The owner Doug was excellent! He called shortly after we arrived to check if everything was to our satisfaction and if we needed anything. Our children and grandchildren from W.V. Texas and S.C. came and we all had a wonderful time. Beautiful sunrises with gorgeous views. The Condo 404 was well stocked. My son in law (a great chef) loved this kitchen with everything needed! Wonderful place for family!!!❤️

Location to the Beach and pool was was great. Condo accommodated 3 couples very well. 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with full size washer and Dryer . We will definitely be back soon.

The condo is so comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect family week together. The balcony with the beautiful view of the beach was a favorite. The location was perfect, close to tons of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed riding bikes all around the area. We enjoyed everything about it stay.

The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need to easily prepare meals on nights you want to stay in. The condo looked exactly like the photos that are listed and the owner was extremely nice and easy to work with. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and looked forward to staying again.

My wife and I were very happy with our stay at Oceanfront Dream condo. My family was also happy, it was a good week.

The condo is absolutely beautiful with every possible comfort. The location is excellent and beach is so beautiful and clean. We absolutely loved every second of our stay. So impressive!

We had an amazing time on our vacation. One of the things that I noticed upon walking in is that the home looked exactly like the pictures (something I’ve learned in the past is not always the case). I loved that they had games for the kids, LOTS of kitchen appliances for cooking, and the balcony view was one of my personal favorites!

The condo sits much closer to the beach than any condo we have stayed in and the walk to the beach is an easy one - no huge sand dunes to traipse through. This is our first October beach vacation and it most certainly will not be our last. The beaches were VERY uncrowded. We loved it! The grounds are beautifully maintained. We saw a gentleman cleaning the pool each day and the steps to the beach were cleaned of sand. We could not have been more pleased with our stay!

I favorited this property earlier in the year when looking for a condo for our annual girl’s trip to the beach. I knew it would be perfect for us, and it was! It’s rare to find 3 (King!) bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything in this unit is high quality - furniture, TVs, appliances. I love the flooring. Even the WiFi connection was excellent. I appreciated having the sheets and towels provided in the cost (beds made, towels hung) instead of bringing my own or finding a rental company. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets out on the balcony each day. The owners were so nice, answering any questions that I had prior to and during our stay. You can tell that they really care about the guest experience. Thank you Doug and Christy for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We had an amazing time staying in this property! The owners are excellent with communication and have thought of EVERYTHING to have in a condo and more! The room was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced in a rental! Can’t wait to stay again next year!

This unit was a perfect choice for our family of 5. Lots of open space for our family to spread out. Unit was very clean, owners notified us when unit was ready for check in, we got lucky unit was ready early! Best equipped kitchen we have seen in the many years of renting vacation homes. Also the best porch furniture we have encountered as well.

We absolutely loved this place. Plenty of space, beautifully appointed and fantastic view of the ocean. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone who plans to visit Surfside Beach / Garden City area. You will not be disappointed.

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach/Garden City. We loved the location of the condo, and everything else about it. Our daughters (11 and 5) enjoyed the pool and loved being right on the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few dinners in vs going out, and my personal favorite was evenings on the beautiful balcony with a book. Whenever we decide to make a return trip we would definitely love to stay here again.

The condo was beautiful The pictures do not lie, was very clean the owners were so nice and easy to communicate with. Only thing I would say to renters with smaller toddlers would be buy or bring baby gates for the balcony. Would love to rent this condo again.

Very Nice place deserves a rating of 10. If you looking to relax and really enjoy your vacation, this is the place. Open space, well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, master bedroom goes out to the balcony. We all loved the location and the view. The pools and Hot Tubs were also Great after a nice day at the beach. I would recommend this place to All.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful condo. The view is phenomenal. Especially enjoyed the large front windows overlooking the ocean and large balcony. One of the major pluses is that the balcony is shaded from early afternoon on, making it so much more enjoyable than a west facing balcony. Having enough cookware of every size made cooking so pleasant since we do at least two of our meals in room every day. Service for 12 in dinnerware and cutlery is also a bonus. Beds are extremely comfortable and great linens and towels. One suggestion I have is that all the rugs in the condo need to be non skid and lie flat to avoid tripping. The other issue is the overflow parking area. It is just a grassy area on the side of the road and was VERY wet most of the time. One of the elevators was broken while we were there, so wait times got very long in the heat. Despite these issues, we had a wonderful week and would definitely rent this property again.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Nicest condo we have ever stayed in. Owner is very responsive to any questions you may have. Don't be afraid of this one. It is everything described and more.

We had to wash the dishes before we could use them. The light bulbs were out so you need not have much light. The place was not clean.

We had a wonderful week. The only suggestion I have would be to have more washcloths. We had to go buy some to have enough for the guests.

We have stayed at OOP several times and we really like it. This was our first stay at this particular condo. The condo was nice and clean and had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable week! Doug even texted to let us know it was ready for us to check in which was very thoughtful. A great week at the beach!

The condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We enjoyed having a bathroom for every bedroom. We found several restaurants and activities that we enjoyed as a family in the area.

This is our 2nd year staying here because we like the location and the condo. We love seeing the ocean as you come in the door and sitting on the balcony. Being on the 4th floor is perfect because we can see and hear the ocean so well. Appreciate that Doug calls upon arrival to make sure everything is fine. We will be back again!

What an awesome week we had. Not only was the condo as beautiful as ever, but so was the weather! We had friends with us for this trip and the absolutely loved the unit and would like to return with us sometime in the future. The condo offered everything we needed and we were able to enjoy the view, beach and pool area for our entire stay. We were a little surprised to hear updates each morning about the painting that was being performed. We had never heard the radio system before. It made it nice to know what was going on and how to get to the pools and beach. We will be back sometime soon!!

Our stay was outstanding! I felt the condo was immaculately cleaned and orderly. The kitchen had everything we needed. I LOVED the washer & dryer!!!! And the beds were amazingly comfortable. I felt the beach/ pool was safe for our teenagers to walk around on their own. We enjoyed the many restaurants in the area. Thank you for a wonderful, family oriented place to stay. I would highly recommend!
