Everything was great!

We appreciated the cleanliness and space of this rental. Short walk or car ride to beach access. The rental yard needs much care as not useable in its present state. The beach wagon, chairs & toys are stored outside, so not in good condition. We did not use them. Thanks.

Our family enjoyed staying together while in town for a wedding, Our grandchildren enjoyed the games and the front deck. We all enjoyed the accommodations! Thank you for allowing us to stay in such a nice home!

Our stay in OBX during my birthday weekend will be unforgettable. My niece enjoyed the beach so much and she even told me that she doesn't want to leave and just stay in OBX. The accommodation we received from Allison and Corrine was impeccable. The house is within walking distance to the beach and close to 2 supermarkets (Food Lions and Harris Teeters). Also, the location is close to most of the restaurants in the area. I'm looking forward for another OBX trip and will definitely stay at Allison and Corrine's place again. To Allison and Corrine... my family wants to say "THANK YOU" for the wonderful accommodation you provided to us when we were in OBX. Roy C.

Great place to stay!!

Great place to stay, great location too.

Nice, clean house with a few different spaces to socialize--perfect for multiple families with kids who want to hangout together (and away from the adults). The balcony was a wonderful spot for morning coffee or a cocktail and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk away and the grocery store is nearby, too. We were really happy with it!

The house was pretty and has a good location for an non ocean front and it worked really well. Will stay here again the next time we come to the Outer Banks.

Overall it was a great experience. Minus one chair being broken, and the downstairs being dirty from the previous renters. The location is PERFECT! Right near everything and close enough to walk to the beach! Owners are very quick to respond and have great communication on check in and check out.

The house was perfect! Close to everything, plenty of beds and great deck. Wish it had chairs outside on deck but other than that we enjoyed it.

Addison and Corrines home was perfect. Close to the beach and and shops! Wild definitely stay here again.

This cute house is very close to the beach, and we had such a great time! We booked this house becuase of the location and the yard, however, the yard was not maintained. They were in the middle of renovations, so the yard was not usable at all. The owner was very helpful and responded everytime I needed to message or ask questions. This house doesn't offer sheets for beds and doesn't have towels available, however, they do have a washer and dryer to use, so it all worked out. Overall, if you do not care about packing your own bedding and towels, overall a great place to stay.

We had a great time at this awesome house. It is very well laid out and accommodates families with kids nicely. The location is perfect for getting easily to the beach. Jockey Ridge State Park was a gem of an unexpected find.

We (5 of us) had a wonderful time at this beach house. It is very spacious, nicely decorated, bright, sunny, and just plain comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed; it was a great place to start the day. Additionally, each room had a dehumidifier. We enjoyed walking to the beach in 5 minutes. The beach was lovely; at this time of the year, very few people were present as we enjoyed the beautiful sunrise. We visited the factory outlets and Manteo, a beautiful small town with little stores, and also the Roanoke Island Festival Park that includes a recreated 16th-century sailing ship, living history demonstrators, a museum, and a variety of performing and visual arts. The weather was great, and we enjoyed this particular trip immensely. There are many food stores only a short distance from the house and a pizzeria that is a minute walk away as well. The owners responded quickly, were extremely helpful and accomodating, just absolutely wonderful! We had quite a few questions to which they answered immediately, not to mention the fact that I left something behind at the beach house. They offered to ship it to me without hesitation. This kind gesture concluded our wonderful get-away without having to worry about anything.

We had a great time at this beach house! There was plenty of space/beds for our crew of 2 families. The house was clean and provided for our basic needs for the time we were there. The quick walk to the beach was a bonus, accessibility to local stores, and stocked kitchen were exactly what we needed! The owner was quick to respond, very kind, and easy to work with! Thank you

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday! Everything was clean & stocked with everything we needed! The owner’s communication was excellent & super helpful with any questions we had! Would 100% stay here again!

I’d say the owners were the best part of our experience. With an impending Hurricane they were very concerned with our safety and well being. It’s a great place to stay if you don’t mind a short walk to the beach and have a younger family. Very nicely decorated and had a homey feel.

We had a great time and found the house worked well for us. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were brights and sunny. Some of the furniture was not very comfortable, but no worse than most beach rentals in our experience. The owners were super responsive. The walk to the beach is about 5 min and kids handled it well. You can walk to a beach supply store and a pizza shop. Location was very convenient!

The house was beautiful and fit our group perfectly! The three inter joining rooms upstairs were perfect for all the kids! The kitchen was spacious for family cooking and had everything we needed. Loved the pantry. The porch was wonderful! We spent most of our time sitting out there...or In the yard playing corn hole! We had such a great time! Thank you for sharing your house with us! The only 2 comments we could say would be that the outside shower is in need of repair, the pipes and shower head leaked extensively everywhere and the house was marketed with a beach buggy and chairs. While we appreciated the fact that there was beach equipment available, they had seen better days The wheels of the beach buggy were broken and the rest of the beach gear was rusty, so except for 2 chairs we weren’t able to use any of it. But these did not deter us from having a fantastic time!

First of all, the location is wonderful. Their motto though, A Little Bit of Everything, made a few of the guests upset on this trip. There was only 3 sheets of toilet paper and one paper towel in the entire house. Sheets for any of the beds and towels are not provided for anyone. Also, the carpet was spotted and damaged severely by "cleaning and bleach" done by the owners. It was a little embarrassing as I set up these accommodations and the rest of the group attending were not pleased with some of these conditions. With a carpet replacement, sheets on the beds, a supply of TP and paper towels, this place would have been perfect. It's the small things that were severely lacking.

We loved that the home had everything needed to enjoy home away from home. The owners answered any questions we had promptly.
