We had a great time in this house. So close to the beach. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the online photos. We enjoyed the pool. The house is very close to SeaSide and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. We were able to InstaCart our groceries on the first day and cook good meals for our extended family.

This house was perfect in every way. Well provisioned and impeccably furnished. We had four of our adult kids, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, a boyfriend and 3 grandkids ages 7, 5 and 20 months. (9 adults and 3 kiddos) and we never felt like we were stepping over each other. We celebrated a college graduation, Mothers Day and a 7th birthday at this beautiful home. Plenty of room for togetherness with lots of private space! Everyone loved the decks and dolphin and star watching! The location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. Access to the beach is incredible and easy with kids and for when our parents visited for a night! See you next year!

Great location and tons of space!
We had a party of 24 with 10 adults and 14 kids ranging from infant to 10 years old. The house is gorgeous, it’s in a wonderful location with privacy on the beach but also close to everything with a short bike ride or drive. I would highly recommend this place for large parties with adults and kids or for an adult only getaway.

Beautiful Location -House needs serious updates/repairs
The location of the home is great. Right across the street from boardwalk to beach made for easy access. House is in need of major repairs/updates and deep cleaning. If the pictures provided for listing would of displayed the actual condition of the home, we would not of booked this house. We left early due to HVAC issues upstairs, pool heater not working, and a bug problem. The managing company was very responsive to try and rectify the issues but the issues were too grand for fixing during stay. If the needed improvements are made to this house, it will be a perfect rental.

30A Saves The Day!
Trying to plan a bachelorette party in the middle of a pandemic is no small feat and after cancelling our first two trips, we landed on this amazing house nearly on the beach. It had plenty of room for all 13 of us (we never felt like we were on top of each other) and the beach was steps from our front door! We had everything we needed and were just a short trip to the grocery or restaurants. Will definitely remember this house for future vacations! Thanks for having us!

Great for families!
We stayed here with another family between Christmas and New Year’s. We have stayed in this quiet neighborhood before and love it. This house sits directly across from the beach access entry point, making trips back and forth from the beach a breeze and providing unobstructed views from both porches to the water. Hard to beat that! Our kids loved the heated pool. We loved the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and ample outdoor seating. The interior paint is showing heavy wear in some areas and there is some minor damage to wallboard, etc. - nothing unusual for a rental, but something that could use some attention. Overall we had a wonderful visit and would stay here again without hesitation.

October 2019 Stay
We had a great time at this location. Closer to the beach than many places we have stayed that were “on the beach.” It is a quiet neighborhood with no crowds on the beach and plenty of conveniences nearby in the way of shops and restaurants. The ocean views from the expansive front porches kept us out there nearly every evening. Any small needs we had concerning the property were resolved quickly. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great location and beautiful property
This property easily housed a big group of friends. Steps from the beach and short uber to local restaurants and bars. There are a few golf courses nearby as well.

Great trip!
Home was much roomier than pictures showed. Great location right across from beach access! We had 3 families of 15 people and were totally comfortable. 3 huge masters upstairs with plenty enough room to add extra air mattresses if needed.

We took 20 of our High School students on a beach retreat and this house was perfect for our stay. Beach access directly across from the house and a heated pool was a huge benefit. Grocery store just a couple miles down the road was very convenient. Will for sure be back!!
