One of my favorite Vrbo’s for sure and will definitely stay again! Walkable, clean and cozy!

The property is located right off the main circle at Seaside so very convenient. Large covered porch on two sides of apartment. The decor feels like cast-off furniture and there are some deferred maintenance issues but AC, fridge and coffee maker all work fine. There is no guest information for the unit so need to inquire about parking, wristbands and Wi-Fi. Property manager is very responsive to questions

We found ourselves able to have a quick 3 day, 4 night trip to Seaside. Amore was perfect. Just the right amount of space for me, my wife, teenage daughter, and 2 dogs. The location could not be better. As others have said, there are times when there is some noise from deliveries at Great Southern, but it really was not bad at all. Sitting on the balcony people watching was fun when we were not at the beach. Thank you, Ozy!

Although there’s a lot of hustle and bustle with a restaurant across the street, you can’t beat the location to shopping, food, trucks, and beach access. Kitchen is well equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the Panini maker & coffee station. The owner had good communication with us and was super friendly. We will definitely be back.

The property is very conveniently located to the heart of Seaside. The parking space provided was very helpful, as was the washer and dryer. The property needs some attention inside and on the patio. The one point that we would like to highlight is the checkout time of 9:30am. There is no give on this checkout time, so prior to renting, make sure this will not affect your plans for your last day in Seaside.

Perfect spot for 2 adults and 2 teens. Ozy was very helpful. Condo was very clean upon arrival. Great location and no need to drive anywhere after arrival. As other people have commented, it’s a little noisy in early am but I would stay again. Thank you Ozy!

The location is fabulous! In the heart of Seaside with convenient parking. It has a large deck to sit and enjoy the bustle of Seaside.

You really could not ask for better proximity to all the things to do in seaside. We had a great stay overall and no major complaints as the property was as described. A couple of things for future bookers to be aware of that are just informational. - This is not negative on the owner or the property, but we paid the $40 per day for access to the pool and the gym which was maybe 3 blocks away (opposite direction from the beach). We did not really use the pool and gym. The gym was pretty nice. The adult pool and kids pool were pretty much empty. They were small and just ok. But you are really paying for the beach location and if I were to do it again, I would have probably passed on the pool option. (just a review that the pools were just ok). - The condition of the property was completely fine. We knew that it was not going to be a newly renovated condo with all the bells and whistles. I think someone described it in another review as European and I would agree. Everything worked but if you are particularly needy, this might not be the place for you. Some of the furniture was worn (one of the patio couches in particular), light bulbs didn't match in bathroom, and a few unimportant items were broken (towel holders etc). You pick this place because of the location. It was completely as described so I had no problem with this. Just setting expectations if someone is usually staying at a ritz type property. - I would encourage the owner to pay for some professional photos to be taken of the units so that people would have a better idea before they come, but it was completely fine with me. - The area is actually quite loud because you are in the middle of the main area of town, but I will say that the windows and doors must be excellent because inside the unit you do not hear much at all from he outside. - While sitting on the patio, just we aware that there will likely be a bunch of teenagers acting like teenagers because this unit is extremely close to the ice cream shop. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Our stay was during Labor Day weekend, which is not as crowded as during the summer. This was our first time staying in town, which was so convenient! The condo is right behind Great Southern Cafe. Beach access was convenient, but we could not bring our own chairs/umbrellas for the kids to sit with the the rentals. There is a condo above us and we could hear all the kids ruckus from above….it is in town so you can hear people talking if they are walking out and about late at night. They do clean/sanitize the tables early in the morning as well (aka the pressure wash is loud). But overall we had a pleasant stay.

My daughter and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. Great view and we loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the sea.

This is my second time staying at Amore by the Sea. The apartment is very comfortable and feels like home! The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and everything Seaside!

This condo is perfect in every way….location was amazing perched above the downtown Seaside square! Inside it was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and 2 perfect bathrooms. We will definitely come again and are so grateful the owner is willing to share this gem of a rental in downtown Seaside.

Amore by the Sea wad a great place to stay for our family of 3. Its located in the middle of everything and very close to the beach. The balcony was a huge accommodation. Ozy is a wonderful host and delightful to work with...had an answer for all our questions. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommend!

Great place. Great location! If you want to be in the central square this is for you. The condo is exactly as described, - it’s clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Large balcony was awesome! All appliances worked, fresh and clean towels provided, beach passes were requested and provided. The host is very easy to work worth, and is gracious and accommodating. I would recommend!

My family had the pleasure of meeting Ozy and staying at his nice Amore property from June 25 to June 29. We parked the car and never moved it because of Amore's convenient location. The weather was extremely hot, but the balcony had a nice breeze no matter the time of day. Ozy is an exceptional host!! We had a great time!

Amore by the Sea is a great place to stay! In the middle of everything in Seaside. Very close to the beach. It was nice for a family with older kids because the kids had their side and mom and dad had their side, making it easy for us to spread out and rest when we came back for downtime. Ozy is a wonderful host, very accommodating.

Pictures do not do this place justice. It was an amazing place to stay. Prime location. Mr Ozy was a pleasure to work with. Rate a 10/10 and will definitely stay again. Highly, highly recommend!

If you are looking for a spotless rental in a perfect location, this is it! Ozzy was absolutely delightful to work with and could not have been more accommodating! This rental was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband and I can't wait to come back with my girlfriends!

We loved our stay at Amore by the sea. Ozy was a great host and always responded quickly. You can't beat the location - right in the heart of the Seaside square! We will definitely be returning soon.

Everything was fine. Ozy was easy to reach. We didn’t have wifi which was unfortunate but not the fault of the owner. We were unable to use the pool which was a disappointment.

I can’t say enough how great of location this is. Ozzie is the best host and the place was very big enough for a family of six. Highly recommend!

The unit was clean and well-stocked, and the owner was very accommodating. The deck was awesome and the gas grill was a plus. Location was great. It should have been made clear that this was an apartment styled condo with a unit above the rental. There was an annoying amount of noise from the unit above which detracted from relaxation and enjoyment. I have stayed in many units in Seaside but this was the first where there was a unit above.

VRBO pictures do not do this property justice. Apartment is clean, beds are comfortable with crisp white sheets, a large flat screen TV in the open living area, also has flat screen TV's in both bedrooms, and each of the two tiled bathrooms are clean. Comfortable chairs on the balcony with a nice view. Perfect location with designated parking, never having to move your car as you are in walking distance of the many restaurants and shops in Seaside. Property owner "Ozy" is close by to help if you have any questions. Enjoyed!!
