Have stayed there several times and each time it gets better. Since it was January this time we didn't have great weather but we expected that and still had a ball. It is a beautiful place, great view and a short quiet walk the beach. Several eating places near by and other stores. Would highly recommend it as long as you don't come down when I plan to come.

We enjoyed our time at the beach and the condo was wonderful. The location is great and everything was as advertised. We made so many memories together as a family. The ocean was so calm and the most beautiful turquoise color. We love this spot on 30A and will definitely be back!

This place was the perfect location for our family getaway. We loved the quick jaunt to the pool and beach and pickleball court. The ramp on the beach access stairway was helpful for our wagon. It was convenient to have ice cream, Starbucks, and a few restaurants across the street. The communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this condo. Our story started right after we booked the trip, we were contacted by Donna within a day or 2. She was super responsive on the run up to the vacation and during our trip. The place is beautiful, great furnishings and location. The complex is amazing, in the middle of everything. Also, you can only come on property with a wrist band, which makes it nice. The pool was never packed and the beach was the same way. We will be coming again.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The owners were quick to respond to questions regarding check in instructions and our key code being reset randomly. We do have a few suggestions for making it better - there was only one roll of toilet paper in each restroom so having a few more on hand would be helpful. The majority of our wristbands were also not working properly so those might need to be replaced! Overall, we loved the location and ease of staying at the condo!

The property and location were perfect. Perfect size for our family of five plus my parents. If I had to say one thing that was considered negative it would be that our security bracelets didn’t work all the time to get in and off of property. It was actually an issue for several guests staying there. However there was always someone around to help us out. So it really didn’t affect us too much. The owners were great, super responsive. All in all it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is beautifully renovated and decorated. The view is better than the pictures show- you can see the ocean easily! This condo complex has a great location in Rosemary Beach. We loved having a restaurant on site to get drinks and lunch. We will definitely be back and would rent the same condo again in a heart beat!

The unit was exactly as described - newly updated, very clean, and had all necessary amenities. Location is very convenient being directly across from Starbucks and restaurants, and right near Rosemary Beach shopping. Pool was great - big, perfect for kids, and clean. It was closed two of the mornings for scheduled maintentance that we did not know about which was disappointing but out of anyone's control. I would recommend bringing a noise machine (or having one in the condo) since you can very clearly hear conversations from the neighboring condos. Loved that chairs and umbrella came with unit. A necessity for this part of the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was well appointed and a great location. Live music every night across the street, great pool and easy access to beach. Crabby Steve’s was super convenient by the beach as well. Would absolutely stay again!

We loved the location and the property was really nice as well. It was very clean and nice and low key. The owners were responsive when there was an issue with the wifi and it was resolved quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Lesson Learned… They give out access bracelets for each guest to use the property. Be sure to take a picture of the number provided when you arrive as well as the number you leave behind so there is no question. It costs $50 for a replacement bracelet so the count matters.

The place was clean and a short walk past the pool to the beach! Great location to Starbucks across the street and near all the cool restaurants and shops.

This property was awesome. The location is the best with walking distance to shops and restaurants. Owners were very responsive when needed. I loved that we had 2 chairs and umbrella at the beach. Perfect.

The location and neighborhood on 30A was wonderful. The beach was amazing. We had three days of double red flags beach was closed, we enjoyed renting bikes and riding around the area. Loved the live music across the street nightly, some nights we went over to the pavilion to listen and other night we did feel like going out we could just sit on the back balcony and enjoy it from there. Donna was very responsive and great with communication. The unit was beautiful, so well decorated with a relaxing beachy vibe. The kitchen was well appointed, all be it a bit disorganized inside cabinets took a minute to find things. Honestly the only thing I needed and couldn’t find was a pizza cutter. Cleanliness was acceptable, very good overall, but could use some extra attention to detail to really make it 5 stars! Little things the cleaning crew may have overlooked…empty water bottle underneath a bed, hairs and mouth wash inside bathrooms drawers, glass on the sliding glass door had some finger/hand prints. The condo was very spacious for our family of four! The beds were so comfortable.Our biggest disappointment was the pool, not heated so it was literally like an ice b

We had a wonderful time at Beachgoer's Dream on 30A . This was our first visit to 30A and we loved every second. The condo is in a perfect location. You have a view of the pool and ocean. You are steps to the pool and a 1 minute walk to the beach. The beach is incredible. Sugar sand and warm water and so fun to play in the water and on the beach. The condo is newly decorated and has 3 great sized bedrooms. The TVs are great and the beds are very comfortable. You are right across from the shopping areas - easy to grab a quick bite, listen to live music, go shopping or have a delicious meal at a nice restaurant. We could have stayed much longer. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this condo!

