We loved the view , the roominess and having 3 full bathrooms and the fireplaces. The beach access is a bit a challenge but so worth venturing forth. We recommend staying to the right when you get to the end of the road. Go left on the beach and find lots of treasures from beachcombing.

Fireplace didnt work, tv only had 1 channel, fridge had a brokendrawer and no glass top for it, missing shelves, patio dips so there's a continuous pool of water there. The view was beautiful and we found ways to try to make things work but overall could use some work

I’ll start with the good and then move onto the not so good. Although this is very spacious and remodel and we are generally happy with this day. The refrigerator did not work and one of the windows came off. Also, the couch smells of urine from animals and needs to be replaced. The views are amazing and the amount of space is great.

Property is a bit funky although it was roomy and fit us all in. Some important basics were missing: dishwasher pod soap (found 2 eventually), cutting board, dish scrubbers (had only one and it was without abrasive side), ziploc bags (noting to put leftovers in), 2 noisy rooms (noise from 101), some windows were not functional, so rooms were stuffy, some chairs were quite dirty, beds not that comfortable, etc. Price was right, but would rather have been more pampered! Aslo washer was broken and kitchen faucet needed repair.

The location and the facilities were nice. Definitely didn't look like the pictures. The plus side of the trip was the helpfulness of the cleaning manager. The place was spotless and she was very good at what she does. There were many issues. On arrival the screen door on Starfish unit came partially off. We had problems with the washing machine in Whale upper. Called many times and no one returned a call. I called back and was told there is no washing machine in the starfish 1. That's right it was in the Whale upper. They didn't bother to call me back to confirm. When calling back the female hung up on me and didn't call me back. After unpluggung the machine it worked but went on the frists again. I finally received a call from the maintenance guy and told him we would be good for the remainder of our stay, but it needed to be looked at. Other issues were, ants in the kitchen and bathrooms in both units. Blinds didn't work in one of the bedrooms. The dresser draw was also broken and had be left unrepaired. The window came out when trying to open it in the whale bedroom with all the bunk beds. I could live with the many issues we had, but the lack of communication and the handling of matters by your staff other than the cleaning manager were terrible. I spent a lot of money for our stay there. but I feel the rentals were miscommunicated on what they would be like, especially when the ad mentioned they had be recently renovated.

Four bedrooms, new paint and flooring. Kitchen had dishwasher and other basic amenities. It fit our large crew very comfortably.

Bottom line up front, not enough supplies to stay more than two days. Bring extra trash bags, soap, etc. the beds were firm to the point of discomfort. The views are great. Access to the beach is great. Great location.

Nice set up. Beautiful view. Few things tho..room overlooking parking lot had no blind and vacasa manager did nothing to help fix it and call disconnected and that was the last I heard. Also property deck was built wrong and I'm the rain it holds a half inch of water on it. Overall it's a great property and we had a great vacation but a few things should be dealt with. The property manager not helping with privacy is ridiculous. My parents had to makeshift something so they could change and sleep in peace.

We had 11 adults and children in this five bedroom condo. Great layout with bunk beds and king sized beds. Comfortable beds; one squeaky mattress on the queen bed which was annoying. The kitchen was small and was difficult for cooking all our meals. Needed to cook on site due to food allergies. Beautiful view, five minute walk to the beach. Some issues with items not working. Vacasa representative was helpful.

My family and I rented this home for my wedding and I would not at all recommend this for a family. The drinking glasses were all chipped everything has filthy the blinds were almost all broken and bent. The floor made all of our feet black within minutes chairs at the table were broken as was springs sticking out of the bottom of the chair in the living room. Stains all over the furniture, only one tv worked only one fireplace worked. Even the coffee pot was broke. The couches were not at all what the picture was and the guard on the deck was broken to where I would not even allow my children to go out on it. The beds were rock hard and the dryer stunk like mold, the dishwasher also leaked all over the floor anytime it was ran. This was not worth $2,200 for three nights at all. Not to mention police being there multiple times throughout the stay. Also parking a truck was near impossible because of how closely they have all of the parking spots.

The place was dirty! one of the mattresses smelled like pee we had to put it outside. The cooking wear was gross and not cleaned properly. This place was definitely NOT cleaned or disinfected up to Covid standards. Cabinets had not been cleaned out in a while. This place is definitely NOT worth it!

It was very quiet and comfortable we each had our own rooms. Could of been a little bit cleaner also extra trash bags needed in place. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

That house is totally a shame in my stay we found many cockroaches The refrigerator did not work the dryer did not recommend it either

This place was absolutely horrible. The only thing positive was the view even though our patio was flooded with water and mold. Wood was rotting and the railing was falling apart. RANDOM PEOPLE WERE WALKING INTO OUR ROOM!!!!!!! Cockraoches in the kitchen along with other little bugs. The pictures online do not match what is in the building or the outside. I can go on and on about how crappy and how dissatisfied my family is with this place. There were chips in all the furniture nothing matched. All random pieces of furniture some of it looks like they went to a random yard sale a bought what was there. Just absolutely horrible and FAULSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!

The kitchen and living area have a serious cockroach problem. The kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking gear and utensils - not enough knives/forks/etc. The BBQ had no propane, the controls for the gas don't work properly (at all for one burner) and when we did get the bbq going it immediately caught on fire as it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Overall the place is a bit beat up and could do with some love but those three things are the main issues that need to be resolved. The location and views from the house are great so its disappointing to have to give a bad review.

