Great location right on the beach. Designated parking spot right off the road with substantial covering—super easy to get in and out of. Located well away from the hotels and motels, so much quieter overall and less congested on the beach. First thing we noticed in the condo proper was how nice it smelled and how clean it was. Coffee maker, spacious balcony facing the ocean, comfy beds. Happy people here! Would stay again.

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) had a great stay at this property. Mark was very nice, and very quick to respond to any questions. Location is awesome, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and it’s only a few minutes to the boardwalk. We made several simple meals and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the waves, and we even spotted dolphins! (At least we think we did.) :) We’ve been to Carolina Beach several times over the years and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo was cute and just as listed. Really close to the boardwalk and great beach access. Some people complained about the steps, but we liked the exercise. And being on the top floor was quiet. Thanks for sharing your condo!

Wonderful place except for the slanted balcony. It slopes so much that you need to be careful getting into/out of the barstool chairs.

From booking to checkout everything was perfect. Condo was cute and clean with an amazing view from the deck for morning coffee. Easy walk to boardwalk and restaurants. FYI, all parking around boardwalk is pay to park $5 an hour, I recommend walking. Unfortunately, we had 2 days of rain, drove up to Wilmington one day and did the Aquarium the second. Loved both! We would definitely stay here again if we venture back to Carolina Beach. I looked at lots of condos , picked a gem. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home away from home

Everything was great The only downside was the stairs 4 flights Loading and unloading ….ugh …bad knees And just a side note I was caught off guard having to make the beds …never have I had to do that with any vacation rental … Overall great place !!

Great location and view

Pleasently surprised. Place is exactly how it's pictured. Great location. No elevator building and on the top floor but what a way to get your steps in. Lol Hope to stay again in the near future

We really enjoyed staying at this Condo. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the deck and deck chairs. The views are amazing. We really enjoyed having access to a washer and dryer. We really appreciated the clean sheets and clean and newer towels. We really appreciated the very quick responses - especially with the thermostat request. Crazy that it was so cold! One thing that we would recommend improving on is the very noisy beds. The box springs on the beds were so noisy that when you roll over in the bed it wakes you up. Not sure if the box springs are just old and worn out or if they are rubbing on the metal frame. The King and twins were all very noisy beds. It is a very nice condo! Thank you.

This lovely condo was just what we needed for a long weekend getaway. The location is perfect, parking is ample and the condo was stocked with our every need and tastefully decorated as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and any inquiries presented to Tara were responded to promptly.

This property is beachfront and beautiful view from back deck. Sadly it leans so badly you feel like you're going to fall off at any moment and I do mean LITERALLY leans over! The master bedroom has a hard as a rock creaking mattress. The very small master bathroom has a beautiful glass shower with a big piece of paper taped to it telling us to clean it after every use to avoid water spots. Kinda kills the vibe. There were dirty black finger prints on every single door and the entire back patio doors were so bad I had to windex them the first night. We stayed 8 nights but booked 9. Every night we woke up to Marijuana smoke filling the air outside. Now to each his own but man do it away from the condo! I wasn't permitted to use a green golf cart because we weren't allowed to use her outdoor outlet so I had a gas golf cart sputtering the whole time. The condo was nice but for almost 3 thousand dollars it wasn't as nice as pictured. The pool across the street is literally in a construction zone right now and WAY smaller than pictured. In addition you're sharing with 1 to 2 other condos. We ended up leaving a day early due to hurricane and we left UNOPENED condiments and snacks for the next guest thinking that was a nice thing to do. We washes and folded ALL the blankets and all but 2 or 3 towels. I even purchased detergent and bleach which I also left for the next guest. I vacuumed before we left out of respect for homeowner. When I got back I see she is charging me an EXTRA hundred dollars for leaving our unused groceries and claiming she had to but a new twin size duvet cover because it was stained. She even called it a blood stain!!!! I was so shocked because we left the place looking great and never even complained about the dirt and pot smoke and dilapidated deck!! The 2nd bedroom is so tiny 2 people barely fit! I tried to email Tara through vrbo and ask her exactly what is going on and she was pretty rude and I started feeling very scammed. So I am currently calling my credit card company because not only did she get my close to 3000 but now she wants to take more? If I had left something that requires more work or replaced I am of course willing to pay for it!! This isn't the case though. Watch out if you rent this property. Owner is pretentious and more importantly will rip you off. We literally left that home cleaner than when we arrived. Some rich owner scamming people who work hard and got a dangerous deck and pot stank.

