This was our second stay at the Loft and i am sure will not be the last. Everything is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The hosts have the kitchen and bathroom supplies well stocked. We appreciated the bottle of wine too! The location is perfect for us. Minutes to the 12 South strip of shops and restaurants and the drive to downtown is short. All in all a wonderful stay!

This is the cutest getaway and so close to everything you may need. Took us only about 6 minutes to get to downtown Nashville. Host was amazing at communication. Super clean and everything you may need was made available. Asked for an early check in and there was no problem getting that. Thank you! Next time we're visiting, we are definitely staying here again.

We came to Nashville for the Jordan Davis concert. We were not sure about areas to stay but we lucked out in one of the best ones. The 12 south area is in walking distance and has so many cute shops and great restaurants. We personally enjoyed the Frothy Monkey. As far as the actual house it was PERFECT! It is so cute and the owners made it such a welcoming enviroment with all the attention to detail. The bed was comfortable and the loft area is great. I appreciated the full length mirror and drawer space. There was everything we needed and more in the kitchen. They even left beer, wine and snacks! The bathroom was stocked with all the amenities you need including plush towels. The outdoor patio area was nice and had lighting and even bug spray (whuch I used and was thankful for). I would love to stay again and I honestly say I don't have any recommendations to make it better!

The house was exactly as described. Perfect location ... just a short drive to Centennial Park, entertainment and food. We could go do everything we wanted to do and then we were able to come back to a quiet getaway! Great neighborhood and great communication with the owners. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. Pictures are accurate; it's as presented. Much attention to detail and has all you would need. Comfortable and quiet. Nice neighborhood, handy to 12South, Belmont campus. Wish we could have stayed longer but will likely be back.

The location was ideal for getting out to walk to a park, coffee shops, lunch and clothing boutiques. The bed was super comfortable! Everything was setup for a perfect stay with all the accommodations. We will definitely come back to this place.

This property is much more spacious than the pictures show. Very clean, hosts thought of everything, even a basket of snacks and beverages. Super comfortable bed, fluffy towels, even had Aveda shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of places to sit and curl up and plenty of throw blankets as well. This property sits in back of the hosts home and is very well lit at night. Wonderfully safe neighborhood, as we walked to the 12 south district for dinner each night and saw lots of other people out walking as well. About 13 minutes from downtown, and about the same distance from the Nashville zoo. We saw the Zoo Illumination Chinese lights festival which was Amazing,!! We even went back the next day to see the animals. Communication with Lori was EXCELLENT! What a great mini vacation we had. Would absolutely recommend this property!! Thanks so much Lori!

My husband and I really enjoyed this space for our stay in Nashville. There were so many special touches and Lori had absolutely everything we could possibly need with lots of little extras. It’s exactly as it looks in the pictures and very comfy and cozy. We enjoyed being right by the park and within walking distance to 12 South.

This was our fist time visiting Nashville and this neighborhood was recommended to us. We loved the apartment - it was perfect for us and the owners couldn’t have been more responsive and kind. We hope to come back soon!

We were in town for my Vandy class reunion. The place was perfect for us. Quiet and cozy. Incredibly well-stocked and extremely responsive hosts. Highly recommend if you want a quiet location near the campus

Great neighborhood to walk in. Great location for varied food venues and morning coffee. Easy access to downtown. Lots of info in the loft with ideas and menus. Very private and treats with beer and wine at the end of the day! Loved it

very quiet and safe place. a bit hard to find but once there - so amazing! Everything we needed for a romantic honeymoon. we cooked many meals in the kitchen and relaxed. Lori was on spot with anything we needed. thank you!!

This unit is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood of Nashville , full of families walking their dogs to the nearby historic park and paths the trees, the flowers, the peace. its all amazing. The owners did think of everything, from tooth brushes, lint rollers, lotions, soap water bottles, snacks and more . We will be the lucky ones to come back and stay in this unit. It was close to comedy clubs, restaurants, and downtown music. Thank you So Much for the visit to Nashville. We will be back!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very cute space and nice and quiet to come home too after a busy day exploring around Nashville.

We had such a great time staying here! Loved sitting in the back patio watching the tall trees. Everything we needed was provided, also it was so nice and quiet it barely felt like we were only minutes from downtown. Thanks Lori, we hope to be able to return some day!

My girlfriend and I booked this beautiful 12 South loft for an extended weekend getaway. Lori was so attentive and responsive leading up to and during our stay. Walking into the loft we were greeted with snacks, fresh filtered and bottled water and coffee. Although we didn’t sleep much after going out on Broadway, when we did sleep the bed was beyond comfortable. The additional amenities such as make up removing wipes, lotion and salon hair products made our stay even more luxurious. When I return to Nashville I couldn’t imagine staying elsewhere.

The hosts cover everything, you could possibly need. Full size toiletries, makeup removers ( which I loved) Everything is bright and clean! Homey, relaxing and safe. The loft area is huge and the king-size bed is so comfortable 😴. My 1st choice to stay if I ever return to Nashville.

My wife and I had the extreme pleasure of staying at Breeze Hill Loft / Guesthouse. Property ID 672936. This guesthouse is very spacious with a nice size kitchen complete with cookware, a microwave, stove / oven, Keurig coffee maker and a toaster. To our surprise the hosts supplied us with snacks, a bottle of wine, small assortment of beer, bottled water and also filtered water. The downstairs has a sofa bed, really comfy round chair, wall mounted TV, very nice stereo and a nice gas fireplace. The bathroom is descent size and the shower head is up high so you don't have to duck under like most. Upstairs loft has a a king size (I think) bed, wall mounted TV, another lounge style chair, two drawer dresser, floor mirror and a fan. The stairs have automatic lighting when you walk up / down. The hosts provide a 'Supplies" basket with paper, pens, tape., staples. etc. The also provide a very informative notebook filled with things to do around Nashville and needed information about the loft / guesthouse. Located close to Kroger if you want to stock up and cook or there are plenty of nearby restaurants. We will definitely stay there again when in Nashville. Randy C.
