Amazing location. Very clean. Nicer than the pictures. Zero issues.

The location was great. We were able to take a very short walk to the beach. There were plenty of restaurants and shops to walk to. The main beach with the playground was less than a mile walk or a very quick drive and easy parking. There are trails a short drive away for those that like to hike. The house was very clean. My kids were pleasantly surprised with the casita which was set up like a playroom. Also, located in the casita were beach chairs, toys, boogie board, and a cooler. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would rent this property again.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed property in a fabulous location. My adult children and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable time on our mini get away. We slept well and enjoyed hearing the waves from this cozy cottage.

The house is great size and extremely well decorated. It had everything we needed for a nice stay and we ideally located near fabulous restaurants and sights.

We loved our stay, the location is walkable everywhere, house is very clean, relaxing, and beds are very comfortable, It is stocked with everything you need, Tina and Navid are great hosts and very quick to communicate and answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!!

Very misleading ad: When I booked, I needed a place that does "sleep 8" and it clearly said "Sleeps 8." When I asked (a month ahead) for extra bedding, the owner said it actually only slept "5" people! And she changed the online listing then, to state it slept only 5 people -- MONTHS AFTER I HAD BOOKED! I had to "uninvite" two of my cousins, since I'd planned on having 7 of us sleep there. This RUINED the atmosphere of the entire trip. Also, the SYSCO Truck that parked and idled in the driveway next door almost every morning woke up the folks in those adjacent bedrooms. And the closets were so jammed full of musty, extra bedding (3 comforters in the master closet; oodles of extra stuff jammed into all the the other closets including large, full boxes in the closets (?!?) that we had very little space to actually hang our clothes. The house was falling apart: The "garage" room had torn screens, lock did not work, furniture was full of mildew so one could not breathe if they tried to enter. The kitchen window was warped and ajar so we could not open it. Some windows had sagging "curtains" and some did not have any at all. Also, very misleading photos which made the house look neat and clean, with room to walk around, which was not the case.

This place is in a great location. We were in Laguna Beach for a wedding and at a nearby hotel. This bungalow is small but very comfortable property. Unfortunately we had to cancel one night as our youngest got sick and we had to wait for covid results. Wish we had longer to stay here.

The property was incredible. Very good vibes and I especially loved the outdoor space. This property really is just steps away from the beach. The location is amazing with lots of amazing foods and drinks nearby. Highly recommend this stay to everyone. Tina was wonderful, thank you!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Laguna. The location was prime, the house was well appointed and very clean. Communication with the owners was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, well-appointed, tastefully furnished and all of this within steps to the beach. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and mere two minute stroll to Oak Street Beach. Responsive owner. Will return- loved it!

The house was so clean, well stocked for all of our needs and in the perfect location. Cleanliness is so important to me, and this house was perfect. We will definitely book this house again!

Our family stayed here for a wedding. It was a great location for us, close to beach and close to La Casa Del Camino the hotel the wedding was at and the best rooftop bar in town. The backyard had a nice picnic table with shade cloth. If I had to pick a negative it would be that there are businesses all around. Good since it’s convenient but lots of trucks loading, etc. Parking was fine for us but passengers did exit the car before parking but had plenty of room for the driver to get out. We had a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee XL.

We enjoyed our time and the place and location was terrific! The kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds, and we loved the available beach chairs for the beach! Owner also very responsive. Thank you, Tina!

Nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Pros: The house is about a block off PCH- walking distance to everything. The house was very clean, which was appreciated. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, well stocked bathrooms-all sundries supplied. Big TV with cable. Cons: Loud. Because the house is close to the main street people walk by. The surf school right next-door starts prior to 9 AM on Saturdays. Garbage truck runs on Sundays at 7:30 AM. Accommodation for check in 1.5 hours early was declined, even though no one was staying in the house the night before. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

The house was in a great location, beautifully designed, very comfortable and had everything we needed. 3.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, casita and backyard were all a huge plus. Loved all the amenities available like the umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels. Great responsive hosts! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were in LB for a wedding and loved our stay at this house. Sweet house, small but does have 3 bedrooms, good bed, clean, excellent shower, nice little patio, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas available. The best is the location, walking distance to the beach and to all good restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. We would go back for sure.

We stayed in this cottage for a month and it was absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, with an easy crosswalk across the PCH literally a 3 minute walk. The house was extremely clean with many extra amenities. There was a pantry stocked with the basics and all bathrooms had quite a variety of toiletries. The pots and pans were of high quality and the knives were actually sharp which I have never encountered at any of the other rentals we have stayed in. Beds and linens were very comfortable. The casita was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and toys and games for children. Check in process was a breeze and Tina and Navid let us know they were a text away if we needed anything. The neighbors were very friendly and made us feel at home. This is the perfect beach cottage. We will be back.

Stayed there with my husband and two kids and it fit us perfectly. Seating in the family room is a little tight but we made it work. Can’t beat the location. Close to a great beach to watch sunsets and close to restaurants and supermarket. Great!

We absolutely love this rental. We have rented from Tina three times now and can’t speak highly enough. Location is AMAZING!! This house is so cute, clean, and comfortable! Can’t wait to come back!!!!

The location of the house is excellent, close to amazing beaches and restaurants and walking distance to shopping areas! This was a “staycation” for us and we absolutely loved the house. We ended up extending our stay for more days. Thank you Tina for always quick responds and being a good host. Absolutely amazing house to stay in with family or friends! Highly recommended!

We rented in Laguna for the first time for a little “staycation”. Everything about this little gem was perfect for us. We were four adults and one child with lots of room to relax and run around. Loved the backyard space where we ate all our meals. Everything is walkable and the beach entrance super close. I hope to stay here every year!

Things could not have been Breyer. This cottage is just as advertised close to the sand steps away from Oak St Beach.

This is one of the very best VRBOs I've ever stayed in -- the location was PERFECT - a few minute walk across the street from the beach, great shops, restaurants. The house is so spacious for a beach cottage, the size of the back patio AND bonus casita WITH a full bathroom made it even more perfect. It was one of the best annual girlfriend weekend getaways we've had yet! Big stars, 2 thumbs up and an absolute recommendation. PS: the owners/managers were also awesome to work with for check-in & check-out details.

Classic Laguna Beach home! Perfect for a family or couple. The location is amazing .... just steps to the beach and shopping. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the beds are very comfortable. We had a Wonderful stay! Definitely our go to place in Laguna Beach!
