We had a great time! The kitchen and house were well stocked and everything was clean. The owner was very responsive and answered any question we had quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

We went to Tybee for a family wedding and rented this cottage with another couple, so 4 adults all together. We had plenty of room and had a spare bedroom. The house was very nice and had everything we could need. The owner was accessible and let us know if we could get in early. The location was great too. The house had plenty of furniture and was very comfortable. The basement was bonus room if anyone wanted to play some pool and had an extra bathroom with shower. We would definitely recommend this house rental.

We stayed here for an out-of-town wedding! It was a great location, close to everything on the island. Nice to have 3 bedrooms! The second bathroom is in the basement, which you can only get to by going outside. So that was a little weird. But we enjoyed our stay and Betsy was a great host!

The house was very clean and the owner was only a text away. We had everything we needed. This was our first time at Tybee Island and will be visiting again! Highly recommend This property!

This house was perfect for our family of five. It was spacious and had a very well stocked kitchen. The nearest beach access was an easy walk (about 5-10 minutes), and a cart was available. There was lots of wildlife in the marsh across the street as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home. The house has the most well stocked and organized kitchen I have ever had at a rental. The owner is easy to contact and friendly. We really had no major issues with anything and the beds were so comfy! There were some mosquitoes, so be sure to pack bug spray.

The house was very easy to settle into, and it all felt right at home to the point where it was hard to leave.

Loved this house and the location easy to walk pretty anywhere you wanted to go which was a big plus for us!

Each year, my former college roommate and I get together for a long weekend. While we chat, long distance, on the phone frequently, our annual get together is a ritual. What a great time we had together at this "getaway".

The property is very centrally located with easy access to all of Tybee. Just off the main road into Tybee the house overlooks a small marsh that is active with birdlife. The beach and lighthouse is a short walk or drive. In October parking at the public beach was not an issue. You will need to download the parking app. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of towels & wash rags are available and the kitchen is well stocked with all the basics you need to cook any meal. Will definately book this property for our next trip to Tybee.

The accommodations were perfect! Close to the beach and the town. It's a great spot for girls weekend.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful beach house. It was in a great location, close to the beach & short drive to Savannah. We enjoyed getting around the Island on the golf cart we rented. It made parking a breeze. My kids & husband really enjoyed playing pool downstairs - only downfall is you have to go outside to get there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great time. Great family home. Loved the secluded road . We will be back next year. Not to far from beach because we had a golf cart.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here. It was the best vacation of our lives. One of the most comfortable stays I have ever had. The location was excellent, located almost as soon as you get on the island, so easy access to all of Tybee and Savannah. Great neighborhood, clean accommodations. Check in was a breeze. Would absolutely rent here again.

Home was well kept and had plenty of outdoor chairs.

This house was excellent! We enjoyed the pool table and the closeness to the beach. It was very clean and offered anything you could need in a beach rental. We loved this house!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was in a quiet location but minutes from the beach. And it was beautifully decorated and had ample parking. We would definitely stay there again . It was easy check in and check out and communication was great.

This property worked well for our family of five for our Spring Break Vacation. The location of the property is great as it is a close walk to a non-populated or busy end of the Island (7/8 minutes) and only a 6 minute drive to the pier and pavilion near the shops and a busier part of the Island. It also sits near Hwy 80 and was a short 23 minute drive to Savannah. We rented a golf cart for the week and drove it all over the entire island which was a great adventure for the kids and a fun way to zip around and explore. There was a wonderful local coffee shop within walking distance and a beautiful and shaded public park and play- ground-for children within five minutes that our six year old loved to visit. The house was well suited for guests with 3 large upstairs bedrooms and a full bathroom and full functioning kitchen. Each bedroom had a tv which is a nice bonus. The downstairs held a screened in porch and an open basement or game room. It was equipped with a pool table and miniature foosball table, poker chips and a large screen tv. It had patio furniture for sitting which was comfortable enough for kids but I’d have preferred an actual couch. Downstairs had a full bath (shower only) and washer and dryer that was convenient to use. The only downside to the downstairs area is that it is not accessible from inside of the house so you must go down the outside deck stairs to enter. Our only ask for improvement would be to provide at least 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, some paper towels in the kitchen and trash bags for the trash can which has been our experience in every other VRBO we have stayed at. Overall we likes this house and would stay here again and it is a great option for any family that wants to visit Tybee Island!

From the time I booked the house until the time we checked out to leave, Betsy was wonderful! She was easy to contact if we needed; everything in the house was ready to go! We picked up the few items and groceries we needed for our week stay and Betsy had everything else in the house ready for us! We enjoyed coffee overlooking the marsh and having the amenities of home at our finger tips. Our 6yo loved the mini-foosball table and pool table. We liked being able to wash clothes without having to leave, thus going home with very few things to wash. Tybee Island/Savannah is a beautiful place to visit and we'd all highly recommend staying at Betsy's house!

The directions for this house are great, takes you right to the door. The house was extremely clean and homey. The house was even better than described. Wonderful for family gatherings and cookouts. We will definitely return to this place.

The home was lovely and very clean. Well stocked with all you might need. Extra bonus was the ground floor that had laundry, extra refrigerator, and a pool table. On quiet street. Short walk to beach. Not far from Savannah.The owner is easy to quick to respond and is friendly. Would definitely stay again.
