This house was super close to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone and nicely decorated. Only things to improve would be to add some blankets and extra pillows, all in all a wonderful stay.

This is the 1st beach house that has everything you need!! Brought stuff but didn't need it! Kitchen well stocked for making meals,bathrooms had shampoo,conditioner, body wash,. Plenty of room for everyone. Property management very responsive when needed. We will try to stay here again!! Close to the beach. The views amazing!! Loved our stay!!

As grandparents we book a stay each year and our son, wife, and his family join us. It is something all of us look forward to! This house is close to the water for little ones to walk. It is a beautiful property and it was very clean. The view from the house to the water is great. There are two master suites which works well for us! A room with two queen beds for older grans and one room with bunks for the smaller kids and those two rooms share a bathroom. It was ideal for us!❤️

This was the perfect place for our friends trip.
We had 3 families with kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the house.
Location was amazing and had a great view of the water and beach.
Would stay here again in the future

We thouroughly enjoyed staying in this nicely decorated home with plenty of room inside and out. We rented a golf cart but you could easily walk to the beach. The master bedroom was so big and beautiful, but all the rooms were great. Would definitely rent again!

We had the most amazing family vacation there. The house is spotless, spacious, well maintained and stocked and so close to the beach. We all enjoyed the covered porch and amazing view, saw dolphins every single morning. The master suite is an absolute delight. And the private balcony. We were 6 adults and 4 children and having 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower was a treat. My husband and I come to Bolivar every year but this is the first year the whole family could get together . Absolutely the BEST place we’ve rented so far!

Beautiful decor, great A/C, nice view, Topless Jeep weekend created excessive noise, no window coverings on doors, excessive check out requirements.

Great house for family visit! Easy access to beach, restaurants and the big store. One important note- Bedroom 3 is listed with 4 twins when it now has one double/twin bunk. Very clean and with lots of parking downstairs. We brought our chairs to enjoy the wonderful deck.

Gorgeous house very close to the beach! Water views from the beautiful porch made this trip amazing! The furniture was very comfortable and the house was relaxing. A well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals and enjoy in the beautiful home. Would stay again and hope to return for another visit in this great home!

Wonderful view and easy walking distance to the beach. The main floor is spacious and has beautiful views of the ocean. Upstairs master is very roomy and a place to relax.

We had three families stay here and it was perfect! Had room for everyone and the house was so spacious for luggage etc. The house was very clean and the owner was very kind. And the proximity to the beach was exactly what we needed with kids. Highly recommend!!

From making our reservations to checking out, our stay was perfect. We were a family of 5 adults and 3 children, ages 3-10 and we had plenty of space. The outside shower was wonderful, cut down on the sand in the house and the children enjoyed. The kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed to cook for the group. Plenty of nice towels. The upstairs master suite and outdoor balcony was awesome. This is our second time at Crystal Beach and we will definitely stay here again. It is so close to the beach that you don't need golf carts, even though we did use ours just to run up and down the beach in the evenings.

My mom, sister and I spent spring break at this home with 3 elementary aged kids. It was the perfect size for us and very comfortable. We loved that the kids could stay in the kid room together. Would definitely stay here again!

The local beaches are fantastic here and the access to them is borderline unlimited. Our mixed party of family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay and lacked for nothing in muliple meal preparations as we used this well equipped kitchen for all our weekend-long feastings.

Nice, Comfortable home
Property as depicted in pics. Very comfortable beds. Easy 3 min. walk to the beach. Seems to be a party beach. Friday, Sat and Sunday night was pretty rowdy on the beach with Fireworks and partying until about 11pm, Also had neighbors that partied until about 11:30, which kept one of the couples in the downstairs bedroom from sleeping. Unfortunately most of the restaurants in town were closed due to COVID, or offering very limited menus, so we had to prepare most of our meals. Overall a very nice home with all the linens and kitchen supplies needed.

Amazing first family vacation!
This place was nothing less than AMAZING! It was bigger than we expected and loved all the space. The neighborhood was full of such friendly people and a lot of them we found out owned the homes and were in for the weekend! Such a nice neighborhood and absolutely stunning view! We could not have picked a better location for our first family vacation! It was our five kids first time to ever see the ocean and they cannot wait to come back again! The owner would always message back in great timing and was so sweet about everything. We will definitely be back!

Perfect home for our family birthday weekend!
We booked this home for our yearly beach weekend to celebrate August birthdays with family and friends and this property is by far, one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. It had everything we could need and more, as I always over pack because you never know what the homes come equipped with. The house was beautiful, loved the decorations, the beds were comfortable and we look forward to staying here again. The ease of renting was also a great experience. Thank you Carinn!

A family vacation
This is a wonderful beach house, location is great to the beach! It was a great layout for our family.
The house was well stocked in the kitchen, everything you need is there.... except there were no Dish rags, it would make clean up better! You might need to bring more toilet paper, you only get 2 rolls in each bathroom.... I guess that depends how long you stay.
The only negative is that you have to pay a extra amount for the linens! I understand a cleaning fee, but washing the towels & sheets should be included in the cleaning fee!
The house was very clean & communication with Carrin was good! Thank you for a good vacation.
