Great beach house. Watercolor is second to none for a family Beach week.

Overall, we loved the location and convenience of this unit. The unit was spacious and cleanly. The only downside for us was the AC won’t go below 70 but really not lower than 74 at night. It was a little toasty for us.

Beautiful townhouse. Beautiful beach. Pool and beach close by. Great restaurants within walking distance. Great biking area. We would have loved for the third bedroom to have a queen or king bed because we were three couples but understand why twin beds make sense for children or single guests.

Great location - close to beach, pools, and shopping. Had an issue with hot water tank (no hot water), one phone call and it was replaced within 24 hours of call. Great service!

Great location. Very close to a pool. Close to beach access. You can actually see the ocean. Plenty of space. there is a parking garage. Our second time to stay here. A great place to stay.

Great location, with easy beach and pool access. Overall great stay! We did have an issue with receiving our wristbands, and had to call the day after arriving to have them delivered. We were only there for the weekend so this was a bit inconvenient. However, they were delivered within 2 hrs. The shower head in the master bathroom did fall when we turned the shower on, but my husband was able to put it back up. This also occurred with the curtain rod in the master bedroom.

Would would definitely stay here again but there were some upkeep issues that needed to be addressed. Pros: Pool 10 feet from lower level back door; we were often the only ones using it and it felt like our private pool 50 feet to beach access, bridge was the perfect spot to watch the sunset Several restaurants on-site that deliver as well 1 block from the 3 Watercolor pools seen in pictures Townhouse had all the amenities you need like full kitchen/washer dryer It also surprised us with beach chairs, shovels for kids to play in sand, and boogie boards Parking space was next to lower level door-convenient to unload Cons: Both doors to twin bedroom bathroom did not fully latch which was extra annoying since that room was off of the kitchen One of the twin beds sagged in the middle-very uncomfortable There was broken glass by the lower level backdoor that my son cut his foot on twice The lower level has the queen room/2nd family room and the bathroom toilet handle needs repair The floors were very dirty - expect your bare feet or socks to be black after walking on them The dishwasher and clothes dryer were difficult to use and dryer did not always dry clothes All that said, for the location (10 min walk to Seaside; steps to the beach), amenities (multiple pools including one right behind unit), large enough space for 6 people, balcony with a view of water (not beach) we would go back for sure.

This place is in an awesome location. We have been going to Watercolor for years and stayed in this place a few times. There was a real bad roach infestation. Between all the people there we managed to take 4 roaches home. Totally disgusting and uncalled for. Also, a lot of vandalizing and stealing during our week there. We brought 2 of our personal bikes and one got stolen the second night there. And yes, it was locked up. Both bikes were locked together and the lock was still in tact. Thinking they cut the front wheel . Will say each time we called with a complaint it was addressed promptly and to the best of their ability.

Excellent property in a great location. There are two suggestions: The floors were not as clean as possible as anyone walking barefoot inside the property quickly found out. The second issue was not being aware that there is an exclusive provider of golf carts for Watercolor (Electric Car Company). This is fine as long as you know; we had reserved a cart from a different company ahead of time and found out when arriving that they are not allowed in the community. On another note the clothes dryer did not work well. Overall the property is great and would definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

We were very comfortable and the location was great. Food and medication under furniture and on rugs was very unacceptable. Black mold on the ceiling of the downstairs bath also needs to be addressed. Appliances were as expected for a rental property. If I was the owner, I would no be very happy.

The dining slip covers are pretty stained. Maybe using faux leather or something that can be cleaned regularly would be better. The showers had mold, but we bought cleaner and cleaned. The stove and oven are a bit tricky. Overall, we had a great time and would rent again.

The property is just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The location cannot be beat. It was a quick walk or bike ride to just about anywhere. We loved being on the beachside of 30A. It was also a bonus having a private pool for the beachside townhomes. We will definitely rent here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Watercolor townhouse. The location was amazing. You can easily walk onto the beach and to the watercolor beach club. The pool on the property was also a great feature. The townhouse was large and had plenty of space for our family. We definitely enjoyed the home. The reasons I have given it 4 stars and not 5 are: 1. The living area furnishings are old and outdated. The couch and living room furnishings were not welcoming or comfortable. The patio furniture was messy and unorganized. 2. Upon our arrival there were dirty towels and a blanket on the patio as well as old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The property management did come out to collect the towels and blanket after I notified them. 3. The TV and cable system was very confusing and hard to use. As I said we had a fabulous time and would come again. The location is amazing and really made the property.

We had a wonderful time on our trip but was very disappointed to find that while we paid for beachfront property-you couldn’t see the beach! That’s the entire reason we chose this property. It is in a great location to the town but don’t expect to see the beach or you’ll be disappointed.

One could not even wash a standard size pot without water getting all over the counter and floor.The stove had only one working burner (the other 3 burners either would shut off in simmer mode or on high mode burned unevenly - high flame on only one side of the burner. Den: Very small TV for a large room. The TV was on one wall while the sofa where one could sit comfortably to watch TV was approx. 30 feet away. Master toilet had to be plunged several times to include on the first use having not even put any toilet paper in it. Ants were in the downstairs bedroom. Also, we had to kill two roaches - one in the kitchen and another in master bathroom.

We have visited Watercolor & Seaside many times, and this condo was our hands down favorite! The location was the best!!! Quick walk to beach, beach club, and Seaside. Condo itself VERY spacious!
