We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation and had all that we needed to enjoy the beach and surrounding area.

Rita's place was absolutely spotless! The cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. It was a peaceful getaway by the ocean. The kids loved having 3 pools to choose from and all the extras available to use on the beach. It is at least a five minute walk to the beach, but it made us get plenty of exercise every day. We really enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key.

We had a wonderful time! Everything was as the list stated. The kitchen was well stocked, beach items, towels, etc. We were all set for the week on the beach. The location was perfect and the beach was more than we could ask for!

Rita was one of the best hosts to work with. She went above and beyond to accommodate our travels with our 5 month old baby. The condo is well equipped and has everything you need for a beautiful stay in Siesta Key. The location is great close by to Siesta Key Village and other nearby sites. Pools and beach were so beautiful! Highly recommend!

We know Siesta Key since we have been there a few times. Rita’s place was great. Couldn’t have been better.

We were regular holiday vacationers to FMB, and after Ian took our memories away we decided to start new and our first trip to SKB was AMAZING! It was like a long-lost gem of a beach we’ve never experienced. Rita’s condo is beautiful, perfectly equipped with all that our family of 4 could need. The fresh decor, the clean interior, the amentities - including in-condo washer and dryer (which not all units have), plus the ease to get to the beach. A short walk with the provided beach wagon, with all the beach toys available in the storage bin made our 9 & 12 year olds day. The 3 pools offered a reprieve from the sand, and we’re just a short walk from the unit. Parking is right outside the door, as is the trash, so it really made it so accommodating. The Trolley or Frog Hop means you don’t need to drive - just hop on at a nearby bus stop & head into the village for breakfast, lunch and dinner or ice cream! The Siesta Village grocery is stocked well, so take the trolley to get your daily needs, or walk 1 mile along the beach into town. Many of the condo neighbors were so nice - even commenting how wonderful the condo is - and it was an overall welcoming, safe and beautiful trip. We will DEFINITELY return to SKB, and while this resort does not allow dogs (which our next trip we will bring them) if we decide to vacation without our fur children we will surely book Rita’s condo. Rita was so nice and responsive to any inquiries. Thank you for such a lovely Christmas holiday!

The cleanest and brightest place ever

We were impressed the minute we walked through the front door. The place was spotless. Very spacious with two big bedrooms. The bathrooms were great, especially the ensuite which had a wonderful walk in shower. The whole place was well stocked and had all we needed. The property was well kept and the three pools were always clean and always warm As for the beach, it was spectacular! Have never seen such white sand. Lawn chairs were there for the taking and supplied by the resort. We loved it and are already picking our dates to return next year.

Rita was a great host! Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled fir the next day, causing us to lose a day. Rita kindly offered us to stay an extra day at on cost. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed.

This freshly renovated condo exceeded all of our expectations! Extremely Clean and outfitted with everything we could ever need! The 3 pools were gorgeous and the beach was devine! Most important, our host Rita could not have been more accommodating! She certainly went above and beyond the call ! When returning to Siesta Key, This property will be our 1st Choice for Sure!!

This was our first Florida beach experience. Siesta Key beach certainly lived up to its billing as a clean and beautiful destination. Unit 104 was very clean and updated. The resort was centrally located on the beach and to me was in the best location. There were 6 of us and it accommodated us very well. The resort property was well maintained and the pools were all clean and conveniently located. Rita was fantastic to work with and responded promptly to any question. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

Rita is a wonderful and responsive host, and the condo has great amenities. The renovations are fantastic, and we’ll keep coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this quaint gem near the near the most fabulous beach in Florida! The size of the condo was very ample in size for the two of us. The property manager Rita was very helpful with assisting us with recommendations of restaurants and things to do in the area as well as attending to her property. We look forward to our next visit and hope to make this an annual trip😍

We loved the condo. Rita the owner was wonderful. She answered all our questions and was easy to contact. The condo was very clean and updated! I was impressed with how organized and well stocked right down to the chip clips! We loved the pools. The walk to beach wasn’t to far. The wagon and beach chairs provided worked out perfectly. The photos of this condo look spectacular and yet they don't do the unit the justice that it deserves! This was far & away the cleanest, most updated & best equipped place that we've ever stayed at. Communication with our host (Rita) was easy, prompt & accurate and she checked in with us several times throughout the week. Check in at the complex was a breeze and the unit had everything that we needed to facilitate a nice relaxing week on Siesta Key. Rita even left us some locally sourced tortilla chips, salsa, and bottle of red wine to get us started! What a lovely surprise that was!! The complex has 24 hour security on the property as well. This unit is SUPER clean (my wife left a note for the cleaning company letting them know that this was the cleanest unit that we've ever stayed at) and100% newly remodeled with a large kitchen & living area and an amazing main bedroom that includes a HUGE walk-in shower with a rain shower head in the ceiling. Plenty of storage throughout the unit and, although we didn't use the 2nd bedroom or bath, each seemed plenty big enough to accommodate several kids or adults. Outside features include parking for two vehicles, a large brick paver patio with table, chairs & an umbrella, and lots of beach gear (beach wagon, beach umbrella & several beach chairs plus a couple of coolers. In addition, the complex has its own private beach with lounges available for use. The unit is a bit of a walk (guessing about 1/4 mile) from the beach...not an issue at all for as we didn't mind getting the extra steps in. The condo is located about a quarter of a mile South of the main public beach and has a trolley stop directly in front of the complex that you can use to get anywhere on the island in just a couple of minutes. All in all, this is a wonderful condo. If you're reading this, stop looking and book this unit...you won't be disappointed! Would DEFINITELY return!

We stayed in Unit #104, while friends of ours stayed in Unit #100. Our unit was very clean and nice - but we were surprised at some of the amenities not provided. Luckily our friends had plenty in their unit (already provided for them) and were willing to share with us. They gave us trash bags (we've never ever had to buy trash bags in any rental), cooking spray, dish soap, paper towels (unit only supplied 1 roll), toilet paper (unit only supplied 2 rolls), and even salt/pepper - just so we didn't have to go out and buy everything. These seem like very standard items that come in just about every rental, but was not in ours. I even communicated that dish soap was missing/not provided, but the management company still did not drop any off afterwards. The person we rented from did supply a complimentary bag of chips and salsa. This unit was also quite the hike to the beach. There are 3 pools in the area, but they were always super crowded. The pools are definitely WAY too small for the amount of condo units available. In fact, one pool was completely out of commission one day so there were only 2 pools to use. People were on top of each other while trying to enjoy the water. *In the listing an outside grille was mentioned - except it's a community grille which was a ways away. It was not in the yard like we expected, so bringing all the food to/from was a bit inconvenient. Again, overall a good stay because we enjoyed Siesta Key and made the most of visiting there.

We had a fantastic time.bthis condo was perfect for our family. It has everything you could need. My only complaint is the air conditioner is locked to 72. For me... I was hot. There were ceiling fans in every room, but still I would have preferred 70 degrees. Otherwise an excellent vacation.

Rita was awesome and very responsive. The property was perfect for our family and is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not right in the middle of everything. The private beach was amazing and not super crowded like the public beaches around it. We for will be coming back!
