We were very impressed with the home and accommodations as well as the host, Tom, who was very kind and great with communication. The house and property was gorgeous, secluded and peaceful. Location was perfect! : )

This cabin exceeded our expectations! Clean, well stocked, warm, quiet and comfortable! Nestled in the woods, we loved hearing the sounds of nature, seeing the stars and enjoyed a warm fire in the fire pit just off the deck of the cabin, it was outstanding!!! Communication with the owners was great, everything worked and we had no issues. We cooked dinner a few nights and found everything we needed in the cabinets. Didn’t get to use all the little things we packed that we normally need/use when we’ve stayed elsewhere. Highly recommended, would love to stay again!

We had a great getaway in Bolton and loved our time at the lakeside cabin. It was clean and modern and was a perfect spot for our family with Children. Lake access is close and easy and all the Adirondacks has to offer is near by. We will definitely be back!

My sister and I spent every summer in our childhood camping in the Narrows at Lake George. And neither of us have been back in 40 years. Pleased to say, where the lake is concerned, nothing has changed. Amazing. And…Tom’s cabin was perfect. Well appointed. Steps to the lake shore and beach. Comfy beds. The only suggestion we can think of is add a welcome mat so we don’t track in so many needles from the numerous trees around the cabin. If we ever have a chance to return to Bolton Landing again, we hope to stay in this overly spot. Thank you, Tom.

A short drive from Bolton Landing lands you at a friendly little community right on the lake. The cabin was super close to a beautiful little beach with tons of swimming and water sports activities available, and a dock if you want to get picked up for boat tours. It fit the four of us comfortably, but the loft is really only suitable for smaller, more adventurous children. The fire pit was great! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time, the place is as it looks in pictures.
This is the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The beds are comfortable and everything is like new. The beach and the amenities are right there. Neighbors are friendly. Lake is beautiful! Tom was very helpful through entire process and easily reached by txt.

Great cabin with perfect location and amenities for a relaxing vacation for a family of 4. The cabin is well maintained and cozy, without feeling too small. We had the opportunity to meet with Tom, the host, and he is friendly and easy to work with. Steps away from beach area. Took advantage of the Paddle boards and kayaks that were provided with the cabin. Absolutely would stay here again.

Description for rental is not what it is…There was no linens provided in the bathroom, kitchen or on any of the beds. Our family slept with no blankets or bedsheets the first night. Host demanded we do his yard work and deep clean the house. Host is now trying to charge us for all the linens that he did not provide us. I do not recommend this rental to anyone, as our family was very unhappy with our stay.

We simply loved our stay, was clean and efficient. Comfortable during the day when warm out and the efficiency of the heaters at night! We found our day trips so enjoyable and there was plenty to do and an amazing restaurant's to dine. Thank you Tom

We had a great stay! The Cabin was spotless. The check in process was easy. We even got a chance to meet the owner and he was super friendly! Plenty of things to do and there are a bunch of great restaurants. What a great vacation!!!!

Our host Tom always responded promptly. Very nice home. Well prepped. My only critique is that there were more windows than curtains. But Im old fashioned

The cabin was small and quaint. My husband and I took the bedroom with the Queen bed. my 10 year old took the other bedroom while my 13 year old loved the loft. The beach was wonderful and use of the SUP and kayaks. close to the downtown with stores and restaurants. Family hiking spots and farms withing 2 miles. We loved our stay and want to return next year. Thank you.

Just as expected....
The cottage is exactly as it appears in the photos. Kitchen is well stocked and the lake is a short walk away. Tom is an excellent host. We enjoyed the fire pit and the BBQ. None of our surrounding neighbors were home so felt private. We loved the area. It is so beautiful.

Great stay!
Easy, clean and great cabin to stay at. A few minutes walk to community beach, which is perfect for young kids too. We also got to kayak and paddle board which was at cabin to use.
So many activities and things to do in and around Lake George. Happy we stayed in Bolton Landing too! Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed in this cabin and it does not disappoint. It’s fully updated with everything you need and directly up from the lake with easy beach access!! It’s a wonderful place to stay for a small family and we can’t wait to go back.

We had a very nice stay at this cabin in Bolton. The place was very clean and the design was modern and efficient. It was plenty of room for our family of 3, but may be a little tight if it was 4 adults (one of the beds is in a loft with low overhead clearance). Tom gave lots of clear information that was very helpful. The beach is a short walk down the hill and was ideal for swimming and relaxing. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain during our stay, so weren't able to enjoy eating outside as much as we would have liked and since there is no a/c to de-humidify, the air inside it felt a bit muggy on those days. However, on the days it was clear it was wonderful and the several fans moved the air efficiently. It is worth noting that this is a cabin in the middle of a community so you are not going to be by yourself in the woods. As a result, eating outside or around the firepit leaves you pretty close to the cabins next door and neighbors similarly sitting out. Everyone is friendly and it's not a real issue, but it is worth having in mind.

We had a wonderful time. The house is renovated and in great condition. Much nicer than other lake houses we have stayed at. Very close proximity to the Lake. My kids had a great time swimming and fishing. The Main Street is a short drive away with easy access to shops and restaurants. Tom is a very responsive host who wants to ensure his guests have a great experience.

No air circulation there at all. Screen doors would have allowed better air circulation on 90 degree days which were brutal inside. Uncomfortable full size bed. The “walk to the beach” is down a road to a small public beach for the housing association with poor privacy. The private deck overlooks cabins.
On the positive side, it was immaculately clean upon arrival. Well-equipped kitchen, good wifi. Close to town. Owner was nice.

We had a wonderful time. Would love to go back. The cabin was just perfect for us and the beach was closer than we expected. Tom was a wonderful host and provided many amenities for us to enjoy the lake. The town is very close with some wonderful restaurants. We had a great balance of relaxing and exploring. Cabin was new and clean. Perfect spot on the lake. Quiet neighborhood and everything we needed. Grill. Firepit. Kitchen. Bedrooms. Simply perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The owner was always available to answer any questions.
