So relaxing and fun

Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Great location and good communication with the owner. Secure covered parking and an elevator to your door are a bonus. Near the beach, shopping and dining.

I would stay here over and over, the Condo was wonderful it did not disappoint at all, everything was in good working order and everything you need is there. It is steps away from the main Pier and shops. I give the Condo and it's owner a perfect 5. If you ever get the chance to book this Condo, do it you will not be disappointed.

Great location- with in walking distance of all the shops/ restaurants and beach/pier. Plenty of space- we stayed here with 5 adults and 1 child. It was neat and tidy and we had no complaints. If you enter the garage on Butler you have to go through that garage and make a left to go into the garage for the unit. We figured that out after 10 minutes of driving bc the entrance on 15th street was closed. We really did enjoy staying here and would definatly stay again! Thanks Mai for everything.

We could not be happier with our stay at this rental!! It was beautiful, clean, and so convenient to everything. It was right by the beach, the pier, and the shopping areas, so we could walk to everything. It was very secure, with locked gates all around, to the parking as well as the pool. While our stay included our family (with a 19- and 21-year-old), it would have been great for children of all ages as well. In addition, the layout included 2 bedrooms at one end of the condo (for the sleeping-in college kids) and the primary bedroom at the other end of the layout, so we didn'twake the kids in the morning when we got up. All in all, we have nothing negative to say about this beautiful rental, and would stay there again without hesitation! 🏖 😊

I couldn’t expect any batter. Only minor details. Back door wouldn’t stay closed. Same for the shower door. Couldn’t expect any better.

Besides the pool being closed and 10:00am check out time, the location was great and convenient. Condo is bigger in person.

Great location. Loved the deck & the view. (The deck door was difficult to latch and unlock). Loved all the spaciousness. With 4 adults & 1 child we didn't feel cramped. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice closet space. May be nice to have a few fans in the closet. We never watched tv. The pool & hot tub were wonderful. I prefer the ocean. The kids made pen pals. I want to return every year!!

I have stayed at several Brass Rail condos before and they offer clean facilities and a good location. However, no public grill :( This condo was nice, spacious, and offered a little view of the water. The only issues were a very slow draining tub in the separate full bath, and the kitchen tools and cooking dishes were sparse. A grill would be a nice option as well.

Brass Rail is the nicest condo complex on Tybee and is an amazing location. This condo has a beach view for sunrise, which was amazing!

Condo experience was wonderful. Location was convenient to everywhere. Enjoyed the view and space of this place. We would stay there again if we return to Tybee Island.

This is one of the best condos we have stayed in with our family! The photos and description are exactly what you get. The condo is spacious and well decorated. Having the extra 1/2 bath and the huge master bath made it easy for our family of 6 adults. The location is absolutely perfect and in walking distance from many restaurants and shops, super short walk to the beach and convenient access to the pool. The pool area has plenty of chairs and was never super crowded. Tybee Island is much more laid back and small enough to travel quickly to various restaurants. This was the perfect relaxing vacation!

Great place! Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony! Easy and close walk to the beach and close to places to eat and shop! I would recommend bringing extra paper products and towels but it is nice that some amenities were ptovided. We would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived the kitchen light wasnt working. The owner was quick to communicate with us about getting it fix the following work day. We had excellent communication throughout the booking process. It is a beautiful condo in a great location within walking distance to anything you could want in a beach town. Our grandsons loved that they had a pool and an ocean to play in.

Good overall location. Owner waited until AFTER receiving full payment to ask for a copy of my driver's license, allegedly to verify my age, but I fully believe was a pretext to determine race. Choose this one for closeness to the beach and walking to restaurants, not for overall cleanliness. There were visible hairs from prior guests on floors and in the shower, stains on sheets, pillowcases and towels causing us to do laundry before feeling comfortable enough to sleep, and food items left in the fridge. Condo is stocked with minimal supplies, especially bathroom tissue and owner's response after 12 hours was the supplies only serve as a starter. The patio door would not close and lock properly. The sofa was more comfortable than the master bedroom mattress and kids room mattresses need to be replaced immediately. Rent this one for proximity to the beach but bring your own linen, towels and bathroom tissue.

This rental is perfectly located if you want to be close to restaurants, the beach, and shops.

It was an awesome condo in a great location! Our only recommendation would be to provide a cart for transporting all of your stuff & add some mirrors to the bedrooms! We enjoyed our stay & would rent this condo again! Thanks Mai!:)

We had a nice stay, but I did message the owner about some basic things that needed repair. I got no response from her. The sink in the shared bathroom had a crack & hole in it that had obviously tried to be repaired previously, but it looked bad, not what you’d expect when paying over 2100 for 4 nights. The patio door would not close and lock properly. The master bedroom’s mattress needs to be replaced. There was a limited supply of kitchen cooking pans and silverware. The electric can opener was broken and the 3 handheld ones were cheap and useless. Bring your own towels and toilet paper because very little is supplied.

Only complaint was some codes where wrong and not enough bath towels and kitchen towels would rent again

The elevator was not working when we arrived- had to carry luggage and food up 4 flights of stairs. It was fixed but when we checked out it wasn’t working again- carried everything down 4 flights! The hot tub was cold from check in on Sunday until Thursday- it had been that way for months. Owner was concerned but did nothing.

We enjoyed our stay.

The property is in a PERFECT location, beautiful view of the ocean and within walking distance to the beach and anything you need during your stay (shops, restaurants, convenience store, etc.). Check in process was very easy and provided parking for 2 in an underground parking garage. Property is as shown in the photos with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and the amenities we needed. A couple downfalls of the stay was the white bedsheets had some stains on them so we had to re-wash, but they appeared to be permanent. It did not appear the unit has a solid clean before we arrived as there was long black hair in multiple areas of the unit. The master bed was very uncomfortable for us and the towels were at a minimum with 1 per person, (there were 5 of us) and only 2 wash rags total so we had to do a couple loads of laundry. There was only 1 small roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms so we had to go buy more and the carpets in the bedrooms were also very dirty and stained, I did not go barefoot inside. Overall nice stay, we were outside the majority of the time and only there to sleep, again location was PERFECT.

We rented this unit for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint. It was so much bigger than it appeared in the pictures.. Great location, close walk to beach and restaurants/bars. Amazing patio to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again

All in all a nice place with easy access to the beach. We would have liked the pool and hot tub to be open. They weren’t covered and seemed to be filtering so they would have been great after a day at the beach and the hot tub after a long day of walking in Savannah. The cleanliness of the condo was OK. There was hair in the shower and crumbs in front of the couch which we advised the owner by voicemail and never heard back. The vent on the microwave was broken, which we found out when my daughter closed the microwave and it fell and hit her. The windows in the smaller rooms had issues, one would not open at all and the other would not close all the way which was problematic with the wind and rain one night. Finally able to close with a bit of work. All and all the condo needs a deep clean after the summer I suppose. Linens were not the greatest. Sheets were rough and the bath towels small and threadbare. Washcloths were tiny and thin. It would have also been nice to have a beach umbrella and beach chairs.

I've stayed many places on tybee and this has now become one of my faves! Perfect spot for families with kids or just adults who like convenience. We loved it!
