Property is very nice , clean. Spacious for family vacation. Location is good for day trips. Wilson was very attentive and helpful. Overall excellent experience.

Our family rented 3 properties for a family holiday, this unit being one of them. It is a lovely large unit that comfortably slept 6 of us. The layout is roomy and spacious, and the condo is well-stocked with household items as well as beach equipment. Wilson was very helpful anytime we had a question or request. Thank you.

This property was perfect for our family. The location is great for getting around the island. It has all the things you want in a home, plentiful towels, linens and extra blankets. As well as all the little things that make it feel like a home, ziplock bags, toothpicks, tape, etc. The snorkeling and beach gear is also great. The property was super clean. We definitely recommend it.

House was well presented and had everything we needed. This proved to be an awesome find for our family stay. So helpful to have a well equipped kitchen. Even though we brought our own, there were supplies (shampoo, wash etc) in the bathrooms. Have to admit that the house was so nicely decorated we put away some of the "nice " things so nothing would get broken. Pool, BBQs and fitness rooms were well used, nice and close to the unit. Wilson was extremely attentive and responsive to questions and issues and provided great ideas of things to do. You do need a car on the Big Island to get to things. Overall a great stay. Thanks

This was our fourth stay in the Waikoloa Colony Villas, each time in a different unit. Altogether, other family members and myself have stayed in a total of 10 units on the property. By far, Wilson’s unit was the best of all. I base this on the location next to the open space, the landscaping, the abundance of kitchen utensils and the quality of the furniture and window blinds/curtains. It was nice to be able to darken the bedrooms! Wilson was in contact upon our arrival and immediately replied to any questions that we had. We would absolutely recommend this property for a quality stay. Art and Orpha C

My family and I enjoyed our time here for our first trip to Hawaii. The pool and hot tub was great. The condo was exactly what we needed for our trip. We had all the amenities of home. Safe gated community. Access to all sorts of things to do and see quickly. Beach 4 minutes away. I recommend Wilson and his home as a great place to stay. The only problem we had was that we had to go home as our time ran out.

My family of 5 really enjoyed staying in this unit . The host was very friendly and helpful. The unit was loaded with all the extras that you need for an extended family stay. The beds were all comfortable and the location was super handy:).

Our stay was beyond wonderful. The home, the amenities, the Ohana feeling was incredible. The beds were so comfortable, my husband and I had the room with the Queen bed and we slept like babies. The linens were in abundance and never a shortage of. There is a washer and dryer in the linen closet that met our needs constantly. Bathrooms upstairs were spotless and had an array of shampoos, conditioners and soaps for our use. The main floor was much larger than expected with vaulted ceilings and wonderful light flow. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare all our meals. Appliances are stainless steel and looked new. Granite counters were easy to keep clean. Home has an Asian flare which was pretty and very comfortable. In the garage there was an abundance of beach and pool items for our use and we left a sun shade tent for future guests. One thing is that only pool noodles are allowed in the pool, no floaties of any type. This is a resort rule. The Lanai off the dining room was used everyday and made our morning coffee’s a delight. Grounds are spectacular and the beautiful pool is a 2 minute walk. Pool area has four large, beautifully maintained barbecues which we used everyday. Wilson was an incredible host and attended to our needs without any wait time. It was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend this property and I’m looking forward to our next trip. The refrigerator broke down and the next day the owner flew in from the Mainland and replaced it with a new one. Very impressive. The unit was clean and comfortable, close to the pool. Many supplies, beach toys, chairs, etc. Plus the sunset could be viewed from the unit. Mahalo Wilson!

This is a beautiful place, inside a gated community. The condo was very clean and have everything we needed for the family of seven. The host was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely return in future.

The property was just as advertised. Clean and accessible. Many more staples than we usually see in vacation rentals which was so nice.

This rental is located in a very nice complex, the colony villas. This complex is less than a mile to A bay beach and even closer to the queens shopping area. The unit itself is quite close to the first pool in the complex, which has 4 gas grills. We really appreciated this close proximity! We also loved the availability of beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas) for guest use. We didn’t use the snorkel gear but there is some there as well. As an owner, Wilson was always responsive and very kind. Overall this is great size unit and is a beautiful home in paradise!

The six adult members of our family enjoyed a weeklong reunion and it was wonderful. Although we did not use the many beach toys available, we were very pleased with all the inside and outside cooking supplies provided. The beds were comfortable and the unit was spotless. Very convenient to the golf course as well as the beach for walks and the Queens shopping center. Owner was great at communicating and the digital check in and out was excellent. the property was wonderfully located with restaurants,beach and pools very handy. i liked the fact that even though it is a condo it has the appearance of a separate home . lanai was the best one i saw within this complex.

Wilson was fantastic with communication. The property was clean and extremely well appointed. There were so many extra amenities in this unit that enhanced our stay. Our kids even enjoyed the grassy area right outside to play on. We would highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay! The home is equipped with all the things needed for a day at the beach: snorkel gear, extra towels, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and coolers. Very clean and organized. The kids loved being close to the pool! Highly recommend!

This condo had plenty of space for my girlfriend, I and our kids and served as a great jumping off point for us to all adventure on the big island. The location was perfect to enjoy everything up and down the western coast and close to everything on our activity wishlist. Wilson and Alice are so kind and accommodating, they truly helped ensure our vacation was perfect. We would stay here again anytime.

This was my second time on the big island, and our stay with Wilson made it such an enjoyable trip! The condo is beautiful, and comes with a well furnished and stocked kitchen for cooking, and plenty of beach gear that made beach adventures that much easier. Very easy communication with Wilson. My adult children were thrilled from the minute we drove onto the resort and it was so much fun to see their delight with every aspect of the property. It was the perfect balance between feeling like we were at home and on vacation. The pool and tennis court were within walking distance, so we could spend the whole day cooking in the gorgeous kitchen and never leaving our space. But we also spent a day at beautiful Hapuna Beach and had a wonderful dinner at Roy’s, saw dolphins at the Hilton and generally played tourist. It was perfect for us.

Great location. Golf, shops, nice restaurants, great beaches all nearby. Accommodation very well appointed and spacious. Quiet location. Beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear available for use .My family of 7 had a wonderful vacation at at this location
