2nd time here and was a great place to rest and play!

Loved everything about this place! It was perfect for our family of 6! The property was clean and plenty of room to move around. Easy walk to the beach with all the beach necessities included. We hope to come back and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the perfect beach getaway!

The house was exactly as listed online. Great location and had everything we needed.

The home is just as pictured. It’s cozy both inside and outside on the covered front porch. It was the perfect size for our family of six (2 adults and kids age 10,12,15,16). It was very clean. Convenient to everything on 30A. Quick walk to the beach. This section on the beach is far more peaceful and quiet than what we have experienced in the past at Miramar and Sandestin. The surrounding restaurants were wonderful too! We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was wonderful. This is our 4th time at Magnolia Cottages and this house was the best. The location can’t be beat. Only issue is the upper bunk bed needs a thinner mattress to allow for a safer situation with the railing. My kid was afraid of falling out and I was worried too. But overall the house was fantastic, modern and clean! Thank you.

We’ve been staying at Magnolia Cottages by the sea for almost 10 years but this was our first visit to 7th cottage. It was perfect! It’s even prettier than the pictures, beautifully updated and super clean. Loved it!

This home provided exactly what we needed to rest and play! Appreciate the thoughtful space provided, the bikes and the gear was to the beach.

Beautiful updated home in a prime location walking distance to the beach. Also close to The Hub, which has coffee, food, shopping, and sometimes live music. Love that beach umbrella and bicycles were provided. I would return to this property.

Our family of six enjoyed our stay at the Cottage. The house had everything we needed for cooking, plenty of towels, and other starter items. The house was a great place for us to relax. Very close to the pool, which was nice with our children.

Great location with easy walk to beach and fun bike riding. It was very nicely decorated! Loved the master bedroom upstairs with the deck. We all used you front screened porch most of the time.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the location of your home. It was so nice to be steps away from the pool, a short walk to the beach and be right between the popular destination spots of Rosemary Beach and Seaside. We loved the quiet neighborhood. The home is delightful and comfortable and worked well with our two babies that were with their mamas. Unfortunately we could not get the beach umbrella to stay opened so we couldn’t use it but we didn’t last long at the beach anyway. Thanks for a wonderful time on 30A!

This house was perfect for our family of four plus mother in law. It’s very nicely updated with a great beach house feel and is super clean. It’s walking distance to the beach and pool, and just a short bike ride or drive to activities/shopping. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes are a huge plus as they will save you $$ not having to rent separately. The gas grill and back patio are nice to have too. Everything about this house is as described and I would highly recommend it.

We loved the house and the neighborhood. Everything was clean and working well. Kitchen was stocked with nice cookware and tools. We had everything we needed. Appreciated the bikes and enjoyed many bike rides. Beds very comfy. Showers fantastic!! Location wonderful as well. Would stay here over and over again. Didn’t want to go home.

The cottage was perfect for our family and small children. There was amble space, close proximity to attractions and the beach, and everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Both the proximity to the pool and beach are hard to beat. The way the home is just tucked off of 30A gives it a tranquil and relaxing feel. Looking forward to staying there again!

What a charming cottage and a beautiful area! My husband and I had the pleasure of relaxing at 7th Cottage By the Sea for 10 days. Our adult children came and joined us during part of our stay. First of all, the cottage is in a quaint neighborhood of cottages, all tucked under and around trees, but the gorgeous, white beach is only a short walk away. After a day on the beach, we welcomed the shade of the trees and the pleasant screened porch for a late afternoon tall glass of iced tea and reading. The bicycles (with bike locks--thank you for those!) were a hit as we spent time biking on 30A . We took a late evening walk (take a small flashlight) to the Hub to grab a superb BBQ dinner, watch a football game on outdoor big screen, and mingle with the crowd. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the quiet community surrounding the cottage, the bricked roadways, close proximity to the pool, just 3 doors away. The cottage itself is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. I loved it; I relaxed the moment I walked in the door. The only thing I would change is the length of the bunkbeds ; our grown son had a little trouble fitting his 6' frame on one of them. Ha! All that to say, we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, Kevin and Julie, for sharing your cottage with us.

Completely enjoyed ourselves at this property - it had every amenity that we could want and the beach was beautiful. It allowed my family and I to enjoy ourselves and make some great memories. We will be coming back.

We loved our stay in magnolia cottages. The house was beautiful - furnishings were top quality and everything was new and attractive. The house itself was well appointed with kitchen items and household goods such as a broom and dustpan, laundry, etc. the screened in porch was a huge hit and the master bedroom with porch was wonderful. The house is less than 3 minutes to walk to the beach with private access. Located central to all the restaurants and attractions we wanted. We had an 10/10 trip and would absolutely stay again. The only negative (which is not related to the house or in the control of the hosts) was that the beach access was higher up than we expected and you had to climb quite a few steep stairs to get to and from the beach. That didn’t deter us, but we were a bit winded each day after climbing the stairs. Just an FYI that we didn’t know ahead of time.

Great house! Cleanliness and furnishings were great. Separate air conditioner for master upstairs which made it very comfortable up there! First house we have stayed in this neighborhood that had this great addition! One feedback if you could add some additional frying pans that would be awesome! Thank you ! Loved the screened porch!
