Location, view, resort cleanliness, amenities, beach front, pools and staff friendliness.

We loved everything.

Walk way to the rooms. Plenty of carts to get bags to the room.

My Unit said it came with a parking spot. I had to pay $20.00 to park in the lot.. On the early morning departure, the bar code would not let us out of the Lot, ( Said Expired), I was stuck on the phone until someone came to help us. Defintily need more Handi-capped parking for us Seniors.

location was great. walking distance to Pier Park and right in the beach

the unit was a little dirty. also. there was a broken glass tabletop and broken lamp stashed away in the pantry closet. at the cost per night (after adding up all the fees and taxes) the unit should have been cleaner and not have broken glass stashed in the pantry.

We enjoyed our stay! The location is very good. The building design is not attractive though. Too many rules for a tourist.

There is no lobby that you can hangout with or place to standby. The sofa bed is not good, there is a dent or shallow in the middle. The elevator don’t have any chairs or decorations when you go up to the rooms.

The furniture was old and dirty. My wife put a sheet over the sofa. The floor hadn't been cleaned in weeks maybe months. The sink faucet was on backwards. When we arrived the room temperature was set on 75 degrees and fans didn't work. They did come the next day a fix the A/C and fans.

the furniture seemed worn out and it felt like you were about to sit on the floor, the couch and chair were extremely soft. the bed was the same way

didn't like that we got locked out for a whole day because of the pin pad other than that it was great

Great view of the beach. The condo was clean and very nice. We really enjoyed staying here. The pool area was also very nice.

These are very minor comments, we could have used a couple dryer sheets. We were provided with laundry soap, the dryer sheets would have been nice too. And also minor, the paper towels and toilet paper could be a little better quality.

Incredible view and enjoyed feeling like I was “at home” while I was on vacation.

There was an issue with ants in one area of the condo but it was quickly addressed by the management company. Very impressed.

The sofa bed was not comfortable even for teenagers

The view was excellent and located close to good restaurants and shopping areas
