Such an amazing stay with amazing views! The place was super clean, besides the bird poop on the balcony but can’t really help that staying at a beach! So, No complaints here! Would love to come back

This property is amazing . I have stayed here before only downstairs in the handicap apartment. It is fully ready for your stay , everything is there from pots and pans to outdoor seating. The bed was the most comfortable. My only regrets are I thought I was booking directly with BEACH and BAY and somehow VBRO got in there and charge you a LOT more.

Management team answered our questions quickly and pleasantly. She even gave us great restaurant tips. Tha condo was clean and had everything you needed and then some. Didn’t move the car for 3 days, just walked everywhere. The ambiance was warm and the deck views and sunsets were fantastic. We had our old pup with us and tile floors and deck out back relieved our tensions of a possible accident. We loved it and will be back!

Just finished 3 nights at La Roche and were completely satisfied! Perfect location on the water downtown Morro Bay near all the shops and restaurants/bars. Unit 2 was very clean and well kept. We didnt cook but kitchen was fully stocked with anything we would need if we did. Refrigerator was cold and fireplace was warm. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was noisy screeching noise if on any setting above low but low kept the air moving enough. Will definitely stay again!

We loved the location of the property. Awoke to otters eating in the water just off of our patio every morning and enjoyed amazing sunsets. Everything was walkable in town. Although our truck did not meet the low ceiling limits for the garage, parking was very easy and close on the side street. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with almost everything you would need. Initial communication with the property manager was tense and almost made us change our minds about the rental. I asked a simple question, by email, about security of my personal information ( they required a very long contract and personal information outside of VRBO) and a very rude and condescending response was sent back. The follow up communications went much better. The BBQ was unusable prior to our arrival and we were notified, so we made other plans. The only complaint I have is that the refrigerator does not keep food or drinks cold. The management company may know about the issue because the refrigerator has a large sign on it not to increase the temperature otherwise a few will be assessed. We were hoping to by some fish at the local market but decided against it since we could not guarantee it would be cold enough in the refrigerator. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Great property…excellent location within walking distance of shops and restaurants, amazing view, well stocked kitchen (although we didn’t cook), very clean, very quiet location, and super comfy bed. It was the perfect anniversary escape and we look forward to returning!

We loved this location, right in the hustle of downtown Morro Bay -- there are great restaurants, coffee places and fun shops just steps away. But once you get inside you'll find a quiet, spotless retreat where everything you could need has been thought of and is at hand. Somehow I overlooked that there are two bathrooms, which was great, even with just 3 of us in my family. There is a laundry room right outside if needed. And of course the view -- it is even better than it looks in the pictures. I usually prefer rentals that are individually owner-managed rather than by a rental company, but this one felt personally taken care of. There is even a great binder of recommendations for local activities. Overall, this spot is a wonderful choice on the Central Coast!

This property is perfectly situated to give you quick access to all the water sport rental places (we did canoeing and kayaking) but also peacefully perfect for sitting on the private patio sipping a cocktail and enjoying the sunset behind Morro Rock. It was everything we wanted for this trip!

Clean and modern condo directly on bay. Walking distance to everything on the waterfront and well located for hiking in Central CA.

Great little spot with excellent views. Clean and has most of the basic things you might need. Note: bring your own ice. I wouldn’t stay here with more than 4 people as it’s small, but little patio was a good spot for 3 people to eat crab fresh off the boat at sunset. Two bathrooms is a nice touch and parking across the street for a second car is convenient.

We arrived just in time for picture perfect sunset and enjoyed every moment of our stay from then on. Comfortable and clean, and a wonderful location both for views and walking to shops and restaurants. We will be back!

The view was amazing & the weather was perfect. The condo was very Nice & roomie. We had problems with the fridge keeping anything cold & the freezer not keep ice cream frozen. The back door was very difficult to open & lock. The floor could have been cleaner, I ruined a new pair of fuzzy socks from the condo floor. You should also disclose the amount of stairs up to the condo !
