We had a fabulous stay at this property on San Marco Rd! The home was beautiful and very clean! It was well equip with everything we needed! The entire family enjoyed to pool and spa each day! The beach was only a short drive from the house! Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for a day at the beach were available! There were many pool toys and beach towels at the house to use. It was great to have plenty of room and the ability to cook all meals at the home during this Covid scare!! The Marco Island Property group were awesome in answering questions and resolving any issues we had quickly!! We will definitely return to this property again next year!!

We had an amazing time in Marco Island! The staff were accommodating and courteous. The house was very clean and had everything needed to enjoy a comfortable family vacation. My kids had so much fun in the pool and jacuzzi when at the house, and the kitchen/bathrooms were more than suffice for our needs. We also came at the beginning of tropical storm Eta and it had minimal impact on our stay luckily. We’d definitely come back!

Our family stayed here for two weeks and we loved everything about the house. It was very clean, stocked with towels and everything we needed for the beach, the pool/dock area were wonderful and we just loved everything about this house. We will definitely be renting again!

Very pleased with the beautifully appointed and clean property from the time we arrived. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy- the dock was an added plus for boat rental! Centrally located on the Island to easily access restaurants beaches and shops. Short ride to Everglades and Naples for additional entertainment. Safe walking neighborhood fairly quiet this time of year. Great ease in dealing with property management via text or hospitality app. Definitely would return!

Location of pool at time of year we were there was not what we would have liked - no sun. Would have liked a few lamps in living room instead of using the bright overheads - but this doesn’t distract from the house. Location is very good to get to most activities, the street is very busy though. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

The house was great! The location is perfect. You can get anywhere on the island in 10 minutes or less. We truly appreciated the use of beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella and the handy cart to take it all to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill. I would love to come back.

This place was breathtaking! Nothing short of what others have said! We walked in and new that we were going to be at home for our short time on the best island in America!!! The hot tub was the best spot to spend tons of time! Even better there were actually items there to use! We have done many of these rental spaces but we’re never treated with what we needed from the start! That was amazing!!! I am very hopeful this place will be available when we get to come back again. Ps the couch bed in the study did work great as an added bedroom for the short stayers. Thanks again you are doing a great job!!

Very nice property, location and amenities! We really enjoyed this home, poll, spa, dock and location. Our only issue was, the home was listed to sleep eight and the hide a bed was nonfunctional which the property management company was aware of before we arrived and my daughter and son-in-law had to sleep on the couches for three days until they brought us an air mattress which leaked air over night.

This home is immaculate! It has a wonderful pool and spa, kitchen space, dock and lovely bedrooms and baths. We would highly recommend this place to anyone! Our three littles loved it too!

The home is very nice and well equipped, the pool and lanai were awesome and we spent a ton of time out there. The house is about a 15 minute walk from the public beach access which was good considering the extremely limited public parking. The house was very spacious and clean, and matched its description/pictures. The pool was also clean and perfect for the kids, and everything in the house worked like it should. The twin matresses in the kids' room were older and not firm at all and can use an upgrade. But honestly that would be the only recommendation of improvement. The house had everything needed and was in a great location. We would definitely stay in this house and use Marco Island Vacation Properties again.

We spent a week with 7 people in this beautiful home. It was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There were beach supplies including chairs, towels, toys and coolers. The beach is an easy 20 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. The pool was warm enough to use all week when we did not feel like heading to the beach. The management company was very responsive and helpful. We would love to visit this property again! Highly recommend!

We absolutely love Marco Island! We want to purchase a home on the island and felt renting luxury homes is a great way to learn exactly we want. We enjoy staying in modern design homes and this was slightly different. This home has a Tommy Bahama feel and it was very nice! We brought our family of 5, two adults, two 11 yr olds and an 8 yr old. First, the home is beautiful! Great views of the pool from nearly every location in the home. The home feels extremely open and spacious. The bathrooms are gorgeous! Dolphins in the canal and we even caught fish. The kitchen was designed perfectly and the appliances are Jenn air. The home is in a beautiful location and it felt like home away from home. We did find the main bath lacks shower coverage. It is a huge, high end , travertine shower. However, the shower head is small and doesn't utilize the amazing space. There are many options to enhance the bath experience in that shower but they missed the ball there. The 2nd bath has a beautiful shower, it was done perfectly and the colors really work. This bath ties perfectly with the guest shower. One final critique is the main tile floor. It is a very nice tile but the slab underneath has caused nearly every other tile to crack. The cracks in the floor may blend in for some, but drove me crazy. Quite annoying really! I would love to bring my crew down and replace the floor and upgrade the master bath. With an expertise in that field, things like that can be annoying to me. Regardless, this is a gorgeous home even with it's flaws. Finally, if you are staying for a week or more, bring cleaning suppplies, food and anything else you may need! The house has extremely limited supplies. We basically had to buy everything you can think of to operate as a family. Finally, you are very close to South Beach, Marco, and Tigertail. Fishing in the area is unreal and there are countless things to do! I'd highly recommed taking the trip!

We drove to beach everyday, dropped off gear and people at public beach access and then one or two of us drove the short trip (less than 1 mile) back to the house to ride bikes we had rented back to the beach. Home was perfect for our family. Layout allowed my wife, 3 daughters and my mother in-law plenty of privacy. Kitchen was well equipped, there were beach chairs for all as well as two beach umbrellas, a beach cart and pool toys. Morning coffee views were awesome. We spent everyday at the beach. We would load up our rental car and drive to the public beach access less than a mile away, unload and then one adult and some of the kids would drive back to the house and then bike back to the beach with the rental bikes we arranged ahead of time through Marco Island Bike rentals. Biking Marco is a must that we always do. We come to Marco 3 times per year and each time we rent a different house. Although this was our first rental house on a main road and not in a neighborhood it was not even noticed. We would rent here again. In fact we tried to book for next year same dates but it wasn't available.

Reviewer Comments: The House itself its very beautiful, but most homes in Marco are. my main issue was the lack of kitchen ware. one small broken coffee maker, however we did call the management comp. and got a bigger one right away. the pots were all dirty, not a large selection of pots/cookware. the kitchen was very disorganized. the pool was very small, no more than 4 people at a time in the pool, too small. we are a young couple with two small kids and have been coming to Marco for the last 5 years and we've renting cabins up north and this home, although beautiful has been my least favorite. the house was not cleaned to my standards but I do not hold the owners or management comp accountable since most cleaning crews do not clean. also, I did not like that everything had to be done through and app, I prefer the old fashion way, a binder, sticky notes, whatever, I really did not want to be checking my phone constantly.

Finally, I have never been asked to wash the linens, if I have would have known this, I probably would have not rented this property. We did pay a cleaning fee.
