We are a family of five and we could not have asked for a better place to stay to enjoy our vacation! The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean, and the outside amenities made our week! Our three teenage children enjoyed the amazing lazy river and hot tubs every night until close while my husband and I relaxed after days enjoying Destin and the beautiful beach! The Destin West beach area is so beautiful we felt no need to explore other beaches in the area (we were so thankful for the beach buggy and extras included with the condo!!). We truly cannot wait to figure out a time to come back!

The Condo was in a great location. Close to Destin to visit and do activities, but a lot more peaceful. The Condo was as pictured if not better. The couches had been updated and that really was my only concern in the photos before booking that they looked to be worn down, but they ended up looking as though they had just replaced them and not taken new photos yet. There was enough space for our 3 kids and grandparents traveling with us which was nice. Extras that were there when we arrived like free standing fans, a large extra blanket, and extra pillows in the closet and items for the beach like chairs and the umbrella was a nice touch too. The AC works great and we were very glad we went with this 6 floor option over lower ones with the lazy river and pool so close. The lazy river was a little too cold for our older travelers but the kids didn't mind it. Next year we know to travel a few weeks later for the best temps but overall we had the best time and it was so nice to not have to worry about anything while we were staying there. This is a great host. We never had to contact them. Emails, checkin codes, and checkout policies arrived in our inbox well before we needed to ask for them. Lots of great restaurants nearby and it was nice not to have to pay for beach access and parking. Thanks for a wonderful stay with awesome amenities. We will for sure be looking into other rentals this family offers.

This place was perfect for our long weekend. It was very clean, well appointed with all the basic necessities, and has wonderful views of the bay and pools.

We enjoyed our stay. Destin 607 has really good access to beaches, dining and a short drive to Destin. The property met our needs really well. We will plan to come back.

Very nice condo. Spacious and clean. Extra blankets would of been nice. The sliding door in the living room was difficult to open and close. People seemed to be disappointed that pools were not heated until the end of the week, as we were also. Cool overnights and the early sunset cooled the water. I was disappointed with the lack of anyone minding kids goofing off in the hot tubs. I know it should of been parents, but they didn’t care. But overall the condo and resort are beautiful and a wonderful location.

Costal vibe vacations is always a simple and easy process of renting a condo! David is perfect to work with his places are always clean and well maintained and if anything is wrong all you have to do is mention it and it will be fixed! Heron 607 is so beautiful it is the second time I have rented the same room! We love Destin! We love Costal vibe vacations! Thank so much for an another amazing vacation!! Plus the Lazy River is the best you will ever find anywhere!!

The condo was great for our family. Very spacious! The pool and lazy River was a life saver since our 3 yr old got stung by a jellyfish in the ocean.

Loved the condo! Pictures match what condo looks like. Condo was clean. Big enough for all of us. Great location! Lazy river is awesome. We love staying here. Very clean and close to everything in Fort Walton! Jet ski and pontoon rental next door! Would recommend this condo. Walking distance to beach and loved the fireworks during the summer on wednesdays!! You will love this condo!!

The property was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had all of the pans, pots, etc that we needed. The location was great and within walking distance to many things. The purpose of our visit was for our daughter’s National dance competition and we had a great time!

Great location. Enjoyed out stay and the amenities offered. Everything was as described and reservation process, check in and check out were all very easy. Looking forward to next year.

Really love the renovated bedroom design--well done! Also, 5 stars for communication with the property manager(s). We had a couple of issues throughout our stay and they addressed them in a friendly, efficient way. The handyman was also very kind and helped take care of these items at our convenience.

This property was beautiful! Very very clean! It smelled nice! The trash chute was very accessible. The beach across the sky bridge was very accessible as well! The host emailed in well advance with check in and check out instructions!

Renting with Costal Vibes Vacation, by far exceeded our expectations. The communication, comfort and amenities within the condo were stellar. Our family was there for the Thanksgiving holiday and cooking a big turkey dinner was made easy due to the enormous amount of kitchen supplies within the condo. The unit was very comfortable, had plenty of sitting room, and included a variety of games that were perfect for family game night.

I had a fantastic time on my recent stay. I appreciated the amenities provided as well as how comfortable everything was while I was there. I would definitely recommend this space for vacation and am hoping to return again soon.

We had this reserved before Hurricane Ida hit LA. It was perfect for our family to stay to get our minds together to return to La. I have stayed at this resort several times and this is by far the best condo. Everything was perfect and easy. Will stay again.

The condo was comfortable and we never lost internet or electricity. We had good meals, take-out for the most part. We mostly watched the rain until the last day when it was sunny and we went shopping in Destin. My review is colored by the disappointing weather but the condo is just fine although it could use an ice maker and a new toaster.

Condo was very nice. Really made our vacation worth it. We will definitely try to get it again if we come back.

Great vacation! Tropical Storm Fred moved east and our weather turned out beautiful☀️ Condo was wonderful. Clean and spacious with great Bay view and Lazy River. Lots of fun memories for our family. Would definitely return to this condo again😎

Beautiful coastal decor condo! Great location..spacious condo.

The room itself was very nice. Nicely decorated and clean. We did run in to some issues during the stay however. Some of the remote control batteries were dead, ice machine in fridge didn't work, had issues getting in to the room at times on the keypad, the jacuzzi tub advertised did not work, shower door in the master does not close all the way, and the sofa bed where we had an adult scheduled to sleep was completely mangled from a previous guest. They did offer to refund us $ for the air mattress that was purchased to accommodate for the broken sofa pull out. The views and pool area were awesome and the kids loved that.

The condo had everything we needed and then some! Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and even ready 2 hours early! Simple check in and check out process and great location with stores and food nearby.

Other than the master bathroom shower door not closing and the large bath-tube did not work, it was a wonderful place to stay, I would love to come back and stay here again.

So many good things about this property! The lazy river, the walkway over the road to the beach, the clean rooms, convenient location to shopping and mini-golf, etc. Bottom line, I would come back here again in a heartbeat!
