Very nicely appointed, kitchen is very small, it was very hot the days we were there and AC would have been useful to cool things down. Getting a second car to park in the underground parking turned out to be hard from finding where to go. Having keys snail mailed turn out problematic b/c I forgot to take them with us.

The space was very clean and had great furnishings. It's quick walk from the building to the tram and proximity to everything else in the Village is very convenient. Jim was very friendly and easily reached.

The condo at the Palisades Tahoe was the perfect retreat for our race weekend. Super clean, comfortable and relaxing. I hope to be back next year!

We were 2 couples on a ski vacation and stayed in Jim's condo in the village. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We like to cook and there were plenty of pots and pans to choose from and it also had a lot of spices, oils, sugar, etc. we could use. It's in a prime location with a very short walk to the lifts and restaurants. Communications with Jim were timely and easy. The packet of information received with the keys is complete with everything you need to know. We would highly recommend renting this condo, and hope to stay in it again!

Amenities -- it is all there. Spices, pots, pans...everything you need to cook a nice meal. Entertainment? Great collection of DVDs to keep the whole family happy. Incredible range including box sets: Bond, Matrix, MIB, Mission Impossible..... And board games. If you are a family and want to keep your kids off the electronics, this place has all the board and card games you need. Lastly, the host. Awesome response time but frankly, there is no need to even connect with Jim. He does such a good job with providing an info packet that you will have all your questions answered before you arrive. Will definitely stay here again.

Aside from that minor inconvenience. the place is amazing, perfectly located at the heart of the Palisades resort, very well maintained, with extremely confortable beds. The kitchen is fully stoked, and the furnishings in great shape. Highly recommend future guests bring a small bluetooth speaker to liven eveni g meals past a full day of hiking or skiing.

This was a beautiful condo and we really enjoyed staying there. We have stayed several times in the village and this was a great experience for us. We plan to book for next year too!

The host is friendly, and provided excellent communication to assist us getting checked in and also shared ideas for summer fun in the area. The location is perfectly centered amongst all the shops and restaurants with a beautiful west view of the mountains. We had plenty of room and privacy in this well supplied condo for 4 adults. Highly recommend and I look forward to going back to ski this winter.

Conveniently located in the village at the foot of the lifts - 2 minute, ~100 step walk from front door to lifts. The beds are comfortable and the condo is well equipped. It's great to have parking underground below the building. We skied back to the condo for lunch and ate dinner there a few times

Really nice place in an amazing location. Could not be closer to slopes. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen with those items that you take for granted at home -- ziplocs, cooking spray, basic spices, etc! Very clean and just overall amazing. Great response times from owner when I had a question regarding garbage disposal. Would stay here again with zero hesitation. One thing to note....the owner does have a strict policy about losing his keys which is $200 fee each key. If you are someone who tends to lose items, keep this in mind! My husband accidently dropped a key off the lift and I made him go down and find it :)

We had a great stay at this place. The condo was complete with linens, towels and kitchen ware. The location was inside the Olympic village and it was ideal to go to take the shuttle to ski area and you can easily go down and get a Starbucks. Jim was very responsive.
