Very cute beach house close to ocean. Perfect for a couple (or two) and their pups! Location is mid-island and convenient to restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. Our dogs loved running the beach off leash (allowed after Labor Day to Memorial Day). The house offered a well stocked kitchen for cooking, nice sitting area and great patio with large table, couches and umbrella. Thank you, Laura for a lovely stay!

First of all, the pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The condo is beautifully decorated. My sister and I go to Hilton Head every year for several days in September and we chose this place this year. Wow, just wow. We decided next year we are going back to the exact condo if it’s available. It was super clean and just the right size for us. It’s in a great location also. We had everything we needed. Thank you Laura for such a wonderful time!!

This was our second stay at this property with Laura and it was perfect again! This time we brought our 2 year old little girl with us and she had the best time! We loved the close proximity of the property to restaurants, beaches and shopping! We also utilized the pool daily (as it was 100F+ most days)! Laura checked in on us during our stay to ensure everything was going well and see if we had any questions/concerns, which was great! The property was super clean and we had the BEST TIME! We will definitely be returning, hopefully next year, with our toddler and newborn! We love staying with Laura, can’t recommend it enough!!

In Queens Folly at Palmetto Dunes, this stay was amazing. Laura created a super relaxed, beached theme home that we truly enjoyed. She was helpful during inclement weather with calls to check in on us. Palmetta Dunes is amazing. We brought our bikes to bike around the Island, played tennis at the best tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes (clay courts), and golfed at Trent. Check in and out was super easy. The beach is a short walk away. Recommend staying here for couples and small families. Very dog friendly!

Very clean and comfortable, great location to everything. Was perfect for our anniversary weekend and our little dog was very happy he could be with us too! Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

Loved the stay in Hilton head! The property owner is easy to get a hold of and so kind. She has EVERYTHING you need for an awesome stay floats, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and anything you can imagine needing to cook your family a meal. There’s books to read and games to play. We even have a disabled son in a wheelchair and all we had to do is pop his chair backwards up one small step. This was the best trip we’ve had together! Hope to stay again soon. Oh and our Great Dane Benson loved it!

We had a great vacation here. We have been to Hilton Head many times but this time we had to bring our little pup along. Condo was great. Very clean, spacious and even though we brought our own supplies, this owner had everything you needed at the condo! She even called me to see if anything was ok!!!! Our dog LOVED it! We were a bit nervous to take her but I honestly think she didn’t want to leave either!! If I could have given 10 stars I would have… hope to rent this condo again soon!!! Thank you Laura!!!

Hilton Head Island has dog-friendly beaches. However, it is not easy to find a vacation rental that allows dogs above 40 lb. I was so happy to find Laura’s villa that allows us to bring our dog. The villa is tastefully decorated and close to beach, golf courses, tennis court and restaurants. It is perfect for a small family with a dog. The villa provided all essentials including beach towels and even bed sheets for our dog to sit on. We absolutely enjoyed playing frisbees with our dog on the beach and exploring all activities in the area. We look forward to going back to the villa again.

Beautiful and clean place. Easy access to bikes, shops, and beach. Address is funky to find and can be confusing at first! Make sure to pick your pass up first, can be before checkin time if you’re going to eat at places in dunes. Can’t wait to come back here with our pup!

Laura's villa was perfect for our long weekend on Hilton Head. We had a great experience all around!

This was the perfect spot!! Exactly as pictured online. Clean, comfortable, and easy check-in. Felt like home! Distance to the beach was great. We called the Dune Buggy service everyday to pick us up and bring us back. Wonderful addition! Our pups really enjoyed sitting on the back patio. This property will always hold a special place in our hearts because this is where we got engaged!! Will return for more memories!

Our vacation was wonderful largely due to staying in this lovely condo. We had everything we needed for the week including in the kitchen, bath, bedrooms, entertainment, and fun beach chairs and toys. The beds were super comfortable and allowed for great rest! The proximity to the beach, general store, and pool was great. I received a message from the owner after check-in. She was easy to work with and seemed readily accessible for any concerns, however, everything went perfectly with no issues! We hope to stay here again soon!

We had a wonderful stay and were thoroughly happy with how well equipped this villa was and how clean and well kept it is for being a dog friendly property! I was expecting much less and was very impressed with everything! Thankful we were able to bring our fur baby on another vacation with us!

Very clean, decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Would definitely return there. Unfortunately, it got noisey at times when trash people picked up trash 2 times a week, and then the recycled folks at least two other days during the week that I could tell. Some people did not clean up outside after their dogs, but we did clean ours up and sometimes the other people who left it. The master bedroom bed was noisey when getting in and out of it. The weather was not that great. Some of the neighbors were noisey talking loud late at night when entering and exiting their unit. Other than that, the place was awesome and I would certainly return. On top of that, the unit did not have any pet odors in the air or on the furniture/carpet, etc. Very nice place.

This is our second time staying here. Laura is a superb host and is attentive to all of our needs. We brought our dogs, who enjoyed the enclosed patio, long walks around Palmetto Dunes and playing on the beach. We enjoyed kayaking on the lagoons, riding bikes, and cooking fresh seafood from Barnacle Bill's. We will be back again next year! Thank you Laura.

A very nice experience.

This was our 2nd stay at Laura's place. It's just perfect. Our pup loves it as much as we do. Close to everything, clean, comfy all we need. Only 1 complaint, the bed in the master is super loud, like every little movement sounds like empty water bottles being smashed. 🤦‍♀️ But we managed and still plan to return next year! Thanks Laura!

Villa is centrally located to all our favorite places. Very comfortably appointed and equipped. The villa lacked nothing. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we wanted for Thanksgiving getaway. Great location and Laura’s information and directions upon arrival perfect. Our furry family happy and content all week. Dog bowls provided and couldn’t ask for more. Only advice is be sure to park between the lines or risk a semi-threatening note from the “parking cop”. 😉

Loved the property and the location. Close to everything. The owners were very responsive when we had an issue first night there. Our 2 pets enjoyed the area for their walks.

Let me start out by saying my experience staying at this location was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We stayed here for a wedding at the Omni Resort in the same Palmetto Dunes area as it was doggo friendly. From the beginning the host Laura was beyond helpful. She was able to work it out where we could book a day earlier check in at the last minute and sent clear instructions how to check-in, parking, attractions, etc. Now to the condo. Wow...it was cozy and is bigger than what the pictures show. It was clean, quiet, easy access at the front to load/unload, and plenty parking. She had all the little touches down to dog bowls to use, beach chairs/towels, beach activity items, etc. which if I had known I wouldn't have overpacked my own items. The location also was super. Walking distance to restaurants, the beach, bike rentals, kayaking, the pools, and the list goes on. Additionally there is a Kroger right outside the Palmetto Dunes about 5 minute drive from the VRBO making it easy to get groceries. My only complaint is we didn't get to stay longer. We enjoyed the wedding, biking around the Palmetto Dunes, restaurants, and of course the beach with our dog Maverick. I highly recommend this place as we will be back. Thank you Laura again!

Laura's place met our needs perfectly. The location was great, an easy walk to the pickleball courts and not too far from the beach. The amenities provided covered all of our needs, and it had the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen in a rental. The bedrooms and living spaces were clean and comfortable. When we had questions, Laura responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again if we're fortunate enough to come back!
