No issues really. there was an issue with the garbage disposal but it was quickly resolved with property management.

Great location, dusty and dated property, we did have a couple of issues that woke us on two occasions, different nights. We contacted the agent to explain the situation but they just kept blaming the weather and did not resolve our issues to our satisfaction, fair experience 😔

Parking works for a couple of medium suv's or smaller but a large truck would have a hard time fitting in the parking spaces provided. The only shower for the upstairs bedroom so us and another couple had to share the downstairs shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moonbreaker! Everything was cosy and comfortable. We loved the views from the house, decks, and especially loved sitting in the yard in front of the fire pit and viewing the ocean. We will definitely try to come back.

This home was perfect for our stay. My only criticism would be the beds are too soft for my liking. However, my adult daughter thought they were heavenly! This kitchen has everything you might need and the outdoor fire pit was perfect! The stairs down to the beach are very steep with the last step down to the sand being a BIG one. The jacuzzi tub is nice. The views are amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place, clean and well appointed. The hardwood floors on the first floor are worn and it appears work may be in process (plywood patches in three places).

Clean, cozy, well furnished home with big windows and beautiful views of the ocean. Lovely deck and patio with firepit. Some reviews complain about the steps down to beach - the stairs are a bit narrow but solid and the last step in the seawall is solid, just tall. A little higher than my knees.

The house was nice and cozy with a great view of the ocean. A private stairway leads to the beach for easy access. Property was clean and in a great location for our coastal wandering. Would stay again if planning a trip to the area!

Both beds were also very comfortable. the view is amazing! Our few concerns: For safety, need to add steps at the bottom as you go to the beach, add a bar in the shower (I'm older but I think it is helpful for all), add a rail for the steps out front from the street. Also, fyi, the tub was draining very slowly so you might want to address that. But we loved the place and loved our stay!

Can’t get any closer to the water without getting wet! Lovely, welcoming and views from every room! Housekeeping could have been a lot better. Sticky surfaces, bedding that felt unwashed, floors dirty. All that aside, we enjoyed our weekend because of this spectacular home.

The fireplace was a little tricky but I was so impressed how quickly the owner and the company worked together to send someone out to address the problem. The house is well stocked, better than most properties than I have stayed out. Parking is tight. If you don't need much space, this is the perfect place for you. I wouldn't recommend for more than 4 but the view, the access to the beach, short drive to anything you might need - you cannot go wrong! I look forward to staying here again.

This property is being remodeled when it is done will be nice for a couple the only hope I have is part of the remodel will be the bottom step to the beach that is not a safe idea This home has deer walking in the neighborhood which was fun you could see at dusk the sea lion out in the ocean One early morning they were on the beach We had a minor issue and the property manager was right there is was so nice

We enjoyed the home for a girls’ trip. The views and atmosphere were very relaxing. We really enjoyed the outside fire pit and gas fireplace inside, which made us cozy and gave us a memorable time together. We were surprised that the house wasn’t as clean as other reviewers indicated it had been for them. One bathroom and the kitchen were not swept or cleaned well. There was some remodeling going on, and a little bit of remodeling dust would have been acceptable, however, it was food remnants in the kitchen and hair, toothpaste, etc in the bathroom. Due to this, we didn’t feel comfortable using the soaking tub and only used the shower in the downstairs bathroom. We notified the management company and they were responsive regarding it. As indicated in other reviews, the beach access from the back deck/stairs was not something we felt comfortable with using. The stairs were wet and had algae growing on them, so the final descent onto the beach was questionable at best. However, there was beach access very close by in both directions from the neighborhood. This was close to many wonderful restaurants, stores, and fun things to see, and do.

We had to call about the shades in kitchen that we couldnt manage but the person that came to help was super nice. But with that said there is so much there. We couldn't use alot of it tho because movement is so hard, but for a couple without disabilities this is great! The bbq, firepit, hammock and beach access is right there to enjoy. I mostly wanted a full kitchen with a freezer, a coffee pot, an uncovered outdoor space and view. And this place delivered in spades.I learned after we got settled in that it is much easier to use the door by cover to transport our belongings inside or out.

Not much you can do about the large landscaping vehicles and dump trucks off loading across the street. The place is ocean front, clean, has private beach access, two comfortable queen beds, quiet most of the time. The private beach access has a doozy last step onto the beach in case anyone with bad hips/knees has to worry about things like that. I would rent again if available.
