The building was nice and there was access to the roof and BBQs. The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sun set. The air conditioning is only in the main room so we kept the bedroom door open to help keep the place cool enough to be comfortable.

It’s an older condo but if you’re okay with it not being perfectly up to date it was a comfortable stay. Some areas were not as clean as I’d hoped, but again nothing was too bad. Small kitchen appliances need replacement (they are showing their age). Furniture was comfortable and full kitchen was nice to have on our stay. Washer and dryer was a plus. Gorgeous beach with a volcano view and staff was very friendly and kind. We would come back.

Condo was not very clean when we arrived. Carpeting is very very dirty. The unit is very outdated and needs a remodel. Sorry, but we definitely not stay here again. We were here for our granddaughters wedding and she was on the bottom floor. Her condo was infested with cockroaches. Management didn’t want to do anything about it. We went to Lowe’s and spent $50.00 on roach products to no avail. The moved to the 6th floor At their own expense. The whole family 30 of us were totally disgusted with the whole experience….

Amazing view and great location. The unit is very dated, which would be fine if it were cleaned well. Basic cleaning was passable, but it truly needs a deep scrubbing & carpet cleaning (or swap for tile). Lots of caked dust in the vents and the tub definitely needs a proper clean. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. The patio was excellent for sunset views.

Location, location, location! Misunderstanding with owner on my part; resolved quickly. No water last morning due to rain and flooding.

The Menehune Shores campus is beautifully maintained however the condo we stayed in was horrible. Not clean, outdated, carpets were filthy, why they would put carpet at a beach resort is beyond me! Batteries for remotes were dead. Balcony flooring was worn and made sitting outside uncomfortably. Not happy with this condo unit.

The view is awesome; however when we arrived it felt like it was 90+ degrees inside. The air conditioner was not on, so my wife turned it on and we went exploring. After we got back the air was off. I turned it back on and noticed it wasn’t blowing cold air. I called the. Iggy service and they said the best they could do is send someone out tomorrow. The fridge would not stay closed; it popped open about 5 min after closing. I called the day service the second day and they said they would send someone out; but they couldn’t get an air conditioning person out till Thursday (the day we checked out). They came and fixed the fridge while we were out. The pool was closed for maintenance the entire time we were there.

This is a nice condo in a great location. Overall, it was good. It could use a new bed, but I got used to it after a few nights. It is a little older, but was clean and had what we needed.

I'm not sure how this property is getting such high ratings but their review sets negative things. There seems to be a common theme with the check in process. I did not receive an email with the access code either. When I contacted the property manager, she stated we were not even listed to arrive that day nor booked. That's absolutely ridiculous! I don't know if there is enough space to list the amount of problems with this booking. The only thing good about this condo is the view! This condo is absolutely filthy! The bathtub is absolutely disgusting. Everything in this apartment is dated probably. From the 1970s or 60s, including the appliances. The beds were uncomfortable, the air conditioning did not work, the stove was slow to heat up and they did not leave any fabric softener for the dryer. Let's not mention the pool was completely shut down the entire time we were there. I asked to cancel this property in the midst of the fires. However, the owner absolutely refused making statement. This property was absolutely not worth the price that we paid. I absolutely would not do this again! Ive had much better experiences using VRBO and I am completely disappointed. I would never recommend this property nor will I ever be using it again.

We loved our stay. Beautiful view. Well stocked. The lagoon was amazing. We saw turtles every day in the lagoon. Highly recommend!!

This condo has stunning views, comfortable bed, new sheets, shower curtain,towels. Kitchen cabinets have been updated and nice tile floors in kitchen and bathroom. The unit could use flooring replacement on the patio and all carpet spaces. At the every least a deep deep clean is needed. A shower upgrade should be on the list to bring this unit to a 5 star review.

This condo is in a great location. The whale activity was great and you could watch from the lanai. Bring binoculars. The check in was a bit challenging as the wrong access code was provided. A call to the management company got us the correct access code. I let the owner know and he was appreciative of the information.

Really amazing location on Maui. Clean, as pictured. The only hiccup was the late check in email, which we received as soon as we called. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great place for our annual trip to Maui from Oahu. Unit has a spectacular view and was comfortable and clean. Property manager and host were great to work with.

Checkin was the problem. VRBO sent checkin codes as did Maui Condos, however, they were different. Since we rented through VRBO we tried their code. Didn't work. The wi-fi codes were also different. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

STAY AWAY ! Unit was Dirty and Out of Date - Pictures aren't accurate . Upon arrival the unit was hot and dirty. The Toilet hadn't been cleaned and would turn your stomach. The vanity top was filthy. The drapes to the balcony had mildew. The unit looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80's. I'd guess the carpet is 25 years old. I dare you to touch the buttons on the blender without wearing rubber gloves. And to top it off when we complained, the owner was very difficult to deal with.

The view was unbeatable! Also with pre- arrival questions, we appreciated how responsive our host was.

This place was AMAZING! It was clean, right on the ocean with the most amazing view, and such a great location on the island. We had an issue with the code when we arrived and we called and it got fixed right away. All communication leading up to the stay was great. We are already planning our next trip there!

The condo was amazing very clean easy to access and over all an amazing stay.

Over-all we were very happy with our stay here. We enjoyed the lanai very much with a great ocean view and sea breeze, at times we were entertained watching the windsurfers and Kiteboarding in the near distance. The nice sandy beach adjacent to the property is semi-enclosed and protected by a breakwater - ideal for small kids. We also enjoyed the pool daily, not large or fancy, but plenty of chairs to go around. We would stay here again.

The location to the “fishpond” was terrific.

Just perfect for two. Full bedroom Kitchen had everything we needed. We like to cook and eat at condo. Beautiful sunset
