The property is a great size with a good kitchen and entertainment areas. Besides the black couch upon entry (needs to go) the place is gorgeous.

The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was central and within walking distance to the beach. I would happily stay here again.

A beautiful home in a great location. Walking distance to shops and beach. If travelling with small children good to note there is no carpet or rugs in this home. Recommend packing pool/beach towels as none are provided.

Location was excellent. Presentation of the property was somewhat disappointing as we had a no of issues in regard to cleanliness upkeep of appliances and fittings.

Close to the Pergegian Village, and a short walk to the beach. Well appointed and a great space for families

Overall holiday experience in Peregian Beach and in 250 David Low Way was amazing. Much needed time away with our 6 kids, including 2 adult kids who live interstate, which we have not shared Christmas with in 2yrs. Only minor issues but easily enough rectified. Kettle broken on arrival, we purchased one from woolies and left behind for future holiday makers. 1 light bulb blown on arrival also in main bathroom. Noticeable wear and tear of some furniture, but did not affect use. Dated, permanent staining on some bed linen. Missed cleaning of several spots and surfaces in home, but was not a big issue just fixed some of it up. No concerns or qualms about referring family or friends to this property and I would come back in the future for another stay. Cheers Mark, Vii & kids ☺️

Very well presented house with all the features you need. Very close to the Peregian Beach and the village, so comfortable and convenient in every respect. Great holiday house!
