Four perfect days in a perfect location. Million dollar view. Short downhill private path to the beach. Nicely decorated clean condo. (Showers designed for short people...but manageable.) It didn't matter to us, but we couldn't get the TV to work. There are written directions but still we couldn't make it work.

Well-designed and well-maintained. More spacious and more comfortable than many condos. Also, better lighting for reading. And the light bulbs all worked. Elegant, restful decor, not overdone. For example, the tv screen is handy to the seating but is not the focal point of the room. We would enjoy staying here again.

The condo is updated and decorated very nicely. It is stocked with everything you would need to feel at home on your vacation. High quality and you can tell there is pride of ownership. The views of the ocean can't be beat. We have stayed at many different condos at Rainbow Rock and this condo is the best. Thank you Jan, for being a wonderful host!

I spent 2 weeks in the condo and it was great. The view from the patio was amazing. The complex was very quiet. Nice walk directly down to the beach with more great views and beautiful rock formations. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described and great to have an unobstructed view of the ocean. The condo had everything I needed. Lots of great parks nearby and Brookings is a nice little town.

Loved our stay. Our only problem was the condo isnt exactly handicapped accessible. There wasn't any bars in the bathrooms which makes things a little difficult when in a wheelchair. We made adjustments and enjoyed our stay.

This was our second stay at your wonderful place. Once again, the place was well appointed and immaculate. Weather wise, we couldn't have had better. Skies were clear, temperature perfect and the views were amazing! Communication and response time from the owners was easy and efficient. Would definitely return.

Beautiful condo with a great view and great location.

Rainbow rock is our favorite getaway on the coast. This unit was a great spot for our family. The best thing about it: the trail to the private beach. We walked down a couple times a day with our 8 month old and 4 year old. It’s an easy hike and the walk is gorgeous, especially the wildflowers. Pros: Natural light, incredible view, lovely dining room, comfy chairs in front of living room windows to enjoy the view, great patio. Cons: The unit has a mildewy smell, especially in closets. The beds are pretty uncomfortable (very springy). There went any toiletries (bath soap, lotion, etc). We brought groceries so we could cook, but we noticed the refrigerator wasn’t keeping the food cold. Luckily we caught the issue quickly, adjusted the setting so food wasn’t spoiled. All in all, a nice place to get away.

Very nicely furnished unit with just about everything you would need for a weeks stay. A very quiet condo complex. There is access to the water right from the complex with just a short walk to the ocean. Only minutes to town. Really enjoyed the views sitting on the balcony! We will be looking to rent this unit again!

Condo is nicely updated, clean, and welcoming. Loved the ease of the code for the front door - no worries about losing keys! The kitchen had everything I needed to make a few simple meals, and the views can't be beat. It was a great place from which to explore Samuel Boardman Scenic area. Recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this ocean front condo. The view was beautiful even though it rained most of the 5 days we were there. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked and there were very comfortable bedrooms. The one time I needed to contact the owner she picked up the phone and helped me through it. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

This property was exceptionally clean and is situated in an ideal coastal location! The scenery was fabulous, and everything proved to match the description by the owners. The proximity to town and the Sam Boardman Park was very beneficial. The fish market and restaurants in Brookings were excellent and were close by. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

A lovely condo. Spotless, with quality furnishings. Condo complex was very quiet when we were there. Nice location. Our only complaint was there was a very strong pet odor when we walked into the unit. After several days with windows and door open the odor was less intense. It may or may not bother others.

What can we possibly say that hasn’t already been said about this lovely condo? The entire experience was exceptional. Hosts were fabulous to deal with- provided clear, comprehensive communication, & easy check-in/check-out process. Beautifully appointed home in a breathtaking setting! The beach at Rainbow Rock is hard to describe with words. Experiencing it is something akin to entering Triton’s Palace-complete with giant rock throne, hidden gems, and a tree gate with scrolling branch bars. Even more amazing is how remote & private this iconic beach feels! The people we did run into were all incredibly warm & friendly. If it had been available, we would have been content to have stayed the entire duration of our holiday here!

This view made us not want to leave the property at all! We decided to forego dinner out and cooked dinner every night instead. We enjoyed our stay immensely and cannot wait to return!

Your property was everything we hoped for and more. Description online was accurate and not disappointed but pleasantly surprised that it was what we thought it would be. The condo was very, very clean; furnished very nicely; and stocked just great. Having a washer and dryer was nice also as we stayed 4 nights. Location was perfect for wanting to stay on the Oregon coast with a breathtaking view of the beach. Access to the ocean was wonderful also. Close to the Redwood forests for a day trip and many other beaches in the area. We had great (noon-time) breakfasts at Mattie's Pancake House; great Mexican food at Pancho' s Restaurant; and yummy fish tacos at Zola's. So all in our trip was wonderful and would highly recommend staying at this condo. Thanks so much!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo complex, and we've thoroughly enjoyed both our visits. Great views, trail to the beach, and a trail in the woods behind the complex for walking. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this condo exceeded our expectations! The view is spectacular!! Condo was just outside of Brookings so it was convenient, yet you felt all alone. The beach access led us to a quiet beach where we were able to enjoy the beauty with no one around! We didn’t cook much but kitchen seemed well stocked. House was clean and communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The garage was a nice bonus. I definitely would recommend this rental!

We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing place with forever views of the beautiful Pacific.

First of all the condo is in an absolutely beautiful location. The view from the patio/deck area is breathtaking. The gated condo community was well maintained and quiet. Access to the private beach area could be challenging for some, so we did not make it down to the beach area itself. Jan was very attentive, professional, and kind. She responded to our questions quickly. We loved having a garage that we could park our car in. We would highly recommend a visit to Jedediah Smith Redwood State Park in California while staying at the condo, the drive is only about 45 minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay in Brookings.

Super clean, great location, comfortable and one if the most incredible views of the Oregon coast we have ever seen. We hope to return soon.

The house was appointed well, the view was incredible. And the beds very comfortable!

My family came for 2 nights to get away from the heat and smoke in the Rogue Valley. The property was spacious and well stocked with lots of extra towels and blankets. The view was amazing and we enjoyed eating out on the deck. We loved walking the path down to the beach, and my daughter spent hours at the tide pools. The inclusion of the tide tables in the info binder was really helpful so that we knew when to go at low tide to the tunnel. Would love to go back!
