3 weeks at this great unit wasn’t long enough… this unit was great with plenty of room for everyone… the people at Berkshire were excellent in handling a small problem 5* experience

We had a wonderful time staying at a perfect ski in/ski out luxury condo.

Property is well located and was very comfortable for our group. At the price I would have expected everything to be perfect but it wasn’t. The dishwasher tray kept sliding out, a shower curtain in one of the bathrooms came down and needed to be replaced and several lights in the living area did not work.

The condo matched the description perfectly. This is a perfect location. And the ski in ski out was super easy.

Everything great and comfi, we only had a hard time to turn on the lights in the living room. The view of the apartment is amazing, the kitchen is big, beautiful and has everything you could need ! Looking forward to come bajck soon !

Property was well kept for the most part and location is great with ski in/ski out (as long as there is enough snow). A little bit of a drive to get to Beaver Creek Village (15 minutes or so) if that is important. The property itself has more than enough room for our group of 7.

La ubicación es excelente. Muy cómodo el ski in/out. El departamento está de muy buen tamaño. Excelente para 8 personas. Los cuartos están de muy buen tamaño, la cocina y comedor muy amplios. El complejo está muy tranquilo. Algunas Observaciones: - En el pasillo que conecta la recámara principal con el baño, por las noches se escucha un ruido muy molesto, como si fuese un reloj, producto de la vibración de alguna de las instalaciones -En algunos lavabos no se iba muy bien el agua, ya que estaban un poco tapados. A pesar de estas observaciones, sin duda regresaría y lo considero excelente opción.

This place was awesome! Ski in/ Ski out, ski locker, garage parking and an elevator that opens directly to the unit was great.

We loved the location and the condo was perfect for the 8 family members. Kitchen was very well stocked and we all love to cook so we loved the size of the kitchen.

Great location and beautiful space. Due to COVID we cooked every meal at home. Kitchen was perfect for our group of eight. The hot tub and big fire pit at the Owner’s Club was well used by the teenagers after a long day of skiing. Thanks for sharing your home.

This is a wonderful property. It is very well appointed, has a great kitchen for cooking in, and comfortable. The pictures don't do it justice. We stayed a week. When searching for places to stay, we only searched places with a hot tub. Upon arrival, we learned that the hot tub was closed for construction. Furthermore, this "complex" was undergoing construction and re-roofing. This meant the sounds of hammers throughout the day, men with ladders outside our window in the early morning, etc. This certainly should have been disclosed.

Great place although not technically on the top floor (2nd floor) as one would expect with a ‘penthouse.’ Would have been nice to be able to use the built in speakers connected to the IPads but other than that everything was great.

We would have appreciated someone to speak to and cleaning service, but overall the stay was very nice.

Our group had an amazing stay at this property. Hummingbird Lodge has a prime location for ski-in/ski-out access. The unit was tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The heated garage with direct elevator access into the unit made it easy to carry up luggage and groceries. The two hot tubs on property were very large and there was always room for our group to enjoy them after a full day of skiing.

Beautiful, well-appointed and very quiet unit. Clubhouse workout room very nice. WiFi worked well even when 5 or 6 of us were on it at same time. No issues with hot water heater--6 people took showers/used jacuzzi bath in short time period daily. Full size washer and dryer. Plenty of utensils, plates and coffee cups. Garage spaces very tight, but the free on-demand shuttle system that travels throughout Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek works great, so if you aren't traveling outside Beaver Creek you can leave car parked for entire stay. We are not giving the property 5 stars due to several irritations. Heat in one bedroom did not work properly--very cold (off-site mgmt. company arrived promptly to respond but never fixed--space heaters were provided). Property description of 2 bedrooms with twin beds is inaccurate: there is only 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Smoke/fire alarm in one bedroom started chirping 15 minutes after arrival and we had to disable it. Biggest concern: unit access is through an elevator that serves 2 units on each of 3 floors (elevator opens directly into applicable unit through keypad control). At least 3 times when at least one of us was in the unit the elevator door into the unit opened without us calling the elevator--at least once other people were on the elevator and could have walked right into our unit. (This count doesn't include when maintenance arrived re: heat issue.) Our code to access club house for hot tubs did not work (on-site lodge mgmt. working in the clubhouse gave us access). Ski-in/ski-out directions were supposed to be left in unit but were not (if you don't know mountain well, figuring out how to return to unit is not easy), and the map accessed through a link referenced in the guest book has a circle around property but doesn't give any landmarks. Coffee pot brews lukewarm coffee. The night we cooked we found all sets of salt and pepper shakers were completely empty. All of these issues, including elevator access, should be manageable. We hope elevator issue was due to maintenance/cleaning crews with master access pushing button for wrong unit, but did not catch glimpse of who was on elevator.

Overall great spot with good views. Parking spots are a bit tight but I would return and highly recommend this building and unit
