Before we even got to the property Jeanne was an incredible host. She replied promptly to emails and was incredibly accommodating. Jeanne wrote us a welcome letter and was clear with the ins and outs of the condo. Upon arriving we were instantly at home. I have been to Maui 21 times and can say the aesthetic was exactly what you would expect to feel at home in a Kihei condo. Not only was it beautiful inside, but everything has been cared for and remains looking like new. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances and even the basic seasonings and pantry staples. The condo had two different air conditioning portable fans that kept the space cool and comfortable, especially on the hotter days. There was also a washing machine and dryer that made it super easy to keep up with any washing we needed to do. This condo is in a fantastic area and in a wonderful building complex. The host, Jeanne, was so easy to communicate with and made our trip so much easier than we could have hoped for. Even though we travel the world, we had never been to Hawaii. As we started looking at properties, This condo in Kihei matched our interests and it was as advertised. Perfect location, close to everything, super quick property owner to answer our questions. Highly recommend it...

As always, Maui was amazing! The grounds of this property are gorgeous, and we could smell the plumeria flowers all the way up to the 6th floor lanai! Walking in and seeing the view unfold before us was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable, but the unit itself could use a little refresh. All in all it was a great stay.

I had an amazing time staying at this property! The plants surrounding the unit were so beautiful to look at and of course the view was the best part. I watched many sunrises and sunsets on the balcony and enjoyed every minute of it. The unit had everything I would have needed, including beach supplies! I would definitely stay here again! The beach across the street is perfect and a great place for sunset swims.

We had the most amazing time on Kihei! You can’t beat the location of the condo and the view is absolutely amazing! We spent a lot of our time watching the sunset at night as the view is spectacular. Despite the heat the condo stays pretty cool and it was very comfortable. Thank you again :)

Wonderful location, fantastic views from balcony, quiet, comfortably and warmly appointed, excellent library of hikes, bikes, snorkels, swims, eats, etc. Host is thoughtful, prompt and helpful.

We had a great time. Jeanne had everything there you could possibly expect. The location was perfect, the view was fantastic, the bed and condo was extremely comfortable. We found some fun golf courses to play, went snorkeling on the beach in front of the complex, went surfing at the easy break nearby. Plenty of food choices and activities available to choose from. Exceeded expectations!!

We had an amazing time in Maui staying at Jeanne’s condo in Kihei. We watched the whales and the sunsets every night from the lanai. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was comfortable and basically perfect. I can’t wait to go back!

Well stocked and comfortable. Jeanne thought of everything you could need for a great stay. View from lanai was spectacular both morning and night. Close to beaches, shops, dining. Grounds were beautiful.

My miss though was that I just assumed there would be air conditioning - there is not and as the afternoon sun sets right into the unit it becomes VERY hot and several days was quite uncomfortable. The unit could use another fan or two. There was a lot of beach gear which was really nice to have and not have to rent. Overall, it was a great place to stay and much more economical than up by Kaanapali or Lahaina.

Jeanne's home was the perfect place to stay in Kihei! The view from her condo was like none other, her home had everything we could have possibly needed. She was very helpful and communicative before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend staying at Jeanne's property, you will not be disappointed! :)

Easy access to the beach, the WiFi was perfect so I was able to work from the condo, our preferred grocery store (food land) and some restaurants were a 20 min walk which we found ourselves doing often even with the car we rented. The units are quiet (even in the pool, by 9pm!), the view is lovely, and the fans did help with the heat and no a/c. Getting food delivered was a bit of a hassle, but that’s not a big deal. We would stay here again, and I’ve recommended it to my parents as well!

Wonderful location on the top floor of the building with great views and access to the beach. Well maintained and equipped with loads of beach items that are must-haves while on Maui. Very pleased with our stay. Thanks Jeanne!
