Spacious and well stocked kitchen, amazing natural sunlight streaming in, lovely wood burning fireplace, comfy beds, amazing pool at the local community center, easy parking, simple in and out, easy to navigate to X Country ski trails and downhill ski mountain...I could go on!

Very clean, well maintained home in Sunriver. Easily accommodated 8 Aussies on their first white Christmas holidays. Nicely appointed kitchen with pantry. Appreciated the large dining table and ample gathering space in the family room. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The house was great, we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately, because of fire smoke we couldn’t fully take advantage of the huge outdoor deck. This is the perfect house for a family gathering. Loved it!

Love this house for our family’s spring break quick getaway. The place is super clean upon our arrival and is generally well stocked. Lots of space for everyone to hang out and sleep. We weren’t aware of the shorter hours at the SHARC (they closed at 5) and by the time they tried to enter, it was at full capacity and was about to close in an hour. It was a unfortunate that our kids didn’t get to use it, perhaps their spring hours could have been posted either at the house or included on the posting. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay!

What a treat! Well cared for felt house that more like home than any other VRBO or otherwise we've stayed in! Much appreciation to the owner/manager who has such high standards!

We fell in love with this house! Absolutely beautiful and the kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you need to cook anything (pots, pans, utensils, plates, silverware, bowls, platters). All the updates to this house are incredible and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home in Sunriver Resort. Plenty of room for a family of 5 to gather, or have space apart. Lovely well stocked kitchen, loved the private hot tub.

Beautiful house and area. Lots of good walking and bike paths. House was clean. Great kitchen. Loved the showers. The beds were to hard, but I had a matress topper and it worked great. A park within walking distance, less than 1/2 a mile away. Quiet neighborhood. The upstairs would get warmer than the downstairs. We used the fan in the closet. It was on the noisy side. If you have people with you who like it warmer or colder keep in mind it gets warm in the upstairs bedroom. We had the heat set for 67 at night in September and they were to cold. Changed it the next night to 70 and it was to warm. Not a problem if everyone likes the same temperature. Lots of room. Nice area downstairs for teenagers. Had a great time. It can be confusing to keep track of where you are when driving around. GPS was a must for us. Lots of round abouts. Good TV choices too.

We enjoyed our four night stay in Sun River very much. Our only disappointment was the closure of all the pool facilities during the weekdays.

Wonderful place to be with extended family. It had been a long time since we’d all been together. Great place to re unite.

This home is perfect. It is beautifully decorated and they have every possible kitchen gadget that you might need. It was the perfect spot for our three families to gather. The amenities in the neighborhood are wonderful, too. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

We loved your house! We had 4 couples and loved everything about it. The layout is great, great-room the perfect size and all the updates are beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay very much in this home it was cozy and accommodating! It was just remodeled in the inside which was an extra perk! The only con was that the outside patio lights were not working someone even came to check them out and still couldn’t get them to work.

This home's furniture and beds were very comfortable; kitchen was very well equipped and the hot tub was great! The Ft. Rock park was just a short walk from the home and a hit with the three children in our family. The Vacasa staff were very responsive to our questions and helpful with a garage door problem. We enjoyed using three of the nine bikes available.

Home was very clean and perfect for a large group. Having the 4 bedrooms with bathrooms was terrific.
The kitchen was completely stocked and great selection of dinnerware and utensils. Nice quiet area. Would definitely return.

We had several issues with our weeklong stay but I am happy to say that Vacasa resolved them quickly. When we first arrived we were frustrated to discover that the door unlock code we had been sent did not work. After a quick call to the Vacasa support line, thankfully they were able to give us a different code which worked. That night was rather cold as we discovered that the central furnace was not kicking in despite the indications on the thermostat. We called Vacasa the next morning and they quickly sent someone over to get the furnace working for us. We also noticed that the hot tub cover was quite damaged and partially submerged in the water on one side, which made it extremely difficult to remove. We didn't even call that one in but it must have been a known issue as someone showed up to install a new cover, though that wasn't until our last full day in the house.

Overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed the home despite a few frustrating issues, thanks to Vacasa's responsive help!

The setting and home are fantastic. Plenty of space for several families. So great to get away from current every day grind for a few days.

Great house!

Older home. Very nice common area, cozy for family gatherings. Beds were ok comfort-wise. Wood deck structure is in need of repair; some markings indicate this may be underway. Hot tub cover is difficult to work with. We lost internet and A/C for the last couple days; Vacasa was not responsive. But these are extraordinary times. We were happy just to escape our home for a little bit.

A nice big open home with a large dining area and many bikes. A wonderful spot to gather for all ages. Thank you~

Overall the house was very nice. It was clean and well appointed with the little things that make the stay easier. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook for the family. The exterior could use some touching up with paint and broken boards on the front steps. Also the house could use a new grill although it worked well enough. It’s a little rusty. Overall a good house that we enjoyed.

The house is a little dated,
as you can see from the pictures. But it was perfect. Very clean and so many extras. The kitchen was beyond well stocked, there was everything you could want. Hot tub was clean and hot. Great vacation!

10 Newberry was lovely for our two families (4 adults and 5 young kids). We stayed over Thanksgiving and made some great meals over the week in the spacious and well-stocked kitchen. Everyone slept comfortably and there were enough bathrooms. The fireplace was cozy and warm and the house has really well-done lighting (nice lamps, recessed lighting with dimmers). Bike situation was great and the kids rode scooters around the garage in the evening. We tried to run the vacuum a few times but it’s either in need of service or an upgrade because it was pretty ineffective. There is a hand broom and dust pan, but a traditional tall broom would be nice for a quick kitchen clean up. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Just as described with everything in working order. The bikes were great and amenities at Sunriver are fantastic. Hot tub was clean and comfortable. Our family of 7 (mostly adults) fit nicely.
