Overall the house was clean and we were able to get an SUV into the garage snugly, however the street was wide enough to not have to worry about getting your car dinged. Nice family style neighborhood, the bar wasn't too loud at night either.

This was the best possible location for our Seattle vacation. Prior to coming, we spent our time exploring the parks and islands. We were concerned that we would miss the quiet of the islands, but Amir's place was amazing. It was quiet, well stocked, and exactly like the pictures. We "thought" we had a smart home until witnessing Amir's. It was very entertaining to try and keep up with the smart lights and door! I would caution anyone that is not able to do stairs because there is no getting around that. We rented a standard (7 passenger) SUV for our family, and the garage was not big enough to fit it. The street parking was plentiful, so that was not an issue. The bar and grill down the block had fabulous food, and the bus stop outside the local market & deli was perfect for getting downtown. We would highly recommend Amir's home!

Great property. Very clean and comfortable. Would’ve been great to have AC but still, the place stayed reasonably cool. Enjoyed the fire pit in the back patio very much. The host was very responsive and courteous.

The unit was perfect for our needs. We wanted to be walking distance to Ballard and Seattle transportation. There were great neighbor food places. Unit was clean, well equipped and the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We will certainly recommend unit to our friends and for repeat stays.

A great experience from the beginning. There was hiccup in the booking process, and the hosts were immediately in contact with VRBO to fix the issue. Any questions we had leading up to or during our weeklong stay were answered within minutes. In addition, Amir and Amy provided a helpful guide to the houseVery attentive! Among the top hosts we’ve encountered over several years of VRBO stays. The listing details and photos are accurate, and the hosts’ recommendations for local attractions and dining were excellent. The house is in a nice neighborhood within easy walking distance of restaurants and a small market - a very pleasant setting. It’s also a good base for exploring downtown Seattle and the national parks. The house itself is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. They really have thought of everything that guests might need. The backyard is a delight. We are from the DC area and were concerned about not having A/C in the house. We had a couple of warm days and it was not a problem. Amir and Amy have wonderful detailed instructions on cooling the home as well as a mighty powerful attic fan that cleared out the heated air in no time at all. Bottom line: lovely home, excellent location, exceptional hosts. We would definitely look at booking here again.

Perfect for our quick getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days after our Alaskan cruise and loved this place. The location was great. The local pub next door was the best!

One of our smoothest trips ever thanks to a super easy check in and clear instructions for everything in the condo. We enjoyed this cozy condo for five days over Christmas that included one of the coldest, iciest days Seattle has experienced in a long time. That day we stayed in and snuggled by the fireplace, worked on a puzzle, and played games. The other days we were able to venture out to enjoy all that the city has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare Christmas dinner. We also appreciated that we were able to park our rental in the garage. Excellent vacation, we highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our trip to visit family who recently moved into the neighborhood. We were within short walking distance, a great plus. The property was clean, well appointed and everything we could ask for in a home away from home!

This was a neat and well-organized space. Sad we couldn't stay longer, but had plans to explore Olympic National Park. This was a great place to land at the beginning of our jouney!

The house is well-prepared with everything we need, including the kitchenware, bedrooms sheets, towels. The instructions to every details are very clear. The host, Amir sent us several messages to check if we are ok with everything in the house. The neighborshood area is very safe and quiet. We will definitely go back next time.

We loved our stay at the Stone House. The beds are comfortable and the courtyard is lovely. Definitely recommend if you want to stay in this neighborhood.

Great location, very nice house for parents of two small kids, super cute park that is walking distance nearby. So much to do around the area including great restaurants that keep you outside of the bustle of the city. Home was very clean, a few small hairs in the bathroom but not a big deal. Unfortunately during our stay there was a heat wave and this was difficult with no air-conditioning and only window fans in 92 degree heat, which made the apartment very hot in the late afternoon and early evening which is exactly when our kids go to bed. On the days the weather was great, our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again but consider if you do mind no air conditioning that it can get very warm in the summer.
