The property is in a great location with a wonderful view. We enjoyed the ease of getting up and down from parking to the actual unit. Both parties staying noted that the bathrooms did not appear clean and the unit could use a more detailed cleaning. When pulling out a nightstand to charge my phone, there was quite a bit of dust and debris. We would stay again at this building, but would look for a unit with better reviews for cleanliness.

Condo was fantastic, had everything we needed. View and location was great. Right next to elevator, but never heard any noise. The beach area never got overcrowded, we did get some pretty good snorkeling in right there. Check in with AA Oceanfront Rentals was so easy and they were so nice. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We did speak to the owner, Mike, once and he was great. Thank you for allowing me to give my family an amazing Christmas at your condo!

Great property, location

Stayed along with people in two other units at this property; ours was by far the favorite! The only change I’d recommend is to install a keyless lock system so check in could be accomplished without having to drive off site for the old fashioned keys. Otherwise, we loved it!! The breeze was cool all day and all night so that we never used the A/C. The entire gang loved coming over for meals and just hanging out. The breakwater made it so easy for the 6&7 year olds to learn to love the ocean. We would definitely return!

LOVED our stay. Great location. Condo was well stocked. Owners were very responsive. Only rated the check in as a four star due to the management company. Stopped at the place per the instructions and nobody was inside (during business hours). She showed up 30 min later and said she was on break. :/ Told me I should have checked my email (I did, said key would be in the box after hours). Despite the minor hiccup the place was fantastic. Condo had some activities. Beach was OK here but very close to a lot of other ones. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location and amenities of this property have something for everyone. Turtles were right there on the beach every day! The fishpond is shallow and great for those new to the ocean waters. The beach to the north is ideal for playing in the waves with soft sand and an easy slope. The beach to the south is great for shell hunting and long walks. All within steps of the property. For those not into salt water, the pool is relaxing and warmed by the sun! The unit is clean and has enough separation between bedrooms that you can't hear others snore! The AC was a huge bonus and the couch is very comfy. The rental staff (where you get the keys) were super helpful. Things to know - the beds are actual mattresses, not memory foam. They are comfy, but I know my son and his wife were surprised. I would suggest it's time to invest in some new sheets, they are a bit worn, and a real table (currently a folding one) for the lanai, but none of this dampened our vacation. The whale information center next door was informative as well. I'm already looking for open dates to return, great place, great price, great time.

The property is very well groomed and cared for. The pool is the clean and maintained. Real Aloha feeling here.

First the positives: The location on Maui and in Kihei allows easy access to so many parts of the island. It was a great launching point for our Maui stay! Within the property this unit is a GREAT location. Very close to the elevator, good view of the pool and fishing pond, close to shuffleboard courts. Good sunset view (although we went to the roof too). The unit is well appointed with the kitchen and other items. Our 2 critiques: 1) The back sliding glass door doesn't work properly and it was frustrating. I booked this property 14 months in advance, and even at that time there were year old reviews complaining about the sliding door getting off its track and not closing properly. That means this is a 2+ year old problem. On day 1 it slightly got off track and I quickly fixed it I thought about those reviews and chuckled about it being no big deal. Then on day 2 the entire door got off track and we spent 15 minutes trying to lift it up and get it fixed to close again. Once we got it closed we told our kids that we all had to use the other door in the master bedroom if we wanted to go out back. Secondly, the mattresses/bedding were average for the price of the unit. We stayed in 5 properties during this trip to the islands and this was the only one that we commented about the bedding not being great. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. I'm sharing these 2 critiques with the hope that they can improve. Overall this is still a great location

It was a perfect unit for the four of us, beautiful ocean view and it has everything you need. Relaxing ocean breeze, watching the huge turtles in the morning through the patio or go downstairs and walk few steps to see them upclose. Accessible to everything, very Close to the supermarket to get all the things u need. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Beautiful views so close to the beach, very clean, spacious balcony, beach chairs and umbrella. Would stay there again. Only complaint is a lamp is needed in the living room.

Property was just as advertised. Breath taking views as soon as we walked in. If we ever make it back to Hawaii, we would definitely stay here again. Property was well maintained. They have community grills the guests can use and they were immaculate. Every morning the cleaning crew took at least 2 - 3 hours to clean them. They look like they are brand new each morning.

Loved staying here for a month. We hope to return again. Condo has everything you need to have a great vacation

We very much enjoyed staying at Menehune Condo. The kitchen was well stocked with every needed for cooking meals at home. The condo had plenty of beach chairs and snorkel equipment. The lanai was large enough for all and we saw much whale activity. The only downside was the weather. We have been to Maui (Kihei area) many times and have never seen it rain this much and for so many days.

We loved the view of the pool and ocean.

This property was our home for 2 weeks. The condo is lovely. We watched the sunset from the lanai every night and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean waves with our morning coffee. Excellent location for getting around the island. The only negative was having to pick up the keys at a different location.

