Location is superb as just a couple minutes from Starkey Marina. Owner was so kind & communication was a breeze. It was perfect for 10 extra guest during an engagement weekend. If you’re looking for clean, quaint, great water view, and the amenities to make your lake stay seamless this is the place!

We booked the house for a vacation with our children and grandkids. We all had a great time. The marina is close as well as a nice swim beach.

The house was clean and well stocked for us. View was awesome. The only thing we needed all weekend was a fly seater. Ha ha

There was nothing fancy about this place, but it was very quaint and comfortable. The property owners happened to be around for the weekend doing repairs and we were able to meet them. They were quite nice and hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning when the weather is more "hospitable". :-)

This place was wonderful. Clean and beautiful! The owners were so nice and helpful and the location was perfect for our sisters’ weekend. We really enjoyed the peace and the view. We had a wonderful time.

They cabin was very clean and was perfect for our group of 4! Short drive to Eureka Springs and restaurants.

The lake house was perfect for me, my two sisters and our aunt. The view of Beaver Lake from the front porch was beautiful and the sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed watching the deer in the evenings. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was what we liked the most, right next to our favorite marina, Starkey, just 20 min from Eureka to eat out and hike lake Leatherwood. Was slightly disappointed in the view, but we've stayed at many homes around the lake right on the water so not fair to compare. There is another home like 5 feet out the backdoor, you look at the back of the house when you are at the kitchen sink. No one was there when we stayed but as a large family we tend to get loud and kids in and out playing so I would have felt intrusive if someone else would have been staying in the other home. The house was SUPER clean, AC worked fabulous. And communication with the owner was great. My son forgot his shoes and we were able to get ahold of the owner right away and the house keeper was able to let us in. It was a great home for our last minute booking and for the price we would stay again. I do wish there would have been a little more comfy seating or another couch. But again we have a family of 7 to squeeze in.

The house had a beautiful view of the lake and was right down the road from a public boat ramp and the marina. The owner was super sweet and answered any questions we had quickly. We can’t wait to go back!

This is a nice place to stay. Very clean and kept up to date. The only thing is the listing doesn’t say that there is another house right behind this one. They share a deck between them. This wasn’t an issue as it wasn’t rented at the time we were there.

Home is in a beautiful location with a fantastic view from from and back. Outdoor area is perfect for hanging out, building a fire, playing cornhole, relaxing. Home is very well stocked with kitchen items, towels, extra blankets, etc. Owner was so nice and even recommended things for us to do. We would definitely come back here!

We really had a good time in Arkansas. The lodging was clean, spacious, provided with a lot of necessities to cook or have fires in the evenings. We had a few hiccups during our stay. The boards on the stairs to the property were coming loose, and the air vent above the stove fell spontaneously while we were cooking. The owners were quick to respond to these issues, and insured they would be fixed for future guests. I do wish the property provided wine glasses. We went shopping in town for them and all that was available were champagne glasses. Not to worry, we left those for any future guests that might come wanting a nice glass of champagne or in our case, a nice glass of wine.

Host is amazing!! The house and view wonderful. We are headed back in the fall!!

Beautiful cabin, had everything we needed for our stay. Views and surrounding area/drive was stunning with lots of lake views and hills. View from the cabin to the lake is a bit blocked by the house across the street, BUT nonetheless we loved sitting out and watching the sun set over the hills/water. It's an absolutely stunning area. Our kids are 7 and 6 years old and they also loved it. They LOVED the bunkbeds and playing football and dinosaurs in the yard. We made some really great memories here for Thanksgiving weekend. There was a tiny hiccup with getting access to the property (the code provided didn't work the first time), but Christine was quick to respond and get us in to the house. The house was also very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful mountain getaway. Family of five stayed and had plenty of room. Christine was great to work with and made our first VRBO experience a breeze. Hardest part of our stay was deciding wether to have morning coffee out back over looking the lush mountains or out front looking at the lake.

Very pretty area and easy access to Eureka Springs and the lake. Perfect home to come back to after fun day out!
