We had a lot of fun and totally enjoyed the lovely home and saw 4 moose!!! Two younger moose on one morning and a cow and her calf on another morning. The mountain views are outstanding. Everything was immaculate. Our adults kids and grandkids all had a fantastic week.

The house has a great layout and amazing views. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with the cooking items we needed. I think 20 years ago this would have been a top notch property. However, there doesn't seem to have been any investment since then. The furniture is very worn and dated. The curtains are heavy and dark as well as needing a good cleaning. I think removing the curtains and just having shades and getting new furniture would be a huge improvement. It also needs a good cleaning overall, as there was much dust in some areas and generally didn't have a deep clean feeling. At this price point, I would expect better. We were okay with the location, but be aware that there is a very windy road you need to take to get to it and it is about a 20 minute drive into Breckenridge. Although, that is why there is a feeling of privacy and unobstructed views.

Our stay was fabulous! The location was amazing! The views were off the chart! The home was the perfect getaway for our family of 5. The management company was both proactive in making sure we knew they were available if needed and reactive when we reached out. Top notch! We will definitely be back to this property.

The property is wonderful! The home has a fully equipped kitchen, was immaculately clean, beautiful view, and still had a secluded-in-the-woods type of feel. The management team was highly communicative with text and email so the check in and check out processes were easy.
We will absolutely stay at this home again. But more importantly we will stay with this company again.

This house was absolutely stunning. 9700 ft above sea level with views of the the golf course and mountains. Everything was laid out perfectly for a large group or multiple families. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great time. Kitchen was stocked with utensils. Hot tub was already on for us when we arrived. A couple of us had some altitude sickness so remember to take your time ascending to Breck!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! Views were spectacular and there was plenty of room for all of us. Cabin was clean and plenty of extras were provided such as blankets, pillows, humidifier etc. Water was always hot no matter how many people took showers. Pinnacle also provided outstanding service and quick to respond and answer questions. I highly recommend. We definitely will be back again.

Second year staying at this property with a family of 12 for a ski trip. The property is amazing. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be very comfortable. Very quiet and private location. Best of all is you cannot beat the views. Pinnacle lodging does a fantastic job with making your stay enjoyable, they are very quick to respond to any needs or concerns. I would highly recommend renting from pinnacle lodging.

The views of this home were nothing short of breath-taking, we loved the convenience of being close to town but also in a private estate. I would have love our stay more if we didn't have a mouse infestation. I kid you not mouse droppings in every room. For a stay of this caliber, we kind of expected at least 1 of the 2 coffee machines to have worked. In short, if you love being infested with a rodents, no radon mitigation system working, no batteries in the carbon monoxide detectors and crappy coffee, the place is all yours! I will say the host was generous enough to give us a refund for our mice infested food, however when we asked for a partial refund we were completely dismissed. It seemed the host was not concerned with our stay. This to say, this home would not be our first choice next we visit Breck! Happy rental hunting!

Million dollar views! Great space for a few family’s, Private Location , easy to use everything, no issues with anything in Home! Was close enough to town and activity’s. Would recommend but probably wouldn't stay again due to the higher altitude then other homes in town which have a few of us altitude sickness being from Florida!

This house is everything you see and hear on the listing. The veiw is amazing, hot tub is amazing, very spacious with privacy. Plenty of towels and cookware/dishware fully stocked. No complaints only compliments!!

We had a wonderful time staying in the house. It was so nice to come back to after long hikes. We enjoyed playing pool every evening and loved the views. Having heated floors was a bonus.

The Ten Mile Estate was beyond expectations. The house was comforting and provided stunning mountain views. The sunrise each day was breathtaking. We loved the daily morning visit by the fox and the wildlife in the back yard throughout our stay. Everyone had their privacy but yet we were able to gather and have family time. The house was perfectly located for us. We were able to visit downtown Breckenridge, hike, go four wheelin' and go fishing within minutes of the house. Thank you for this beautiful home and we will be back next year.

Overall, we were very happy with the house. The kitchen was well equipped and there were a lot of thoughtful touches. Really my only "complaint" is that I would have liked TVs in the bedrooms. We were a group of adults who like to watch TV before we go to bed. Other than that, everything was great!

The home is situated on spectacular, private acreage with views of Peak 1 and Tenmile Peak. The stunning home is beautifully constructed with many details to appreciate. We traveled with our teenagers and everyone had space and privacy as well as large areas for gathering as a family for meals and relaxation. The home is very solidly built, is exceptionally comfortable and has breathtaking views from the decks and hot tub. We plan to reserve this home again! Some items would benefit from updating; the shower fixtures and refrigerator specifically but they didn’t detract from the overall comfort of the home.

Our family had an absolute blast here, the cabin is so clean and well furnished with a ton to keep your family having fun! The hot tub and views from hot tub were great, and saw a ton of wildlife in the back. Had a family of moose hang out all day in the back!

Just a short drive to Breck, but feels like you are much further out. This would be a great option as a base for two families since it has two nice master bedrooms and plenty of space for the kiddos. Property Management Group was easy to work with and checked in several times during the week.

The view from the beautiful deck of this property is breathtaking! (which you can enjoy from the deck chairs). Very comfortable, well laid-out house, with an open main floor and then all 4 bedrooms being on different levels, which gives everyone their space. Well-stocked, friendly & responsive management. It's a 10-15 minute drive to the nearest store, so you just have to plan ahead for that. Again - the VIEW is worth every penny!

Ten Mile Estate Family Getaway
This charming mountain home was perfect for our family getaway. Each couple had their own bedroom/bathroom. Kitchen had all cooking equipment available...with plenty of storage space for the food that we brought. We enjoyed the game room with billiard table and game table, big screen tv , hot tub right outside. The best part was sitting on the wrap around deck and taking in the view-mountains, trees, wildlife. Being in nature was great respite.

This property was amazing! Beautiful home. Kitchen was stocked very well with anything you would ever need and more! View was spectacular. Beds were super comfortable. Furniture in family room and downstairs game room was very comfortable and not worn. We had 3 couples and a 2 year old. It was perfect for each family to have their own space with their own bathroom on a different level allowing for more privacy. Perfect location away from the busyness of town but close enough to run into Breck or Frisco. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Gorgeous views
Beautiful large home with private areas for every guest. Fantastic views of the mountains - pictures never do justice to the views. We enjoyed wildlife as well - a moose, a few deer, a couple of foxes and many chipmunks made the view all the more enjoyable (although we felt as though we may have been invading their territory!)

Our Time at Ten Mile Estate
What a beautiful house, and what a breathtaking view! My (extended) family and I stayed for a week to celebrate my 60th birthday. The property is managed by Pinnacle Lodging, they provided creat communication and customer service during our summer stay.
The house includes all of the amenities you might need, from kitchen utensils to extra pillows. We spent a lot of quality on the two decks, we enjoyed watching all of the local chipmunks at play. Also got plenty of use from the grill, hot tub, and pool table!
The house does not have air conditioning (most houses in Summit County don't), so on a warm summer day, it can be 80 degrees in the bedroom on the top floor, and still 68 in the basement bedroom! be sure to open some windows, but be aware that some of the window seals are broken. Also, life at 9,700 ft is a little different, so be prepared for the altitude!

The pictures of this home do not do it justice! Breathtaking views from EVERY room! The management company answers all questions while you are at the home. It is well stocked with everything you’d need for cooking! Don’t hesitate, book this home it slept all 10 of us very comfortable!
