The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The location of the condo on the ground floor was fantastic with kids, groceries, and luggage. The pool was right outside the back door and steps away from the beach. I loved that aspect! There was enough room for our party to be comfortable. Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Gulfarium were all very close. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the property. The floors and walls were disgusting. The bottoms of our feet kept becoming black when we walked barefoot on the floor. We took our shoes off at the door, maintained the floors with the provided cleaning supplies, and rinsed and dried off after visiting the beach. It seemed like the floors were not cleaned and mopped before our stay. The walls in some of the rooms were also dirty. Lots of scuff marks. They could use some TLC. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the condo.

We loved having a first floor condo, even though we could not see the beach! We were poolside and could walk out from our patio to the pool!

We had a great experience and the location was perfect. It was super convenient that this unit was on ground level making it quick access to the pool and beach. The condo was clean.

Enjoyed my stay at Kim Langs property. We did not stay at the princess island due to major construction work near this condo at the time of our stay. Miss Kim team communicated with me about the construction issue and suggest we move properties. They are the best team ever. We moved down the road to the Bella Riva property. OMG the best move it’s a bit more expensive but totally worth it. Just a beautiful condo and beautiful views. Totally booking again.

Easy process

We loved this condo. Perfect for a family with kids as you could walk right out to the HEATED pool. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and everything you need. I would love to go back!!

This condo was amazing for what we came to do, which was just hang out. Kids loved the bunk beds, rooms were very comfortable and the location was convenient to everything in Ft Walton Beach and Destin. Property manager was very communicative and accommodating. Will definitely be using Kimberly Lang again!!

Perfect location and access for family

This beautiful condo was everything we had hoped for and more. We literally could want for nothing. The check in at 4:00 pm was rough, but we were given the access code to the pool and beach to use anytime on the day of check-in, so we took advantage of that, making great use of the day. The pool and beach were GORGEOUS. The kitchen of the condo had everything you could possibly need. Open the cabinets and drawers, I assure you, it's there. The bedrooms have the coziest mattresses. Everyone (all 6 of us) raved about how great they slept. The entire place is very well decorated, and obviously recently remodeled. I loved the access to the pool right from the patio. Definitely a selling point! I loved this place and will be staying here again for sure!!

There was 7 of us total 5 Adults and 2 kids we had plenty of room. Rooms were SPECTACULAR and CLEAN. Being on the ground level you didn’t have an ocean view but it made it so CONVENIENT and was so NICE having the pool right out your back door. You can watch your kids play in the pool without having to leave your room/patio. You are just steps away from an AMAZING beach. This Condo has EVERYTHING you need in the room to cook a full meal (grocery store is just minutes away). It’s fully stocked with towels and they even provide you with beach towels. We rented a cooler and a beach wagon from coastalcribrentals.com this made it nice getting our stuff to the beach. (The rental place drops it off to you and picks it back up you don’t have to meet anyone they just drop it off and pick up) LOCATION of this unit was nice so much to do around you. Pier, Gulfrium, parasailing, Wild Willys, Ice cream shop is within 5ish minutes away. I highly suggest going to AJs Oyster Shanty (less than 5 minutes away). You won’t regret booking this unit they go the extra mile to make sure your stay is WONDERFUL.

While our unit doesn’t have a view, walking out to pool or packing things to beach was easy.

Nice property and clean for the most part. Had some trouble with tv signals. Overall we had a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great overall stay. We had a group of friends together for a long weekend trip and the convenience of a ground floor with steps to the pool and ocean made it a great time. Linens were very clean and place was as advertised.

Great place. The unit is right at the pool. If you have kids it is a great unit for them because of that.

This property is awesome lower level complete bonus with kids . It’s beautiful inside the pool is Right outside the gate and you are steps to the beach. The area is nice and a short drive to Destin. This is a place I would definitely stay again. Thank you for the memories.