This condo has a nice view of the bay. A mirrored living room wall made the view of the water and mountain double! : ) The living room furniture and dining table chairs are comfortable. I enjoyed spending time at the beach that was surrounded by a stone wall to make the water calmer. I am scared of being swept out to sea, so it was perfect for me. Sea turtles entered through the little opening and rested on the rocks. The kitchen was well stocked with knives, pots, and pans that are in good shape. I mention this because sometimes in rentals this is not the case. The bedding is quite nice. Regarding the pool access code, if you are an early booker like me, before you leave, double check that the code has not changed. The only reason that I am giving this four stars rather than five is that some of the items in the kitchen were put away dirty, and the sliding glass door to the lanai was tricky. (It got off the track.)

This unit was as described in the VRBO app. Most everything we needed was supplied. Beautiful views and nighttime sounds. Might be a little close to the pool area for some people. Just be aware of this as little kids play in the water. Close to plenty of restaurants and other support facilities. Overall, very pleased with this visit.

The condo was amazing the views were spectacular. Watching the sunset from the lenai and Turtles in the morning. Easy to get to pool and beach. The sand is so soft to walk in and out of water. Not big waves it is perfect for little kids to enjoy without being scared. The condo had everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Beach chairs boogy boards beach towels were available in the condo if needed. Washer and dryer were perfect easy to use. We even had a power outage due to traffic accident on the street 2 hours. There were enough candles and matches that we had light to still enjoy the evening. AC was good just make sure you close all windows and doors you can't have both. When the sunset it was ideal to open up and enjoy the Seabreeze. I definitely recommend this condo to all of my friends and family and Definitely will be coming back. Keiha is a Wonderful place everything is within 35 minute drive like to Lahaina, Napila coast Moma's Fish house and the airport.

We had a great time staying at the Apt, wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again the next time we come to Maui. When we first arrived it was pitch dark outside and it seemed very dark outside. The parking spaces seemed a little tight for the newly rented minivan but it had just enough space. (We later realized that parking spaces are always tight in Maui).The apt was air conditioned when we arrived so it was nice and cool inside. We got to our apt and was greeted with 10 min fireworks show across the water. We stood outside the patio to enjoy the sea breeze and the firworks. We were able to shower and go to bed right away. The two bathrooms were equiped with clean towels and shower soaps. We were able to head to bed early around 9 pm. When we woke up at 6am, we were able to enjoy the beautiful views of the island, the beach, the pool , and the sounds of nature right outside our room. We were able to make breakfast from the groceries we bought last night and enjoy the sun rise with the family. Through out the stay we were able to relax on the beach and in the pool. The apt were equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, toys and even a sun umbrella. After the beach we were able to wash our clothing right in the apartment and not worry about wet damp clothing laying around. Nothing beats going on vacation and having things clean and prepared for the next adventure. Our family had a great time and the kids didn't want to leave. The condo had everything we needed and the property and location was great. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay at 309. It was conveniently located to all of the key spots in Maui. The view from the balcony was perfect. Owners were always available to answer questions. The only thing I would change is the check-iin process. We landed at 10 pm then had to find the corporation office to pickup the key, then drive to the condo. A passcode would make it a lot easier. Would recommend and would return. Mahalo 🌴🌸

The Friday we arrived for our week stay, there was a historic south swell coming in which made the waters cloudy and rough. No worries though…there was so much to do on land that we waited for snorkeling to clear up later that week. The condo was just as pictured and the sunsets were indescribable. Parking was never an issue at the condo. We ran the AC at night, but probably could have made it just fine with no AC. The hosts emailed us some suggestions on things they loved on Maui. This was really helpful and nice. Would definitely, definitely stay here again. Love, love, love Maui !!!

Very nice

My parents, sister, husband, my two children, and I stayed in two units in this complex in early June 2022. We had to pick up and return keys to the apartment at property management office that was about a mile away. We did not have any trouble with this process. The apartment was clean and well-appointed with plenty of things we were able to use to go out on the beach (beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, etc.). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was in great condition. The views were amazing and the ocean breeze perfect. It got hot in the apartment around 4:30 pm to around 6 pm. We only wish they had some curtains or shades during that period.

We stayed for 6 nights, the place is as you see in the pictures, beautiful view and great location. Wish we had a vacuum to kinda keep clean while we stayed there. Overall a good place!

Located in a great place to enjoy Maui

Thank you for the use of your condo. It was clean, well stocked, and the condo management were great to deal with. We were there with family for our daughters wedding, between all of us we had a total of 7 units in the building. Our room and one other were the only units with no type of issue. It was so well stocked, clean, uncluttered and had just the right touch of Hawaii. Thank you again, we would love to book this room again another time. Aloha!

We saw turtles on the break wall every morning and one day some monk seals showed up. The facility was very well kept up. With outside community grills, a pool and a great Indian restaurant. All in alll I would 100% recommend.
