Our whole family were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The house was conveniently located close to town but yet far enough out of town. It had a very private and peaceful setting.

We stayed at the property with extended family for dance nationals. It was wonderful that they had a high chair as we did not bring one with us. The only inaccuracies in the listing was that the upstairs bedrooms both have queen beds. The listing says one has 2 twins. Any issue we had, the owner was super responsive to. This is a huge home with plenty of space for larger families. Deck is gorgeous on the back of the home with a beautiful view.

One of our family member's had a surgery at Mayo, so we rented this as a place for our immediate and extended family to stay. Worked out really well; the Mayo campus is and easy 10 minute ride. Overall, it was a nice home on a huge piece of property. Home was very clean and well stocked. Kids loved the adjustable basketball hoop and the horses next door. Really nice big deck off the kitchen (though note there is no grill). We did run into a few issues; humidity made the keyless door stick upon arrival (we were ultimately able to get in through the garage); A/C didn't work in the small kids room with two beds (though our li'l one didn't seem to mind) and a few other nickel and dime things, but Angela was an excellent, communicative host. Also, for posterity, it's not super clear in the pictures how the home is laid out, so the quick rundown: ground floor entry was in the garage; there is also a master bedroom on that ground level. Main floor is up a flight of stairs (living room, kitchen, one master bedroom). Then two additional bedrooms plus bath are up another flight of stairs. Home is built onto a hillside, hence the angular nature of things.

Property is a on a beautiful lot and house is spacious. House both inside and out is in need of organization and maintenance. Many things need to be upgraded/repaired.

Myself, 2 young kids and 3 older adults stayed here. Upstairs bathroom un-usable for anyone over 5ft tall. Not a single towel upstairs. No bath mats anywhere. Had to finish making the beds before we could go to sleep. TV did not work at all. It was a struggle with the little ones. Brought our dvds there was no DVD player hooked up. Internet passwords didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t work, until i texted and was told we needed to push extremely hard to close it. Coffee maker didn’t work properly. One upstairs bathrooms air vents were painted shut and the room was 78 degrees for sleeping. Deck was in super dirty. And we had to get rid of a wasp nest. I could go on, but just don’t stay there. It’s not worth it!!!

We went to Rochester for my nieces wedding and to help with making the cake, the favors, the flowers and many of the decorations. We booked this home because we had lots to do and several family members coming together. The home was only 2 miles from the venue and it was absolutely wonderful. I have stayed in many VRBO's before and this one was heads above all the others. They had ample kitchen area to make a 3 tier cake, and even had a KitchenAid mixer. The grounds were well kept and the setting was peaceful and quiet. We fed Goose (the horse) several carrots throughout the week. The men played a lot of basketball and worked out in the garage. We spent the little bit of down time on the beautiful deck out back. They had ample towels and dishes, something I've never seen in many of the VRBO's I've stayed in. I thought the price was more than reasonable and would stay here again when in Rochester.

Our 3rd time staying at this home, not sure what else could be said! So relaxing and comfortable! Deer, horses, wild turkeys, awesome to see after a long day st the Mayo Clinic! Can’t say enough about how it helps start or continue the healing process!! We will stay again!

Stayed here for 4 days while our grandson had brain surgery at Mayo. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had plenty of room and every amenity we could ask for! The house was great and the surgery outcome was great.
