We enjoyed our stay in Surf City at this location. The place was very clean and we were able to walk to the beach and various dining locations! The views of the sound were gorgeous for a morning cup of coffee. We will definitely want to stay here again with an awesome crew of friends or family! Thank you!

So Much Fun was spacious, very clean, and extremely well stocked. The home had everything we needed! The decor was beach themed and very tasteful. We loved meandering through the beautiful tidal creek on the kayaks provided by the owner. The beach was a short 5 minute walk. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance. We enjoyed quiet mornings and breathtaking sunsets on the back porch. A great place to stay if you visiting Topsail Island!

We had an amazing vacation at the So Much Fun beach condo. Everything was as described. The condo is spotless, the kitchen is stocked, the beds were comfortable and the view of the sound is beautiful. We were able to communicate immediately through the VRBO app with the owner when we had a question. Wonderful trip!

This location is wonderful - the view over the inter-coastal is great for watching wildlife and relaxing. It’s walking distance to the main part of town and comes with kayaks for an added bonus. Everything was very clean and having a washer/dryer is a great for any unexpected messes. The kitchen is fully stocked so eating in is easy. We loved this rental and have already booked another trip!

This was by far one of the best trips we have ever taken to the beach! The home is beautiful. It’s laid out perfectly for families and it was spotless. The owner is very responsive and provides many amenities like bikes, a canoe, paddle boards, etc. It’s a short walk to the beach too so there’s no need to drive to the beach. He also provides a beach cart which made bringing all of our stuff to the beach a breeze. The island itself is beautiful with lots of places to eat and many dining and shopping options within walking distance and many more just a couple of miles away. The home is also outfitted with high speed internet and multiple tv’s with Roku which came in handy on the one night we had rain. We’d recommend this property to anyone!!! Absolutely beautiful.

The house was nice and clean upon arrival. Digital lock makes check in and out super easy. The view is GORGEOUS! If you don’t want to splurge on an ocean view, this is an affordable option to still get a stunning getaway feeling. Plus—we found it even more stunning than beachfront! The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Myself, my partner, and my mom took the kayaks out on the inter coastal waterway—so fun! The rental had everything we needed. Bikes were a fun addition to go to the pier and grab lunch. Covered car port is nice cause the car was never hot when we left. The welcome book was extensive and gave us lots of great ideas for activities. The patios were the perfect spot to have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Great, easy location to get to restaurant and shops of surf city. A stunning getaway and I would rent again! The hosts are kind and thorough!

Great to get away with my wife for her birthday. Great time Kayaking in the sound, beautiful views. Great accommodations, beautiful views from the different balconies. TV was hard to figure out. Would love to visit again soon.

We are living local to the area and had friends come in town from Florida and NY to celebrate my fiancé’s 30th. It was perfect! The upstairs balcony was the cherry on top for us. They had board games which we def. utilized. We were able to cook a full birthday dinner with the stocked kitchen. Thank you for this place! Trying to make it a yearly thing.

This property was exactly as it was advertised and more. Having the resources to safely canoe behind the home (and relax in the hammock) were our family's FAVORITE memory makers. This house had all of the kitchen, cleaning and laundry supplies necessary (paper included). Although there weren't many channels available specifically for the kids, we were able to easily hookup our laptops with the TVs. Plus, we spent most of the time outside. :) Our kids loved the games provided, especially the bear puzzle. Just a great home for families to stay in as everything was pretty much thought of.

Family of five, including three older teenaged daughters, had a wonderful time! We all enjoyed the views of the inter coastal and being a 5 minute walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was definitely used much more than the indoor showers because it felt so great and convenient. All the rooms were lovely and well appointed. While no one used the paddle board several us did enjoy kayaking and of course with teenagers lots of picture taking on the decks and dock. We would all recommend!

My family and I (wife-2 kids-18 and 21) stayed here this past week and it is all that is advertised and more! The place is very clean and very well stocked--coffee, paper towels, sheets, dish soap, dishes, glasses, blender, bath soap, shampoo, etc...! The beach is about a 4 block walk, but only across the one street then along a boardwalk. There are 2 bikes, kayaks, SUPs, beach chairs, beach umbrella, fishing gear, etc...! Every word of the listing is true! Shaka Taco was great for dinner, the New York Corner Deli was a great breakfast spot a short bike ride away--good bagels (coming from a New Yorker!), and Gallaghers/Highwaters is a great bar restaurant which is walking distance from the house. We used the kayaks a few times and the bikes almost daily. We have rented often on the Jersey Shore and elsewhere and this place is top notch!! We would've loved to have stayed longer!! The 3 Bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen, and the outdoor shower are all pristine! The sunsets off the back decks are spectacular!! Communication with the host was great. Highly recommend!! Thank you! Best Topsail Island condo! Great location adjacent to the sound for kayaking & paddleboarding. A short walk to shops & restaurants. Comfortable condo. Great communications with owners.

Myself and my 4 kids had a wonderful time at this property. The unit had everything we needed and more. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, even carrying bags and various items. The unit was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property for families!

So Much Fun offers the best views of the Sound side with beautiful green flanked water ways. It is so peaceful to kayak to the bridge and enjoy the wildlife. The walk to the beach is minimal and perfect for adults and children. The rental property offers so many amenities such as bikes, beach toys, kayaks and paddle boards. The owners are terrific. This may be an annual trip for our family.

Our stay at “So Much Fun!” was great. The house description was spot on and did not disappoint. The owners were quick to respond during the booking process. House was clean, updated, filled with items to make having a great family dinner easy. Carport under home allowed for 2 full size pick up trucks to easily park. Everyone loved the canoe and kayaks which made for great water activities. Neighbors around the home were friendly and welcoming. We would stay again without hesitation. ❤️❤️

We had an excellent experience in this property! It really was "so much fun!" :-) The home is very well kept, clean and in good repair. It had all the necessities and Mark was very easy to communicate with. Neighbors were friendly and even gave us recommendations for their favorite things to do or restaurants to visit. There was a detailed book from the owners with loads of helpful information about the area. It was very easy to walk to the beach and as a family with two little (8 and 6 years old) that was important! They loved loved loved the dock behind the house and watching for crabs. I really appreciated that there were beach chairs, sand toys and even a cart we could use out of the supply shed. We had fun exploring the ICW with the canoe (not brave enough for the paddle board...next time!) and the morning and sunset views from both balconies were just heavenly. We recommend this place highly and will love to come back!

The fully stocked kitchen was amazing All the Small Things you wouldn't expect were there we didn't have to worry about anything but our clothes and us.

We had just rented a VRBO property in Pensacola Beach in June that was NOT as it was pictured so I was wary before I arrived here. We couldn't have been more comfortable or pleased with this house and I'd definitely rent it again. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers so 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms worked great for us. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were there the week of the 4th and the deck is prime viewing for fireworks. I saw mamma raccoon and babies swimming in the sound out the back deck. It's about a 2 block walk to the beach. We used the kayaks and bikes.

Family friendly. Safe home away from home.
