The location of this lake house is absolutely perfect! The cove is calm quiet and huge!!! Plenty of room for boating, kayaking & SUPing! The fire pit is situated just right for watching the sunrise & enjoying the lake from morning til night! The dock is spacious with plenty of room for the fishermen & sunbathers to enjoy at the same time! You won’t be sorry that you chose this property!

We loved this place! The kids enjoyed the lake so much using the kayak and the paddle board. The property was very pleasant. Only complaint I would have is that it didn’t have much dishes like bowls to put dips in or such. Also, there were many spiderwebs everywhere outside on patio abs deck areas. Other than that, everything else was great.

We had such a blast! The home is perfect and online doesn’t do it justice! Very clean, comfortable beds and perfect location! We brought out boat and 2 jetskis and had such a wonderful Time! Chrissy was great and quick to respond! The only complaint was the kids not being able to open the back door by themselves (it was tricky) but that’s hardly a complaint; and we will be back!

We had such a blast! The home is perfect and online doesn’t do it justice! Very clean, comfortable beds and perfect location! We brought out boat and 2 jetskis and had such a wonderful Time! Chrissy was great and quick to respond! The only complaint was the kids not being able to open the back door by themselves (it was tricky) but that’s hardly a complaint; and we will be back!

Cute waterfront home. Place was clean when we arrived. Great fishing. Water has a lot of moss in it however. Nice firepit.

This property was great. It was compact and very cozy. Super clean. Kitchen was perfectly equipped. Plenty of towels for bathing. Bring your own lake towels. The girls loved use if the paddle boards and kayak. The water off the lake though is full of algae so they did not play volleyball or use the slide or swim near the dock. It is a very quiet area, lots of deer seen. Temperature in the home was good. The couch was so cozy and plenty of seating for everyone in the kitchen. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Note- the master has a king bed and private bathroom, a shared hall bathroom for a room with 2 queens & a room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Smart TVs in main room but not in master. We will definitely return. And the area is great spot for tubing, away from the more crowded parts of the lake.

Lovely home--Crissy is very responsive to any issue and takes action to quickly repair/replace. Only complaint is about the condition of the water--extreme floating moss on water top and below.

What a great place to spend our Easter break! Sunbathing, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, playing, grilling, relaxing, etc. etc. etc. and if that was not enough, the property is conveniently located just few miles away from a friendly boat rentals and the gorgeous Inks Lake State Park and Longhorn Cavern State Park. So, there was everything for everyone in our group (my wife, myself, our 3 children 26, 16 and 5 plus a teenage friend). The house, the yard and the dock are very clean and well maintained. The neighbors were very quiet (in fact, we have not seen them at all for the 3+ days).Check in and check our procedures are very straight forward and easy to follow. The whole stay has been very pleasant and relaxing. Just what we need to recharge our batteries before going back to work and school.We highly recommend this property, it offers a great value for the money and delivers what we all are looking for in a family retreat.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at this clean well kept property. The owners are wonderful and the house is stocked with all necessities. There is an added bonus of a kayak and paddle boards. The deck and dock have amazing views and it is tucked into a cove with little traffic so using the kayak and paddle boards is quite pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is cute and clean, beds are comfy, nice quiet spot on the lake- overall great experience!

We had an amazing time at Chrissy's adorable lake house. The house is bigger than we thought based on the pictures. There was enough room for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 infants. It's an older house but very clean and beautifully remodeled. The rooms are located right off the front door. The kids room to the right has 2 bunk beds versus 1. There are plenty of board games available. The house was fully stocked with basic necessities such as linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and cookware. We woke up every morning and drank our coffee on the dock, fished and watched the sunrise. Our days were spent swimming, kids sliding off the dock slide and kayaking in the provided kayak. We rented a boat for the day and they delivered it right to the dock. Evenings spent on the spacious back porch barbecuing, playing jenga and kids running in the yard. We enjoyed a nice glass of wine on the dock watching the sunset after the littles went to bed. Our last night was perfect with a campfire and s'mores. Gas stations and dollar store is less than 6 minutes away and Walmart or heb is about 10 minutes. Chrissy was a wonderful host and was pretty responsive to our needs and questions. She even let us use their personal tube for the boat. There was a washer issue and we couldn't figure out how to use the dining room light, but that did not matter at all. The house is equipped with central air conditioning and the rooms had their own window units in case you needed it cooled down faster. The master room A/C leaked on to the floor but we didn't end up needing it even in 95 degree weather. The house is in a quiet cove right off Lake LBJ, perfect for a much needed quarantine getaway. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you Chrissy for opening up your adorable lake house.

Me and my 3 small children were in serious need of a fun and relaxing getaway. The house was perfect, the lake and boat dock were exactly what we needed. Chrissy the owner exceeded my expectations with her responsiveness and helpfulness. I home to go back as soon as we can!

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was quiet and peaceful, not a ton of boat traffic like in other places. The only negative with this property is the lack of parking. You have to park in the front yard and if you have a truck and boat trailer, it is hard to park it with room for any other cars.

This place was great. My family had a great time relaxing at the lake. The paddle boards and kayak were a bonus. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