The only thing great was the view overlooking the beach. I really don’t complain about anything but the house was not clean well, alot of sand and dog hair everywhere, the window in the house from room to living room either is broken and some has no screen so it’s a safety issue, so it’s pretty warm in the rooms, host said there was no bbq grill so we canceled our bbq only to find out there was a bbq grill, host said the sofa is, as pictured but it’s actually not, sofa pretty dirty & stains, the neighbor below is actually knocked on our door inside the building asking us what are we doing there and I told them we rented the place for 3 days, she was a bit confused, but she was nice, why wasn’t the connecting room doors weren’t locked, that’s a safety issue., did I mention there were a lot of roaches everywhere in the house. My house is more clean than this property that I paid so much for a weekend with all this issues.

The view is astounding!! Staff on site very helpful and accommodating. Super comfortable beds with memory foam and pillow tops. Beach access is less than 5 minutes with full view from our rooms. Definitely a recommemd.

This was a planned trip to celebrate our daughters graduation with family from out of state. The unit is 5 bedrooms & we selected the unit as it *appeared to comfortably accommodate 14 of us. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was a single couch and 4 chairs in the living room. The picture of the living room showed a large sectional & 2 couches. I called the property manager to see what we could do and within 15 minutes, the property manager appeared & offered an additional couch from a different unit. Unfortunately he was the only one on site, so 4 teenage boys from our party had to carry a hide-a-bed up the stairs to our unit. While getting settled, we noticed how filthy the property was (wrappers and beer tabs on the floor, dirty furniture, etc.) In the bunk bed room, there was food sitting on the comforter, so we pulled back the sheets to notice that the sheets were used (blood stains on one and makeup stains). We checked the rest of the beds & the results were the same. One bed had a large yellow stain. While in the bunk room, one of the kids noticed glass on the floor. The lightbulb from the lamp had been broken & swept under one of the bunk beds. To solve for that, the manager did allow us to have the bottom unit for one night until housekeeping could clean the bunk bedroom. In addition, one of the toilets was visibly clogged. The manager brought new sheets for each bed but WE had to change all of the sheets ourselves. There were no towels in the bathrooms, nor kitchen. At this point, the manager admitted that the housekeeper did not clean the place. The following day, housekeeping came but only cleaned the bunk bed room. On the second day we were there, we noticed that there was black mold in two of the bathrooms. We pointed it out to the property manager (even sent pics) & he acknowledged it was black mold & that he would need to clean it immediately after we left. At one point, a maintenance worker did come in and replace the fan in the bathroom as it was not working. On the final day there, we started to wash the sheets that were originally removed only to find that the washing machine did not work. The maintenance worker did come in and work on that while we were there as well. While the view was beautiful, we were so disappointed in the property. For the troubles, we were only offered a waived cleaning fee ($125) and a $200 refund.

The place was pretty clean, big enough for our whole family. Noisey numbers the first night. Also we had a hard time finding parking places. We were told parking was strictly enforced but it didn’t appear to be that way. We did enjoy the view

The location was a good size and there was room for all of us. We liked that. We would have appreciated a little more stuff for cooking in the kitchen, but the big problems were the plugins were all loose, we were missing a drawer face on one of the dressers, and the windows/blinds didn't work well. Also, a fridge in the shelf broke in the fridge when we put one item on it. We did enjoy ourselves, but there were a few issues!

The view was great but the rest was so bad. So incredibly bad. From dirty rooms, outlets not working, incredibly bad beds, not enough silverware, to, garbage bags etc. The furniture isn't what's pictured. A three seat couch rather than a big sectional. This is a 5 bedroom place...we had 14 people and only a few spoons and forks. We went and bought plastic cups, silverware and dishes so we could all eat together as a family. The stairs to the road to the beach were downright unsafe. Then you have to walk a couple steep blocks to get to the beach access. Which is a pile of rocks you have to climb over. Even my grandkids had a hard time navigating them. There is so much more I could say. I am so disappointed in this place.

The view and the size of the unit

We recently stayed in “The Whale-upper” for 5 nights. 5 adults and 1 child. The unit was clean and the views outstanding. There were some maintenance/safety issues that need to be addressed. Namely, the windows. The rear bedrooms were missing screens and the windows throughout were difficult to operate. In addition, the kitchen was not appointed well. There were not enough forks, mis-matched glassware, and only one wine glass...I mean, not a huge issue, but if you have beds for 16 people, you need more than 1 wine glass... the utensils were also very cheap, think dollar store ore less. They were all missing handles or were broken. The knives were not sharp, and the plates were almost all chipped. The wall in the dining area needed to be patched as well. The outlets all throughout were also in need of repair, nothing stayed plugged into them, they just fell out of the wall. Further, the exterior of the building was in desperate need of repair. I have lived at the ocean, and understand how difficult it is to maintain paint. The environment is harsh. However this building had loose railings, severely chipped paint, and all of the floors were uneven. It was very much in need of power washing, paint, gutter and fascia repair, and stair railing and tread improvements. There were no chairs on the balcony aside from one mildewed and cracked one. For the cost, I expected a better maintained property. There were however, a plethora of towels, and the view was outstanding.

This location has the perfect view and easy access to the beach. It is ideal for large groups and accommodated our party perfectly. While we enjoyed the space and the location, there were a few draw backs. Almost every outlet in the unit was loose and either did not hold a cord or appeared too dangerous to use. Day two of our stay we lost power to half the unit including the refrigerator which we fully stocked. Additionally, when we arrived there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher including a dirty dog bowl. Overall the stay was wonderful because we made the best of it but with those minor fixes id easily give this location 5 stars,
