The house has a great use of space and we loved having a fenced yard for the dog. We were initially a bit confused about parking as there is an apartment downstairs but the owner was easy to communicate with. This is a great location for access to the interstate and other conveniences.

Except for some bugs, linen with stains, and dirty coffee machine everything was great. Good location, spacious home, large master bedroom bathroom and walking closet. Fenced yard.

We loved staying here - plenty of space, beautifully appointed and very comfortable for our three week stay. WiFi was strong enough for my portable home office, making work possible. And, location, location, location. We could walk to grocery stores and restaurants, and around the neighborhood. It was a wonderful stay in our home away from home!

This property is spotless! Very clean and well stocked. Big backyard, fenced and great for kids or pets. Very nice neighborhood , close to major interstates and great shopping and food. Robert was very easy to deal with, responded quickly to all communication. It was the perfect place to stay for our trip

While our nearby homes flooring was being refinished, we selected this property to stay almost a week. Good choice. As an x-VRBO renter ourselves, we found the home to be newly reconditioned, clean and conveniently located. Good choice.

We booked this house for a 4 night stay while visiting family. The owner was very responsive and friendly via message. We did have an issue with the TV and the owner had someone out to fix it almost immediately - like within an hour! The house is exactly as pictured and everyone reported that they slept well. As this house is in a neighborhood that is close to my sisters house, we would love to book here again when we next visit Atlanta :)

The house was great! Super clean, which is important to us. It was well stocked with lots of touches of home. Communication with the owner was good, very quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again!

Location and house were great, but there were two things which should have been noted. This house has a downstairs apartment, they are very sensitive to noise. One morning they hit the ceiling with a broom at 7:30 as I was walking through the house in dress shoes, another time they knocked on our door at 10:30 PM to make certain we knew they lived below us. We are a family with 8 and 10 year old kids, no parties, loud music or anything else, the downstairs neighbor’s attitude was ridiculous. The house has a nest thermostat, which was preset to 60 degrees. We could heat the house up intermittently, but it was a constant battle as the temp outside was 40s to 60s. I emailed owner with no luck, it was my error in not finding his phone number for two days. Could be a great house, reviews show others enjoyed their visit, just be ready for downstairs tenants that hear really well!

This house exactly matched the listing. If we are ever in Atlanta again, I know we'll be looking to book here again.

Great home near the interstate. Very clean. This property does have a basement apartment that rents separately. We were unaware and kind of alarmed us when we saw another vehicle on the property. However, it was no problem. We didnt really even notice they were there. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were exactly as presented on the website. I did some cooking for Thanksgiving preparations and had everything I needed. The owner was very responsive when we were contacting him for details before we left on the trip. I highly recommend this place if you want to be near Atlanta without being in the center of town. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! Very clean and modern. Centrally located so we got to see a lot but didn’t have far to go. The fenced in back yard was fantastic, our pugs loved being able to run around. I would definitely recommend!
