with full bath. Large master with king bed, tv and nice views of ocean., a deck overlooking pools and view of ocean with lounge chairs and table and chairs. the pools and grounds were clean. Plenty of lounge chairs around pool and on the ocean deck. Only downsize was a bit of construction on the adjacent building. Minimal noise. occasionally needed to wait for laundry but not too long. Stores, restaurant, a quick easy walk across large road. Priced very fairly.

The complex is in the midst of a renovation. The listing info stated it would be completed by the time of our stay in February but there is still much to be completed. Be warned that it can be noisy at times. The unit we stayed in was adorably furnished with beach themed decor and was very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was very nice and I highly recommend this condo and we definitely will return. Bill is very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. The condo is fully functional and provides all needed necessities.

It was such a nice place to stay with our family . Very clean and they had everything we needed to make dinners. Great place to stay with our 3 kids . I also forgot a whole drawer of bathing suits and they were nice enough to send them to me !! Would highly recommend staying here . I texted the owner and he always replied back to me which was super nice !

The only thing better would have been direct ocean front so that we could see the sunrise. Otherwise, excellent condo, excellent upkeep, beautiful decor and cozy!

Beautiful condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great on the no-drive beach but also not too far from town. The condo itself had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Balcony had a nice view of the beach, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. We would definitely rent this condo again!! Thank you

This delightful beachside rental has everything you will need for an extended stay. The owners have truly thought of everything right down to a welcoming bottle of wine after a long trip. Just pack your bags, flip flops and friends or family, and don't forget the sunscreen. Located in a very friendly, quiet condo community that is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. We enjoyed our daily morning walks on the beach to watch the sunrise. Spent time relaxing and sunning ourselves on the beach deck with lounge chairs provided just a few short steps to one of the pools to cool off when you need it. We stayed in March so our evenings were all pleasantly cool enough to keep the AC off and open the windows while we slept to let the ocean waves lull us to sleep each night. We were really glad that each bedroom had its own full bathroom, since it helps to cut down on the time it takes to get everyone ready for a night out after a nice day at the beach. We were also very excited to find that New Smyrna Beach has so many locally owned resturants to eat at nearby. We do suggest at least one dinner out in the treetops at the Norwood's Treehouse Resturant and bar. We would stay here again!

My family and I have been traveling to NSB for 20+ years as this little beach town has everything from great weather, local shops and delicious food. We have stayed at many different condos, and I would say this condo location was one of the best! It is on a private beach with no car access that is an easy bike ride to downtown shops/restaurants and a short car ride to our favorite seafood place, JBs Fish Camp. The condo itself was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed from beach chairs to kitchen items and my favorite part was the porch area overlooking the ocean. It is decorated beautifully and beds/couch were very comfortable. The amenities at Sea Coast Gardens III were great as well as there were 2 pools, shuffleboard courts and many chairs available to lay out by the pool or the ocean. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

We were extremely pleased with this unit and location, we have been vacationing in this area for about 12 years and this is the by far one of the best condos we have stayed in. The decor is stylish and relaxing, with plenty of things to see and do close by, exactly what you want on your vacation. We would love to be able to come back again next year for the month of Feb. or March. Joyce & Bill Fisher

One of the best condos we have rented. Beautiful setting, decor and well stocked kitchen. We would of enjoyed it more if it wasnt during the corona virus crisis as we decided to leave early. Would definately rent again. Thanks Bill.

We stayed a week and could not have been happier. The condo is beautifully updated, decorated and very clean. Bill was so helpful and even checked in on us after we had arrived. This was our third visit to New Smyrna Beach and the nicest unit we have stayed in!

Very nice condo. Beautifully decorated, up to date, and very clean. The whole condo was well stocked. The grounds and pool area landscaped very nicely. Had a few questions for the owner and he responded very quickly and was glad to help us out. I would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful vacation!

This condo was perfect: very nicely decorated, equipped with everything we could possibly need, was spotless, had a lovely view of the ocean and a bottle of wine and snacks welcomed us! The owner was promptly available to respond to any questions we may have had and was very accommodating. The grounds are very well kept and everyone is friendly. New Smyrna is a perfect location, we loved it there.