The condo had everything we needed plus more! The view is spectacular! With just a short walk to the beach we could come and go as we pleased. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable. The location is far enough from the boardwalk to be peaceful and quiet but close enough to walk to with our young children. Thanks to the owners for providing everything we needed for an awesome stay.

I grew up going to Carolina Beach every summer. I have continued that tradition with my own family. This was our favorite condo so far! It's the perfect location; within walking distance to all of our favorites, but far enough away so you don't hear the noise from the Boardwalk all night long. The condo itself was very clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Beautiful view from the ocean front/top floor balcony. We plan on returning year after year!

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The host was always quick to reply. We enjoyed having access to the pool, and were blessed to see dolphins swimming one morning. I would stay here again.

I try to get-away with my girls (daughter & granddaughter) at least once a year for a special time together. ❣️ This condo did not disappoint as we had a wonderful time & thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The host provided everything you could need, was very responsive with communication and we would absolutely return for a repeat visit!

We had a truly wonderful vacation at CB the first week of June. The property was updated with all the amenities we needed for our week. The condo was clean upon arrival and even the indoor staircase looked and smelled clean. I had to contact the property manager the first day due to a mistake of my own making. Mark was great; friendly and very helpful. The unit is on the third floor but we didn’t mind the stairs for a bit of exercise each day and it allowed for an excellent view. However, if you are mobility-impaired, this could be an issue. Location was perfect!!! The beach had people but was not overly crowded. Our family, including 2 kids 5 years of age and under, walked to the boardwalk and numerous restaurants with ease. We didn’t spend much time at the pool as we are beach people but it was clean and not super crowded as well. The only snag I ran into was being unable to plug the hall bathtub. Bathing my young kids in a shower was a little messy and somewhat comical 😂 but we made it work! I love visiting CB and highly recommend this unit. Thank you for helping my family make wonderful memories!

We had a lovely stay at this condo recently. The home is beautifully decorated with nice furnishings. There is a nice master bedroom and bath, and a very cute guest room with 2 twin beds. The living room and dining room have plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen has basic cooking items provided. It is a 3rd floor walk-up, so pack accordingly. You can’t beat the view though!

The oceanfront condo was perfect. We enjoyed the views from the balcony and proximity to the beach. We had no reason to communicate with the property manager because the condo had a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans/utensils, check-in was easy and simple, and provided ample towels for our stay. This was out first visit to Carolina Beach. We will definitely rent this condo again on our next visit.

The condo was perfect for a family of 4. 2 adults/ 2 college aged adults. The condo was clean and as advertised. The view was awesome! We walked almost everywhere (we did drive to the grocery store). Other than that we walked to the boardwalk and all the restaurants. It was great to leave our car parked. Beach access was very convenient. We left our beach chairs and such in our car and grabbed them on our way. It was great not hauling them up the stairs. We would stay in this condo on our next visit!

This condo is as close to the water as you can get and because it’s on the 3rd floor, all you see is ocean from the patio. The house was clean, the hosts were super responsive and I loved my stay here. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which was also very convenient. I’ll stay here again!

Great condo on the beach! It had everything we needed for unwinding for a few days. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning having coffee & watching the waves. The unit was clean and the private beach access was an added plus. We had a great time & would stay again.

The top floor is nice with great views of the ocean. Property was well equipped if you like to cook, clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and attentive. A really pleasant stay.

Lovely spot, and one of the nicest we have enjoyed in the CB area. Pleasantly furnished, and very thoughtfully provided with visitor amenities. Perfect views, as advertised. Loved the "mid-island" location. Tara and Mark were exceptionally timely in responding to our minor post-check-in requests. We'll definitely be back!