(Pls see *Note at end). This is a beautifully appointed & decorated condo in a perfect location on Rosemary Beach (bumping up to Seaside/Alys). The couches and seating in living area were actually soft, deep and comfy to sit on (I LOVE that there were pillows to use). Each room has its own bathroom & TV - plenty of storage and the AC actually kept the large footprint of the condo COLD - just how we like it! The beds are FIRM (which, I get, should be so you're not having to replace them every year, BUT...if you have room, bring a little pad if you prefer softer mattress. [We are super picky so this prob is more of an issue for us than most travelers].). The pool and hot tub and little playset on site were new and well kept. The walk around the pool to the beach couldn't have been easier or shorter. The beach was quiet & filled with families & people who wanted to actually enjoy the peace and views. This particular unit is in the furthest bldg from the beach - HOWEVER, you can still actually see the ocean and hear it. (Pool view but it's so pretty you don't care). The Homeowners were STELLAR in their communication with me and MORE than helpful with all of my many questions. We had a very unfortunate situation and we had to leave our 5 day vacay early and we were only there for 2 days - but we will be back! **NOTE - I gave 3 stars for cleanliness, which, IMO, is NOT the Homeowners fault in any way. Overall, these were minor misses and some deeper cleaning issues overlooked by the cleaning crew. Overall, it is an impeccable unit & if you normally live in an upscale home, you will feel right at home here! THANK YOU to Donna White for all she did for us in preparation to our arrival and while there! We can't wait to come back.

Our family of 4 had a great time on 30A!! The location of this property is probably the best thing! It is on the beach side of 30A, so no crossing big streets or lugging a bunch of stuff with you to get to the beach. Walking/biking distance to everything you would ever need/want! The condo itself is very comfortable, big enough for us to spread out, cook and eat meals very comfortably, and lots of common area so that we could be together as a family. The condo is as nice as the pictures depict, recent updating, good functional spaces, good kitchen and eating areas. The resort area is nice too, the kids bounced back and forth from the pool to the beach, there is a good little bar/restaurant on property, and a beach chair service to get you all set up for the beach days! **get to the beach early and reserve your chairs, on busy times they run out of chairs** I gave the check in process 4 stars b/c the unit was not ready at our check in time. When we arrived the cleaning crew was finishing up and let us in, it wasn't a huge deal, just not totally seamless. I doubt that that happens very much, everything else was handled very professionally!! We really enjoyed our time at Rosemary/Seacrest Beach! We even extended our trip by a day!! The water is amazing, the beach really is sugar white/soft sand, and not terribly crowded. We will be back next year!

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach and we absolutely loved the area and loved the condo and its location. Donna was wonderful to work when I was planning our trip. Anytime I had a question, she was quick with a helpful response! When we arrived to the condo, we were all so excited to see that the condo matched the pictures in the listing. In fact, we all agreed that we thought the rooms seemed bigger in person than they looked online. Our first impression was perfect! The thermostat was already turned down and was nice and cool when we arrived. The kitchen was extremely well appointed! Pots and pans in all different sizes. And there was even a crockpot! The refrigerator was larger than the one we have at home, as was the washer and dryer. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of drawer and closet space. The mattresses and bedding were great and I slept better on the mattress in the master bedroom than I do at home. The living room's nice sized sofa and 2 chairs made for a perfect and uncluttered arrangement! We had 6 adults in our group (our family of 4 plus our college-aged sons girlfriends) and during our stay, we did temporarily move the accent chair from the master bedroom into the living room so that we could have more seating available, but we could have also used the dining room chairs which are also comfortable. The seating on the balcony was top of the line and we took note of it so that we could find something similar for our deck at home! As for High Pointe itself...we were thrilled with its size. From Donna's unit to the beach it took us less than 10 minutes to walk from the unit, through the pool, down the boardwalk and to our chairs. The unit comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella and so we reserved 4 more chairs and 2 more umbrellas. The beach attendants had our umbrellas and chairs set up for us each morning with our name marked on the back so all we had to do was walk to the beach and sit. The beach was large and even though there were a lot of people on it, it was not near as crowded as the resorts on either side of High Pointe. The majority of the beach chairs at High Pointe were on the front row next to the water. High Pointe's location is close to so many things that you could easily not use your car if you didn't want to. It's easy to walk or ride bikes anywhere you want to go. We loved our first visit to Rosemary Beach and will definitely return and stay in this unit!

This was by far the best condo we have had at Highpoint! It is spacious, well stocked and very beautiful. The view on the back patio area is wonderful and you can see the beach! I would highly recommend this unit and we certainly hope to stay there again!

This is the second time we have rented this unit at this facility. We love the location, the cleanliness, and the family friendly environment.
